Sorry I took this long to update. I have been busy, then sick, then busy, then sick, then couldn't find the right way to write the scene. So it would be the sweetest thing if you tell me what you thought.

Anand walks upto Ranbir and Aayan.

An: Namaste.

Ranbir and Aayan both say namaste to him

An: Aap se milke bohut khushi huyi.

R: Jee..... [he can't seem to find words]

Varun (kanya's fiance walks over)

An: Beta ye Ranbir Nanda hai, aur yeh Aayan Nanda. Tum log bate karo. Main zara aata hoon.

V: mujhe to yakeen hi nahi ho rahi hain, I am meeting Ranbir Nanda. Pooja di apke liye kaam karti hai? Kanya should've told me.

Ay: well you are not the only one. Kanya didn't tell us about you either! (teasing him) So..kabh se chal raha hai yeh chakkar?

V: [laughs] Bachpaan se

R: [lools at him]

Ay: See. I swear that kanya..No wonder main jab bhi uski saath flirt karta tha woh mujhe ignore karti thi. But seriously? Tum dono ka chakkar bachpan se se hai?

V: we have always been inseprable. Sab jaante the hum ek din shaadi karne wale hai. It was just a matter of time.

R: [shocked]

V: [looks at Ranbir] Are you ok? Sorry I am talking too much. Aap to bohut busy honge.Aur main yaha aap ka waqt barbaad kar raha hoon.

R: No it's ok! Aayan aab chale?

Ay: yea right after I wish Kanya.

R: tum jao, I will wait.

V: No you should come too.

Ranbir feels exhausted, he doesn't want to create a scene. So he follows Aayan to Kanya's room.

She was sitting on the bed and stands up instantly. She looks at Ranbir. Ranbir gives her a cold stare.

Ay: What is this Kanya? Maangni karali? Main kya yeh Varun se kuch kamm tha? [she tears her gaze away from Ranbir and looks at Aayan]

V: [laughs] you are too late Aayan. Main already propose kar chuka hoon.

Ay: kabh kiya?

V: do din pehle.

R: Aabh chale?

Kanya gets hurt. He doesn't even want to spend a second with her? She lost him.

Adita comes in.

Ad: kyon love birds. Finally you guys are together khush ho naa?? [touches Kanya's face]

K: [she nodds her head]

Ad: Varun!! Mama needs your help with the laddoos.

Ay: Laddoos??!!! I am coming too!

He is about to leave with Adita and Varun.

R: Aayan .We have to go now.

Ay: chachu you can go. I will come later. Just send a car for me.

Everyone leaves, except Ranbir and Kanya in the room.

Ranbir looks at her. She looks away. Ranbir turns to leave, Kanya raises her hand slightly to stop him. She wants to ask him if there is anyway he could ever love her. Because she is miserable without him. But decides against it.

Ranbir turns back, stalks toward kanya. He grabs her arms tightly, and pulls her closer.

K: R...Ranbir [whispers...feeling breathless]

R: It was so easy, wasn't it? [in a low whispering voice]

K: [confused] Please chodo. You are hurting me.

R: Really? [sarcastic] Dard ho raha hai??Bulaoon tumhari Varun ko?

K: [stuggles beneath his hand] Ranbir..stop.

R: stop what? Abhi tak to kuch kiya hi nahi hai.

K: [looks up at him]

R: [kisses her with all the anger he has. He wants to hurt her because she hurt him. He hardens the kiss. Deep within his heart hoping she will say she loves him and come back to him. He loves her so much. How will he live without her. His kiss becomes softer.]

K: [feels like screaming at her own luck. Her house is filled with family and friends. Her fiance just left the room 2 mins ago. And here she is in Ranbir's arm trying to live life one last time. She loves him. She can never stop loving him.]

She hears Varun's voice. He is coming near the door. She stops Ranbir.

K: Ranbir stop. Varun.....

R: kyon [in a low voice] He doesn't know we slept together?? [gives her a cold/bitter mocking look]

K: [wondering how he hates her]

R: I am leaving. Saagaai mubarak ho. [leaves]

Kanya stands motionless for few moments. She sits on the bed and grabs a side of the pillow, digging her nail into it. Trying to keep herself from breaking down and cry.

She goes to the window. Ranbir is about get in the car. Ranbir looks at her.

He gets into his car and starts driving. he wants to get away from this place, away from her, anything that has to do with her.

He feels betrayed. he trusted her. Before he even knew he loved her. He gave her his trust. He fell in love with her. But she loved someone else. She was with someone else the whole time.

He has tears in his eyes remembering her telling him she loved him the night he came home late. He wipes his tears and keeps driving.

He gets to his house. He is about go into the house but doesn't feel like facing anyone. He decided to go the outhouse. He takes the coat of and throws it in the floor. The room is dark with a faint of sunlight coming through the window. He remembers Kanya running in when he 1st met her for the 1st time. He looks around and it just hurts him even more. When did his life become so attched to her?

He sits down beside his weights. He runs his fingers through his hair closes his eyes trying to shut Kanya out of his mind. He will forget her. He will move on. He had a life before she came and he will have a life after she is gone. So what she made life worth living. Atleast now he won't get hurt. He will forget her.

K: Varun. You don't have to marry me. Really I will be. I can't do this to you. That's why I told you everything when you asked me to marry you.

V: Kanya...[sits beside her] I love you. Hamesha se karte aayi hoon. Is liye tumhari khushi chahti hoon. Main hamesha tumhara saath doonga. Par is bar tum galad ho. Kanya...he has a right to know that he will be a father.

K: [being angry lashes out] Maine kaha na. No!!... look Varun [crying] Main usse shaadi kaise karloon? I love him. I LOVE him. He doesn't love me. Kaise samjhaoon mujh par kya beeth ti hai. He doesn't love me. [shakes her head] Thora sa bhi nahi. Abh to lagta hai mujhse nafrat bhi karta hai. What if he doesn't love the baby? [puts her hands over her stomach protectively] I love it already. I would never want anyone to harm it. Yeh mera pyar ki nishani hai.
