lol sorry i didn't get a chance to PM everyone and tell them i updated. and i updated twice...just for you!😉 yeah i kinda stopped writing in the romantic scenes thread because i'm busy writing the FF and EXAms!!!! But i'll be done exams on Monday so i'll be able to write in the romantic scenes thread again

Part 6:

Kanya walked into the hotel and it was just magnificently beautiful. But the one thing she was looking for wasn't there…Ranbir

K: where could he have gone to so fast?

She then spotted him in the glass elevator going up. His back was to her but she knew that was him.

She just smiled and started walking to the front desk: I guess that's the last I will ever see of him

Front desk: Hi Mam. How can we help you today?

K: hi. I have a room reserved under Kanya Malhotra (sorry I had to change Ayan's last name)

She stopped and realized what she said.

K: actually it should be under Kanya Godbole

The people gave her a little bit of a weird look but still searched for it on there computer

FD: yes Mam, your room is ready. And heres your key. Your room is on the 15th floor to the right.

K: Thanks

She went up to her room and it was also decorated beautifully. So beautifully that it made her feel lonely

K: This looks more like a honeymoon suite. I'll bring Ayan here after we get better

She smiles thinking about it and falls asleep on her bed.

About 2 hours later her phone rings

K: hello

Shanaya: hey kanya! How was your flight

Kanya thinks about meeting Ranbir in the plane and then the taxi

K: oh it was fine, actually great

S: wow you seem to be in a good mood

K: yeah I guess all I needed was change. When are you guys getting here?

S: I'm already in my room and getting ready

K: ready for what?

S: well that's why I called you. Kanya you talk too much and never let me get to my point. Anyways theres a cocktail party happening downstairs in the main hall and we're going to be meeting with our business partners.

K: so what should I wear?

S: hmm I'm wearing a skirt with a blouse. It's nothing to fancy

K: oh okay. I guess I'll wear a skirt and blouse too. I'm still sleeping in my jeans and top from the plane ride.

S: okay its 5 now so start getting ready and then come to my room around 7 and we'll go down together.

K: which floor are you on?

S: 20th floor. You were suppose to be up here to but then we couldn't get a room for you

K: its okay. Alright ill see you soon. Gotta get ready now

S: okay bye

K: byee

Kanya got up and walked over to the balcony. There was a beautiful breeze. She looked down and saw the pool. So many couples and families and kids. Everyone just looked so happy and having fun together

She just went back in and took a shower. She came back out in 20 minutes in her bathrobe

K: I guess I'll do my make-up first. And then pick my clothes out and then do my hair. I'll be done with plenty of time left. I should probably look through that file before I meet the Nanda's

So she sat down infront of her dressing table and started applying her make-up. She didn't put to much on because she liked the natural look better.

K: perfect

She was putting her make-up kit away when she saw a small bottle of sindoor.

She knew she should wear just a little but for some reason she didn't want to

K: it won't look professional if I wear sindoor. I'll just put some on when I come back from the party.

She walked over to her suitcase now and opened it. She almost fell when she saw what was in her suitcase

K: Oh my God! This can't be happening right now!

K: holy shit! I cant believe this happened
Inside the suitcase all she saw was men's clothes. Suits, shirts, ties, t-shirts, shoes

K: but who's suitcase could I have taken? When I opened it in the airport it was mine, then when could it have been….

It hit her then that it must have switched with Ranbir in the taxi

K: ahhh what the hell am I going to do now?!? Nothing ever goes right

She calls Shanaya but she doesn't answer her phone.

K: she's probably taking a shower still. What the hell am I going to do. Wait ranbir also came in this hotel. I have to find him

She was about to run out of her room but then stopped

K: this is a huge hotel! Where am I going to look for him?

She glanced over at the clock and it was now 6 pm!

K: only an hour to do this

She ran out into the hallway and it was empty. She saw the elevator was just about to close so she yelled:

K: Please leave it open! I'm coming

She ran and jumped into the elevator. There were 3 young teenager guys there. When they saw her they all started to laugh and giggle

K thinking: stupid kids! What the hell are they laughing at?

She then glanced over in the mirror and saw that she was still in her bathrobe

K: oh Shit! Stop the elevator I need to get out.

Teenagers: yeah sure

They went back up to the 15th floor and let kanya get out

She ran straight to her room and put her jeans and t-shirt back on

K: that was so embarrassing. This is all that Ranbir's fault. He's the one that took my suitcase. I swear when I find him I'm going to kill him!

And with that she went back into the hall, then the elevator, and to the first floor

She thought that she would just ask the people at the front desk which room was Ranbirs

K: Hi. Umm can you please tell me which room Mr. Ranbir is staying in?

FD: yeah sure. Last name?

Kanya didn't know his last name, but thought there can't be that many so I'll just go meet them all

K: I'm not sure. But there shouldn't be that many Ranbir's here so just give me the room numbers

FD: no Mam you don't understand. We have over 40 Ranbir's in our system staying at the hotel

K: what the hell? Are you serious?!?

FD: yes we can start from the beginning. Ranbir Agarwal. Ranbir Ahuja. Ranbir Anand. Ranbir Bedi. Ranbir Chaterjee

K: okay stop! This is going to take all day. I'll just find him on my own

She left the front desk and walked towards the lobby thinking: where the hell am I going to find him. The party starts in 30 minutes and its so important for me to be there. What will the business delegates think. First of all I will be late and then I won't even be dressed properly! This is all that Ranbir and stupid taxi driver chunnu munnu's fault!

As she was walking past the bar in the hall she saw a figure sitting there. She walked past it but then came back. It her that it was Ranbir.

She practically ran over when she saw him but then realized where she was and began to walk again.

When she reached him she tapped him on the shoulder

He turned around looked at her and just turned back around

K: what the hell is he doing

She tapped him again: excuse me

R: do I know you

K thinking: Oh my God he can't be serious

But seeing the look on Kanya's face, RAnbir just starts to laugh.

R:I'm just joking I still remember you. And ive been looking for you

K+R: Our suitcases got switched

They both start laughing

K: listen I really need to go somewhere so can I just get my suitcase back

R: hey im not dying to sit here and talk to you either. I have to go out soon too.

He gets up and flirtingly puts his arm around her

R: so wheres your room (he winks at her)

Kanya felt her face turn beet red and heart just flip flopped like a billion times and then sank to the bottom

K: it's …ummm…ahh…its

R: what floor (he snapped his fingers infront of her face to get her out of the daze)

K: oh its on the 15th floor

R: Alright lets go there first

So they both headed towards the elevator.

Kanya walked slowly behind him. She couldn't face him she was just to shy. She had never felt this way in so long. What affect did he have on her

When they were in the elevator they still didn't talk. He finally broke the silence

R: umm I'm sorry. I think I got a little too close downstairs. I never knew you would have been so bothered by it

K: no its okay. I mean you don't have to say sorry. And I'm not thinking about that its something else

R: oh really, what is it

Kanya couldn't think of anything to say. The truth was she was thinking about him and the sparks that flew when he touched her

K: its just that I have to go somewhere. For business and I still haven't read the file

R: don't worry you will probably do fine. Just smile or flirt with the people and I'm sure you will do fine

K blushes again: so is that the way you do business then

R laughs: nope. When it comes to business i'm serious

They were at the 15th floor now

K: my rooms on the right. That one

R: okay you go in and i'll just go up and get your suitcase from my room.

Kanya goes into her room and runs around fixing everything. Her towel, bathrobe, and make up was scattered everywhere.

She hears a knock on her door

K: come in

Ranbir walks in with her suitcase

R: here you go

K: thanks. And heres yours

R: thanks. I should probably get going. It was nice meeting you again

K: yeah same here

R: can I ask you something

K: sure

R: your room is decorated so romantically and beautifully. Are you here with someone or expecting someone

K: no i'm here for business

Kanya's heart started to beat fast and she felt her forehead starting to sweat. She was afraid for the next question he might ask

R: so are you married or have a boyfriend

Kanya looked over and saw her sindoor bottle lying on her dressing table and next to it was her bag with her mangulsutra in it.

She looked up at him now and just smiled: No I'm single.....
