Yup u enjoyign the way Priya has stood strogn and brought the mirror in front of Vinay... making herself strogner and surely she has not guilt for anything... Ya we women r strogner in emotinal aspects..and men need a lot of emotional supprot from women..... Part VIII

He was bleeding and Supriya was shocked... She rushed towards him... she was in tears…. It was she who threw that flower vase .. she had not realized the door was not latched and someone could enter… She took Vinay close and with a cloth tried to wipe the blood and rushed to the first aid box and took out the bandage and some cream and cleaned the wound and did the bandaging. She held Vinay in her lap and cried … as Vinay realised her tears flowing more than the blood …he said,

Vinay: I am fine…Supriya… don't cry so much..

Supriya: Sorry .. it was me who threw that vase at the door… just was in bad mood and didn't realize u were coming.. .Oh God.. now this injury will take a week …

Vinay: Oh… …it was ur mistake.. ok.. now the punishment is (as Vinay is lying in her lap..he puts his hand on to her head and neck and pushes her closer to him and his eyes.. ) both their eyes r close enough to hear each others breathe..

Vinay: Ur punishment is.. jitna mera khoon baha hai ussey bhi dugna pyaar shadii ke baad barsana padega…

Supriya: she smiled and kept her head on to his chest.

This beautiful feeling of just looking into ur eyes,

This little or mere smile when u say something nice,

I don't know why I start feeling U know me so well,

As I come close to u I feel secured & blessed…

Soon Supriya's parents came into the house and saw them. Supriya and Vinay got much embarrassed and quickly got up.. They saw the bandage on Vinay's head and asked about it.. Supriya told them.. just by mistake…. She tried to avoid more conversation on it. As Supriya's parents went inside.. Vinay asked her.

Vinay: Ur mood was not good.. what happen? And whats all this throwing things…?

Supriya: Whenever I feel...Like this... I just throw all the things on the floor to ease my tension...

Vinay: You mean; after marriage also whenever u will be angry u r going to throw all the things like this in the house… My God… I will have to renovate my house and tell the interior decorator to keep all items made of plastic.. he smiled.. Pulling her cheeks... Making her smile...

Supriya: Not when I am angry. I do this when I get very scared…

Vinay became a bit tensed. He asked: Scared?.. u got scared..

Supriya: Shekhar called up…he was talking about meeting me at the reunion party... u must have got the card..

Vinay: Ya, I just reached home saw the card. Priya… don't tell me u r scared of him?

Supriya: I am not scared of him… but I am scared about what's going to happen... I don't want u to fight with him due to my past.. Nor I want anything to happen to the wonderful friendship u both share... Even now our marriage is fixed I don't know if Shekhar gets to know how he will react as he is here in Bangalore. Looks like he has come here, with something on his mind.

Vinay: what did he tell u on the phone tell me... I will understand what's going on his mind..

Supriya was a bit shaky.. and Vinay realised Shekhar must have said things in some unpleasant way.

Supriya: ... he meant something like I will need him.. Though he is married …I am single…he will still try to do something for me.. he does have a soft corner for me… I should meet him..and laughed at me for reason I don't know… I can tell u only this and ended it there…

Vinay understood.. Shekhar must have used some bad language for her which she doesn't want Vinay to hear and get angry at Shekhar.. he smiled thinking Priya is so cute.. .

U don't want me to get angry at him,

Don't mind my friendship to carry on with him,

For u my peace of mind

& happiness means a lot,

I feel at ease when I get

the warmth from ur caring heart.

Supriya: don't smile.. I mean… don't take it lightly.. to tell u actually what I fear …

Vinay: Yes… get to the point…

Supriya: All the students and even teachers r called for this reunion bash.. and I fear Shekhar if he gets to know u r getting married to me… may be.. he may just get on to ur past and drag u too… (Priya was tensed and felt may be this might effect Vinay, she felt Vinay cant take anyone pointing fingers at his past…)

Vinay was just looking at Priya and her nervousness, a bit shaky .. he smiled again…

Vinay: Priya.. I am so happy that I have got u as my would be… When I was alone I was afraid, wanted to hide my past, thought people will laugh at it… but when I met u and felt how u have understood and felt my emotions and feel my past is nothing to be made fun at… I just don't care now what others feel or say.. U r with me, I care for what u think of me.. and no one else..

U have understood me

even when we were teens,

U still respect my past

& know what it means,

I am not now afraid with

what others will think about me,

I feel secured & relax

as I have ur trust & love for me…

Supriya smiled and she had a relaxed expression on her face..

Vinay: So get ready for this rocking party.. We have no guilt about our past. Our present is we both r with each other which is wonderful. I am always by ur side.. Always… (he smiled )

Supriya: I was just feeling how u may take things.. if it turned towards ur past. I am so happy that u have got enough courage to take it and just not get depressed with what others say. Yes echoes of our past connected us like nothing.. and gave a present which is surely wonderful .I am also always there by ur side… Always…

Vinay: Ya, Present is perfect ..see perfect timing for me to enter ur house…

Supriya hit him on his back: I feel so bad… u got hurt…(she felt sad about it)

Vinay: The tears of pain from ur eyes.. just filled my heart with so much affection for me.. I felt like a hero really… (Supriya laughed)

Supriya: hey! By the way u came back... something u forgot.. or what happen…?

Vinay: I got to know as my heart told me.. Priya needs u..and I came running… Crossing all the signals… all the Bangalore traffic

(Supriya smiled feeling really it may be true…)

Vinay: Oh madam, hear the fact now… as I read the reunion party card, I just thought about u and my heart got some lines for u…. before I dropped u here… the line I said was just so typical and u were laughing… so came to tell u... The words coming straight from my heart…

Supriya was very surprised and she blushed... waiting to hear the words

Vinay took her hand close and kept her hand on his heart and said..

Vinay:

When I say I am yours and you r mine,

Ur touch reflects love that is simply divine…

Supriya had tears in her eyes. And she said spontaneously…

Supriya:

Magic of love is feeling U r blessed every time,

Magic of love I felt when I look at u & feel u r mine…

Both hugged each other tightly and realizing the beautiful feeling not to leave each other... they slightly left the grip. And feeling shy .

Vinay: Oh.. hmm…aa…… (just controlling his feeling to get close again… )Ok be ready will come on Sunday and together we will go for the reunion party..

Supriya feeling shy after that cosy hug... just didn't look straight into his eyes.. and said..: hmm ok.. I will be ready … (as Vinay went.. Supriya had a huge smile thinking about the romantic hug and the love she felt… and remembered his words straight from his heart….and blushed...)

Yaar tum toh mujhe is duniya se nikaal kar doosri duniya mein le jaati hoon. ur words are soo true. And the confession or rather there hug was just sooo sweet. I really liked it. the punishment Vinni gave Priya was really soo shweet, And yaar, u should write these stories andp ublish. They r just fantabuolous. Well done.

Part IX (last part)

Supriya was ready for the party and waiting for Vinay to come at her place.. As Vinay reached he looked at Supriya she was looking absolutely stunning in a chiffon pista colour sari wearing a pearl set. Vinay saw her and just pleasantly surprised by her beauty kept looking at her.. Supriya's parents laughed as he was gazing at her. Supriya felt shy and making her eyes big tried to make him understand to stop staring like this… Vinay realised and quickly went out and told Priya to come fast.

Oh is it love that my heart felt

today u r looking great,

Surely it's the feeling in the heart

which made me to gaze,

I felt like I have never seen

such a beautiful woman,

I felt u r made for me and

my life is just about to began..

As they sat in the car,

Vinay: U r looking really very nice… feels like today itself we should get married…

Supriya a bit shy just smiled… She was a bit tensed about how the evening will go…Vinay realised she is a bit tensed about the evening… but Vinay wasn't tensed at all..

As they both reached the party they met loads of their friends and they started speaking with them.. Priya had her set of friends and Vinay his... Both went into their group of friends and discussing sharing their numbers and meeting their partners… Supriya and Vinay in between looked around each other to see if they both were having a good time…

As Vinay was chatting with his friends he saw Shekhar entering the hall… with his wife.. Shekhar came and as soon as saw Vinay he hugged him ..and introduced him to his beautiful wife Anisha. Vinay and Shekhar were chatting with all their common friends that Shekhar looked around for Priya and Vinay was quietly observing him. As Shekhar saw Priya, he took his wife and went towards Priya and introduced his wife...he kissed his wife to show how happy he was after marriage. Priya just smiled and said a simple Hi!

Shekhar: Hey... all ur marriage proposal r getting rejected I got to know… any clarifications about ur character u can call me I will come n tell..

Priya understood he is trying to get at her & create a scene. She excused her to get away..

Shekhar: Hey why r u feeling so jealous… u can't stand here in front of me and my wife… I informed u am coming here… if u feel so bad why u came here… bahot ghamand hai.. attitude..haan.. ab when u have come here. I will surely make ur evening ekdam mast.

Priya tried to get away without talking further... while Shekhar's wife excused herself standing behind and looking at the drama…

Shekhar: Oyee.. Priya..… (Laughing loudly)

All the students... who knew about their affairs.. Started talking among themselves….Supriya looked back at him..

Supriya: U can never grow up… she went away ….while Shekhar tried to stop her by putting his hand on her shoulder. Vinay came and held Shekhar's hand...with other hand… he held Supriya's hand and turned her towards his side,

Vinay: Hey Shekhar, meet my fiance.. She is Priya My fianc..and we r getting married on May 16^th. He smiled at him… Priya looked at Shekhar's face full of shock and disbelief. She couldn't resist but smile looking at his face… Vinay informed his friends..and all were surprised and happy to know they r getting married. Everyone was congratulating them. Later Shekhar pulled Vinay and asked…

Shekhar: Kya chakkar hai… I told u she is a characterless girl.. She has hurt me so much.. I wanted to teach her a lesson. And …how could u cheat me… backstab me...

Vinay: I haven't done anything... Whatever was Priya's past is past... And honestly speaking I like her and I know she has all the qualities I want in my life partner... Thanks Shekhar after that chat with u on the phone I have understood her even better.. yaar Tu mera sachaa dost hai , ur past , Priya's past have really helped me finding out the perfect life partner for me… I am just so happy and excited about my wedding. U have to be here for the Wedding ok .

Vinay went from there and went towards Priya who was casually talking with her friends. Shekhar was just shocked. He later on with his wife went towards Supriya …and Vinay…

Shekhar: Congratulations. Vinni always has a different and difficult taste in love. U know he was in love with his teacher Ms Saujanya… Priya ur saut is standing there, tumhare saas ke Umra ki hogi …hahaha(he started laughing)

Supriya: Yes, he has a different taste… not like some waste people who don't even know what love is and call themselves lovers…

Shekhar: Oh… Priya… U of all will tell what love is about.

Supriya: No, I am not a fool anymore to try n make U understand anything about love.

Shekhar: U ******

Vinay got a bit angry and Priya just calmed him to ignore and tried to pull him from there to other side… she pulled him towards the stage…

Near the stage, the teachers decided that they shall have a small contest… situations will be given and the participants have to sing the song which suits the situation. Shekhar came their Shekhar took this as an opportunity to insult them. Shekhar and few of his friends along with his wife were on one side while Vinay & Priya along with few batch mates were on the other side.

Shekhar gave situation: A young studious fellow falls in love with this teacher… oh he starts imaging her in his dreams… he and his teacher dancing romancing… (Vinay got a little upset still he remained calm…) Sing for this situation…( he smiled)

Supriya sang to help him:

Vinay smiled after the song… Shekhar was burning inside...

Vinay now gave the situation: A person who realised his mistake wants to plead for forgiveness.. Shekhar didn't want to sing but his team people started singing … Priya was enjoying the angry face of Shekhar…

Shekhar gave the situation: (he looked at Priya as he told the situation) Suppose U r married and u had a one night stand with someone else before… Vinay felt really bad at the dirty thinking of Shekhar…

Vinay sang to help her:

Supriya was pretty happy to hear this one and see how dumb Shekhar was feeling hearing it..

Supriya gave the situation: U r happy with ur married life and have left ur past echoes behind.

Shekhar's wife sang but Shekhar didn't dance along with her though everyone pushed them:

Shekhar told the situation: U are describing the beauty of ur girlfriend each and every part of her body… Vinay dedicate it to Supriya… Hearing it Supriya was disturbed… Even the teachers and students were feeling Shekhar everytime is getting to dirty situation… Vinay stood and took the mike..and looking at Priya held her hand..and sang the song…

All cheered them and clapped … and pushed Shekhar aside and asked Vinay to sing it again. He sang so beautifully that everyone was surprised. All knew Vinay is interested in music but he was shy and introvert and always nervous on stage in college days but this time he was full of confidence and sang it just perfectly… His voice had so much strength … Supriya was just flowing into his song. And didn't even realised when the song ended she was engrossed dancing with him.

The music was loud now and all danced on the stage and Shekhar was standing all alone and when his wife came towards him, he immediately got out all his frustration on her. She got upset and immediately went out. Shekhar realized she may complain to her dad. He rushed towards her but she had gone in the car, he called her up on her mobile but she didn't take his call, he took a cab and went behind her.

Here enjoying their evening were Vinay and supriya. Saujanya Mam all their friends were enjoying and gave them their best wishes for a bright happy married life…

After a month Supriya and Vinay got married on May 16^th and on that day when the newly couple enter the house, Supriya and Vinay were asked to take each other names and then only they will be allowed to enter.

Vinay said with a smile on his face looking at Supriya:

When the bud blossoms its beauty & fragrance spreads around,

Supriya coming into my life resembles the same beauty deep & profound….

Supriya said softly looking at others in between and looking at Vinay once:

The flower blossoms & smiles with water it gets from the river,

With 'Vinay' in my life I feel the same secure & have no fear…

Their first night Vinay sang the same song for Supriya which he sang in the reunion party. This day gave them immense happiness which was the perfect start to their married life... Their career got the push with Supriya's project and appeal for a government hospital in her native land was passed and Vinay took keen interest in the completion and involved himself with her in the project. With project another wonderful thing too was happening in their lives… With the hospital ready... came into their life, their most precious gift from God, their cute little angel their daughter 'Dhwani'-meaning melody music, they traveled every year to their native land. Dhwani started singing as she started speaking… the cute little kid sings at the annual celebrations of the hospital.

Echoes from the past are far away,

Melody of present is beautiful for years to stay…
