ya its so early we come to conclusion aout woman as we get to know she had an affair ..we start imaginign her charcter... this is what i wnted to project..and the next part has my poem lines which i like... hope u too enjoy it..

Part III

While all asked Supriya her decision. Supriya looked at Vinay...

Supriya: I think u should ask him… what can I say?…

Supriya decision is what Vinay says? They started teasing her that marriage is yet not fixed and this girl is already not ready to speak without consulting the groom. Vinay was very upset… and Vinay's mother realized that there is something wrong. Vinay was asked and he said

Vinay: I think I need some more time plzzz …(his upset face told everything to Supriya.)

Supriya's parents and the relatives were surprised by his answer, they didn't expect this. Even Vinay's parents knew his son is an introvert person, suddenly he had become blunt or else he would have asked his parents, consulted them and told them to answer or speak up …

Vinay and his family went from there and reached their relative's house to stay for a week... Within the week they had to answer yes or no for the proposal. Supriya knew that Vinay's answer may be No… She knew there was nothing surprising to get a 'No' from this proposal... It's not easy to face the same set of class mates and especial his close buddy Shekhar. She also knew Vinay's impression about her wasn't anything good. He from college days had kept himself away from girls. Never was seen doing any mischief just silent, shy and focused in his studies. It was Shekhar to whom he was very close, travel on his bike long distance… cared for each other... and fought to protect each other… Supriya knew the answer will be no, she explained that to her parents, told them Vinay and Shekhar are close friends. Shekhar, Vinay and she were in the same class in college. Her parents also had left their hope. Supriya felt once they should clear everything to Vinay's family but later changed their mind.

It's easy to hear what the truth is,

But it's hard to face the truth as it is,

Women going around with men are such a "No! No!…

Her character all wrong….!"

But Men having an off affair are just "Oh so what…

Men r Men it happens along…!"

A man can cross the line make mistake,

Woman doing the same their character is at stake...

What a pity and we call for equality,

We still live in a much hypocrite society.

Vinay wanted to tell his parents the reason he is taking time.. but he felt ..if he says something the word can spread and the village people may take things otherwise and the girl's name can be spoilt. His parent's didn't force him to speak up but knew there was some issue which was serious enough and he needs time. They just told him if he needs their help or advice, they r always on his side to sort it out. Vinay: Amma someone told me something about the girl's character… not really positive.. so..aaa

Amma: what? No I don't believe it. We have inquired about her; she is very caring and very nice. I have met her long back here in this village itself. She comes here every year once or twice to distribute free medicine to the poor and gives them a paper with lines n holes which help them to know which date to come for the polio dose and other vaccinations to the near government centre… I met her then and felt she was the right girl u should marry…

We met her as strangers,

Got to know so much about her,

She is a person with a caring heart,

We wanted her to become our family's part..

Vinay heard this and felt she is indeed very caring socially… but still thinking about his friend Shekhar..he felt.. noo..

Vinay: Amma … what more u know about her..

Amma: Vinni … while speaking to her mother, her mother shared that there was a maid in their house whose daughter was of her age and they were like best friends. Played together all the time… once they both got high fever and the doctor was called to give medicine… the injection was required and Supriya's parents went to the town and brought the injection while the maid when reached the town and got to know there was not much stock and they had to go to the city… in the mean time the poor child died. Supriya got to know that her friend died and she cried a lot…she told her maid she will become a doctor when she grows up and make a hospital here… at that 7 yr age she promised her maid.. and till this date she keeps that promise in mind and has her aim in life to establish a government hospital here…until then whatever she can she does for the poor people out here…

Vinay in his heart felt very humble about her, a feeling of how focused she must have been. He felt proud that such a girl belongs to her village and from his college... but again he got memories of her in the college roaming with Shekhar… He would feel this Supriya and that Priya how can they be so contrasting different…

Amma & Appa have so much confidence in u,

I can understand why they choose u,

Somewhere saying a simple 'No' isn't easy,

But Saying 'Yes' is not at all on my mind please…

He was further confused and Vinay felt it right to call up Shekhar and discuss with him. He will be the best person to whom he can talk openly and freely.

I must say a very differnt apporch Bhoomi ... For the first time, u r showing a normal guy who has some confusion but ofcrs as the situation demands ... He is not so heroice n that made the story even nicer ...got the reality touch ..it's fantastic ...

Supriya ..oh i like her .. such a fouced person n very practical ..the way she spoke to Vinay it was too gud ..i m kinda relate to her..dont know how ..

Poems r as usal briliant...spe,''it's easy to hear what the truth is,But it's hard to face the truth as it is''...... so true ...very nicely written....

Hi Jyothi... am glad u r likign the way Supriya charcter was built.. yup tried to potray her whole graph within the short span..as in short story kitna kuch kehna hota hai.... u liked the poem... u know this is the one even I liked as soon as i finished it..... 😃 feels ncie even u liked it...😃

Ya its a bit differnt from my rest fo teh story thguh not that mcuh differnt na..hehehe... I think we always find it hard to digest that woman can get away with her mistake ..and with men we have so many resons so many excused where he can get wayw...

Part IV

He called up Shekhar and Shekhar was so happy to get his call.

Vinay: Shekhar... I came here to my native place... My parents have seen a girl for me. I met the girl and u know I was surprised when I saw her… she….

Shekhar: wow!! U r getting married…. Why were u surprised? Kahin teri purani koi girlfriend yaad agayi kya.. (Laughing loudly)

Vinay: (with a tensed tone) Meri nahi teri girlfriend thi..

Shekhar: kya?? What r u talking…

Vinay: She is Priya… I haven't said Yes.. but..

Shekhar: Priya… Priya… she… God! U never marry her... she is such a selfish person… she doesn't know what love is… she is a *****… **** she used me... roaming with me... and left me saying now there is no love… actually that there was no love from beginning… (Shekhar was getting very furious)

She doesn't know what love is,

U don't know what a ***** she is,

Used me knowing I love her,

Left me saying I was just a friend for her…

Vinay: Shekhar shaant ho yaar… even I am thinking… Amma Appa like her… haven't spoken about my decision… socha tujhse baat karun..

Shekhar: Priya .. mera to khun kholta hai to hear her name.. I loved her so much.. u know na… kitna kitna kuch kiya, I use to 24hrs think about her.. She can't do anything for me? Khud cheap hai and in front of all made me look like a *******. I can't tell u…

(Vinay was getting a bit disturbed by his language for her..)

Shekhar: She can go with me on my bike from college for her work, her shopping but where I want to take her she has a strict No... She can hold my hand in the college corridors and walk around but akele mey not to touch her… college mey ek dikhayegi bahar dusra… spent money on her... bought gifts... that she can take… if I kiss her she says take my permission… isn't kiss a gift in love.. woh bhi leti.. We were in love… love is not something for which u need to fill a form and take permission… **** public ke samne she slapped me… In front of my parents she said such harsh things that I lost their trust completely…. I hate that *****..

Used me for taking her around,

Left me saying how cheap I sound,

Tells I need to take her permission before touching,

Oh we r in love and its part n parcel is romancing…

Vinay: Shekhar calm down.. calm down.. I can understand u… Yaar tu jaane dey… I will say No… for the proposal.. I knew she has hurt u and played with ur emotions..

Shekhar: Yes.. Tu Naa karde.. main bhi dekhun with whom she gets married... I pray she should never get married. She was full of her career, saying I want to become doctor, I want to get top... kya kya nahi… ab dekhun who wants to marry such a loose character girl.. One day I will make her meet my wife she is far more beautiful than her…

Vinay: Ur wife..?

Shekhar: I got married in Dubai.. she is daughter of my boss. I am now the owner of this company where I work…

Vinay: That's a great news… she knows about Priya..

Shekhar: Not really… but after marriage I did tell.. she was cool.. I told her ek ladki se pyaar hogaya tha… lekin woh mere layak nahi thi… (He started laughing)

Shekhar (continued): I want to kiss my wife in front of Priya and make her recollect the old days... want to make her feel jealous.. My wife is so beautiful and she doesn't have attitude like Priya, she feels more happy about affection in front of public eye.. She looks like Aishwarya u know…

(Vinay was feeling like he is talking to someone else not his friend Shekhar… he had never felt he may talk like this about a girl and also the way Shekhar wanted to make Priya jealous... he felt Shekhar is playing with the emotions of both the girls… Somewhere he understood Priya more than Shekhar he felt…)

I don't know what relationship u both shared,

But always our friendship shouldn't get spoilt I feared,

Now the way u speak about

Making her jealous even after u r married,

I wonder there is something relevant

Why Priya broke off kept her past buried..

Vinay: Shekhar… waise why she slapped u?

Shekhar: **** one year tak ghumi sath mey.. phir exams hain 9pm ke baad phone matt karo kehti hai, parents se milooo yeh jabardasti, idhar matt touch karoo udhar matt hath rakho… pata nahi.. kya kya..

Vinay was now realizing something else... he felt for the first time Shekhar is somewhere wrong... he is talking about Lust .. and not love.. Vinay to get to know exactly how they broke off asked…

Vinay: Waise akhir mey kab baat hue how did u both end the relationship..?

Shekhar: I told her she has to give me time and importance… we r in relation and she cant be selfish thinking about her class, her exams, her parents, her aim… when she said yes for the relationship she becomes mine. I have the full right on her… She doesn't agree to this.. Whereas tells me.. She feels she was just attracted initially and that she had grown matured and seriously wants to put an end. I told her what rubbish?… till she could roam, its was ok, till she could use me for dropping her at her place, going to picnics, introducing her to a larger set of friends to help it was fine… but she has to give me something as well.. What about my needs… my wants.. I didn't get anything out of this relationship… I didn't want to end it.. and she has to become mine..

Vinay smiled listening this.. he felt what Priya must have thought about Shekhar.. And could understand her foolishness statement…

I can feel Priya what u were trying to tell me,

I still somewhere smile for things I imagined it to be,

I was thinking about getting Shekhar's true love story out,

Oh how immature Truth has shown what love is not about…

Shekhar: I told I cant leave her.. .. she was pushing me out of her life….. Ignoring me.. and when I didn't agree .. I wanted her desperately she … the B**** came and complained to my parents… and over that she came with the letters I wrote to her… the gifts I gave her… she had all the dates when I was with her.. My parents sent me to my uncles house… due to her.. I missed everything…I missed u so much Vinay…. I wanted my friends, my parents, everyone around… but had to suffer there in uncle's house taking care of his business…

(Shekhar's wife called him. And he said' sweetheart coming…)

Shekhar: chal talk to u later.. wahan se nikal… aur uss ballaa ko chod.. She doesn't deserve nice person like u….tell ur parents she is second hand piece… and am sure they will say no…

(Shekhar kept the receiver)

Vinay: (thinking in his mind)… hmm if she is a second hand... what r u? She left u and not u... so it has to be more feelings from ur side than her... U still want to prove something to her... u haven't removed her from ur heart… Priya doesn't have anything left to talk about u at all…His mother came n asked him,

Amma: what's the matter why r u tensed?

Vinay: decide karna mushkil ho raha hai… to be together with her or not…

Amma: Don't u find it strange Vinni… it takes a second to say 'no'.. but to say 'yes' u need lots of time.. 'No' can take u away from that person. and 'yes' close to u for lifetime.. Somewhere u rn't saying No.. as u know if she is the right girl.. u don't want to loose her.. Am I right Vinni?

Vinay thinking deeply... That Amma is so right… he went away from there…

My feelings for u have changed,

Somewhere my fondness for u enveloped,

I can't still decide whether ur past imperfect or what,

Whether I should continue on this proposal or not…

Vinay was walking near the village temple and sat near a tree with fresh air blowing towards him… Soon he saw Priya walking to the temple.. Priya saw him and turned her face and walked away from him… Vinay thought and hurriedly went towards her…
