Next morning breakfast table every one having their breakfast.

Then kripa ask her father.

Kripa to her dad surya............Papa mein aaj se hi office join karna chati hu! Agar aap sab haa kahe toh?

Meine diya ke naam per eak company register ki hai, jisska registration hum ko 3 month ke baad milega .Tab tak mein uss company ka sara kaam paper work khatam karna chati hu.

Suryabhaan to kripa......... Kripa beta naye company kyu? Humare paas itni allready hai, tum ne naye ke bare mein kyu socha?

Kripa........... Papa mein event management company khoolna chati hu! Jo upcoming aur leading dono hi music stars ke shows all over India aur word mein organize karegi.

Is company ko mein diya ke naam per khoolna cahati hu! Aur usske liye abhi 3 month hai.

Papa is company ko kholne ka idea mere ko mere friend 'Rohan Kapoor' ne diya hai.

Surya........... Yeh Rohan Kapoor kaun hai?

Kripa.......... papa rohan mere saath London mein management ki tranning mein tha, aap usske dad ko jante honge Mr. Ram kapoor.

Surya........ Haa jaanta hu! Mein bhi ussko milna chata hu.

Kripa........... Papa woh abhi wapas nahi aaya hai, aaayega toh yaha jaroor aayega Milne aap sab se, waise bhai sab ussko jante hai mil chuke hai.

Woh mere se jayada diya ka dost hai, dono ki khoob banti hai.

Surya ......... theek hai jaisa tum theek samjhoo, mere liye tumhari khushi maayne rakhti hai bus.

Kripa............ Thank you papa ! Mein aaj se hi off join kar rahi hu.

Kripa's all brothers become happy to hear this, bec they know she wants to make her bussy.

They also know she is going to forgive angad but it will take time.

Before going to office kripa decide to go and meet naina, bec she want to talk with her.

Kripa to sujal..................... Bhayia aap sab office chalo, mein naina mom se milke aauge.

Sujal............ Theek hai! Per apna dhayan rakhna .aur diya ko bhi le Jana woh waha sur ke saath khel lege aur khush rahege.

Kripa............ bhai mein theek hu, aur aap sab pareshaan mat ho mein koi aisa kadam nahi uthauge Jo galat ho. waise aap sab ho na mere saath toh kiss baat ka dar.

Then they all drop kripa at khanna house.

Kripa enter at khanna house after 6 years, she is looking soo happy & diya is soo excited bec she is going to her father's house first time.

Kripa & diya enter khanna house and they saw, naina and dilip having thier breakfast with kartik and Simon and Simon trying to feed sur.

Simon saw kripa and she screams kripaaaaaaaaaaa.

Every one become happy to see her at khanna house, naina suddenly stop her at the door.

Naina........... Wahi ruk, aage mat aana?

Kripa become shocked same as all others.

Then naina comes with aarti ki thali and start doing arti for kripa and diya.

After finishing aarti she told them..............

Naina......... Ab AA andar, pehli baar meri poti ko leke aaye hai, aur aise hi aaane deti kya.

Kartik and dilip left for off bec they have some urgent work there, Simon took diya and sur for shopping.

They all promised kripa to meet at dinner.

Then kripa told to naina.....Mom aap se kuch baat karni thi.

Naina to kripa....... Haa toh kar na, kissne roka hai.

Kripa to naina............ Aap sab ne mere se yeh sab kyu chupaya? Kyu yeh sab chupaya apni guriya se? Apni guriya ko itna kamjoor samjah liya tha? Aur in sab baaton se door rakha aur khudh yaha pareshaan rahe.

Naina, tere ko yeh sab kaise pata chala? Kissne bataya?

Kripa to naina............ mom iss baat se kya farak parta hia ki kissne bataya? Per Dard iss baat se hua ki aap sab ne mere se itna bara such chupaya! Kyu mom kya aap mere KO itna kamjoor samajha.

Naina to kripa................Dekho krripa meine yeh sab apni do maasoom bacchiyon ko bachane ke liye kiya! Kyuki mein nahi chati thi ki Angad ki anjaan galti aur jaaan boojh ke kiye Gaye gunaah ki saza tum ko phir se mile aur angad ko asani se mafi mil jaye.

Aur phir yeh sab angad ko kanan ke jhoote pyar mein fasne ki wajah se hua tha , maan ti hu ki ussko fasaya gaya tha , magar usske baad uss raat jab tum dono ke beech woh sab ho gaya toh angad ne jo kiya woh koi galti nahi thi gunaah tha usska .

Angad ne USS galti KO gunaah bana diya tere ko na apna ke aur yeh ussi ki saza hai ussko.

Kyu iss ki saza toh ussko milni hi thi Na? Jo hua maanti hu sab eak sazish thi! Per sazish ka asar sabse jayada tere ko sehna para hai meri bachhi.

Kripa beta mein angad ko samajh sakti hu ki woh un halat mein fas gaya tha! Magar beta iss sab ka matlab yeh nahi hai ki ussko in sab se bahar nikal ne ke liye tera faayeda uthaya jaye.

Kanan aur angad ki ladai unke beech ki hai! Aur iss dosti ki dushmani ke beech aane ki tere ko koi jaroorat nahi, kyuki koi nahi janta ki angad aur tere beech woh sab hua hai.

Angad ke case ka kya hoga usski chinta mat kar tu.agarwoh haar bhi Gaya toh woh usske liye eak sabak hoga.

Kripa to naina....... par mom kanan ne angad per galat ilzaam lagaya hai ? Ki wohhhhhhhhh.

Niana to kripa............ Kabhi socha hai ki iss baat ka asar diya per kya hoga? Court mein jab vakeel tere character per sawaal karega toh? Soch beta diya aaj bus yahi sochti hai ki usske papa ussko pyar nahi karte! Lekin jab yeh sab ussko pata chalega toh kya hoga?

Mein janti hu ki eak Na eak din angad ko yeh pata chalna hi hai ki woh diya ka dad hai! Per aise nahi beta aise nahi!

Kripa to naina............ Itna pyar karti hai aap mujhe aur diya KO! Ki apne khudh ke bete ko uss kanan ke saamne haarte huye bhi dekh lege!

'Mom I love you' I am very lucky to have you as my mom.

Naina to kripa............... eak baat poochuu kripa? Such such jawaab degi apni mom KO?

Kripa ........... Jee mom.

Naina ................. Tu aaj bhi angad ko utna hi chaati hai Na? Aaj bhi ussko dard mile toh tujhe drad hota hai?

Kripa's eyes become moist and she isn't able to say any thing.

Niana.......... mujhe tera jawaab mil Gaya kripa. Kripa beta kya tu angad ko maaf kar payege?

Kripa to naina............. mein nahi janti mom ? Kuch samajh mein nahi aaraha hai? Kya karuu aur kaise?

Mom meine sari baat sunne ke baad ussko maaf kar diya per Jo ussne mere KO Jo dard diya hai, usske liye abhi nahi kar paaye hu? Kab kar paauge pata nahi.

Haa per ussko takleef mein nahi dekh sakti mom dard hota hai...

Niana.......... janti hu aaj bhi pyar karti hai mere ghadhe bete se , chal ab chood yeh sab baatien , angad ko jab maaf karna hoo kar dena , yeh sab tere per hai kyuki yeh tera aur angad ka mamla hai ,per jo tera faisala hoga woh hum sab ko kabool hoga.

After this kripa leave for off & as they promised each other they all come to sharma house for dinner. & after dinner kripa went to sujal's room bec she wants to know shomesh singh full story.

Kripa to sujal..........bhai kal aap sab ne kaha tha ki aaj bataoge mere ko sara such ki, kyu kiya somesh singh ne humare pariwar ke saath aisa?

Sujal ............. haa batate hai sun...

Sujal to kripa............. kripa bare papa, dad aur dilip papa yeh sirf 3 nahi balki 4 friends hua karte they! Aur woh 4th friend tha Somesh singh.

Somesh singh bhi papa sab ke saath business mein barabar ka partner tha.

Somesh singh shuru se hi cheater tha, Kaye baar ussko business mein cheating karte papa ne pakra tha, iss bat ko leke kaye baar bare papa aur dilip papa ki usske saath bahes hoti thi, magar doosti ka khayal kar ke papa sab bardasht kar rahey they.

Magar kehte hai Na ki jisski aadat ho galat kaam karne ki woh sudhar nahi sakta hai! Woh hi somesh ne kiya aur ussne papa logo ko business mein cheet karne ki poori planning bana li thi. Iss baat ka pata usski secretary nisha ko jab chala toh ussne ussko rokne ki koshish ki magar woh nahi mana aur ussne nisha ka muh band karne ke liye ussko apne saath haath milane ko kaha.

Nisha ne ussko mana kar diya aur ussne ja ke sari baat dad ko bata di. Usske 2 din baad somesh ko jab uss baat ka pata chala kyuki dad ne somesh ko partnership se hata diya tha, toh uss raat ussne socha ki off khali ho chuka hai aur ussne.............

Somesh nisha ke cabin mein gaya, ussko waha dekh ke woh gabra gaye aur jab woh waha se jane lagi tab somesh ne ussko pakad ke floor per fek diya aur cabin ka door andar se band kar diya.

Somesh.......... kya laga tha mere ko sab ke samne benakaab kar ke tum chain se yaha kaam karooge?
Mein tum ko aaj batauga ki mujhse panga leke tum ne kya kiya hai?

Then he forces himself to her and he rape nisha verry badly! Jab woh yeh galat kaam kar raha tha tabhi waha papa aue bare papa with dilip papa aagaye they magar woh jab tak door open karte woh uss masoom ko barbaad kar chuka tha aur saath hi ussne ussko jaan se maar dala tha.

Jab door open hua toh woh waha sab ko dekh ke hairaan ho gaya tha, ussne waha se bhaag ne ki koshish ki magar dilip papa ne police ko waha bula ke ussko arrest kara diya tha.

Aur dad sab ki gawahi se ussko 14 years ki saza huye, uss aadmi ko apne kiye per koi pachtava nahi tha. ussne jail jate waqt dad logo ko dhamki bhi di ki woh wapas aayega .

USS haadse ke baad hum sab ko leke dad log mumbai aagye nainitaal ko chood ke.

Yahi hai woh karan jisski wajah se woh hum sab ko barbaad karna chata hai! Woh apni beti se door ho gaya tha humare pariwaar ki wajah se yeh usska maanna hai, iss liye ussne humare saath yeh khel kheela kanan ke saath mil ke.

Baki Sara such tu janti hai kripa.

Kripa to sujal............. Bhayia aaj mein samajh sakti hu ki dad ne aur aap sab ne mere se yeh sab kyu chupaya.

Suajl.......... kripa humare dad tere aur angad ki sari takleef ka khudh ko zimmewar maan rahe they, per hum sab ke samjhaane ke baad ab kuch theek hai papa.

Kripa........... Angad ke case ka kya hua?

Josh........... Baccha Friday ko angad ke case ki final hearing hai, angad Friday ko seedhe court hi aayaega kyuki woh jaanta hai ki woh haarne wala hai.

Kanan ne ussko har mod per galat sabit kar diya hai.

Kripa to herself.......... Bhayia angad kabhi nahi harega kanan se! Yeh kripa ka wada hai .per mein abhi aap sab se kuch nahi keh sakti, ki mein kya karooge.

Angad ko shayad maaf karoo ya nahi mein yeh nahi janti, per apne dost ko kabhi haarne nahi dooge, kyuki woh mera pehla aur aakhri pyar hai.

Later kripa thank to her brother's to tell her every thing & she left the room with out saying any word for angad, they all become shoked bec kripa's cold behavior.

Kripa start going daily to office and she dint talk any thing to any body.

Time passed verry fast and today is Friday & today is final hearing of angad's case.

Every news paper and news channel discussing this case, and they want to know what is the truth.

Sharma's & all nanda's with khanna family ready to face this situation, nobody talk kripa to what is she think about this case.
Every one leave for court except kripa .angad coming strait from airport.

Out side of court.

Every one waiting for angad's arrival. All 3 families are also waiting for angad, and then they saw angad is coming towards them.

All media reporters rush too angad and asking him.......

Reporter to angad..... Mr. Angad Khanna kya aap aaj yeh sabit kar payenge ki aap per lage sabhi ilzaam galat hai?

Angad to reporter................ you can see at court room.

Reporter to angad......... Aap ki poori family aaj aap ke saath hai! Isska matlab ab aap sab sabit kar lenge.

Angad is about to say some thing, kartik come's in front of reporter & say...............

What we are going to say or prove you can see later, and one more thing we all are here for angad bec he is our family member.

Angad's eyes filled with tears! Bec of kartik's and his full family come's to support him. He hugs kartik and meets with his whole family.

Kanan and somesh singh become verry happy, bec they think they are going to win the case.

Then we hear an announcement of angad's case.

Judge come to court room and said to start proceeding.

After listen all thing judges saying this...........

Judge to All presenting people on court room............... dono taraf ki behas sunne ke baaad yeh saaf ho chuka hai ki Angad khanna par lagaye Gaye sare ilzaam sahi hai!

In sab baaton ko madde nazar rakhte huye adalat ne yeh faisala karti hai ki..........

SUDDENLY WE HEAR A VOICE FROM BEHIND.

RUK JAAYE JOUDGE SAHAB, MERE KO KUCH KEHNA HAI.

Every one turns toward the voice and saw kripa standing there with diya in her arms.

Angad become shocked to see kripa at court room, & he want to know how is this sweet littlie girl. His eyes filled with tears bec he saw kripa after 6 years back.

Also all kripa's family become shocked to see kripa there with diya.
Naina closed her eyes and wipe her tears; kartik and josh come to kripa and hug her.

Judge to kripa............... aap ko jo bhi kuch kehna hai aap yaha iss kathghare mein aake kahe.

Kripa nodded yes and start walking towards katghara, kartik took diya from kripa & sit with his family.

Judge........ Kahiye aap kya kehna chati hai? Aap hai kaun?

Kripa............... mera naam kripa sharma hai, meere dad aur angad ke dad friend's hai, aur mein aur angad bhi bachpan ke doost hai. Mein abhi tak London mein thi iss liye mere ko iss case ke bare mein kuch nahi pata tha.

Aaj jab mere ko iss case ke bare mein pata chala toh, mein khudh ko rok nahi paye, kyuki aaj eak begunaah ko saza Milne ja rahi thi.

Judge............. Aap ko jo bhi kehna hai aap please saaf saaf kahein.

Kripa............Judge Sahab angad khanna per Jo ilzaam lagaya gaya hai ki woh bap nahi ban sakte! Aur unke aur unki patni ke beech ke sambandh ache nahi hai, woh sab jhooth hai.

Every one become shocked to hear this from kripa, angad also thinking same bec he know kripa doesn't know any thing.

Judge.............Yeh sab aap kaise itne confidence ke saath keh sakti hai? Kya koi saboot hai aap ke paas?

Kripa..............Jee haa hai saboot mere paas in dono baaton ka ! Aur mein aaj yaha yahi sabit karne aaye hu.

Judge.......... theek hai toh aap woh saboot abhi issi waqt adalt mein pesh kariye.

Kripa take a deep breath and say...

Angad khanna 5 saal pehle hi eak bachhi ke pita ban chuke hai! Kripa's tears start coming down from her eyes.

Court room become noisy and angad become numb, he dont know what is kripa saying.

Kartik and sujal come & held kripa by her shoulder bec they know she need some one.

Joudge............ Miss, Sharma jab aap ko yeh baat pata thi toh abhi tak aap ne yeh baat kyu chupaye? Aur aaj achanak aake yeh sab yaha kehne ka kya matlab hai?

Kripa............ mein iss case ke bare mein nahi janti thi, mere pariwaar ne mere se yeh sab chupaya kyuki woh mujhe pareshaan nahi karna chate they.

Kanan's Advocate pathak............ Judge Sahab mein inse kuch sawal karna chata hu?

Judge............ yes you can.

Kanan's Advocate patak...to kripa..........aap ne abhi kaha ki Mr. Angad khanna ki eak beti hai! Kya aap adalt ko yeh batayenge ki woh kaha hai? Aur usski maa kaun hai?

Kripa......... Jee haa mein batai hu, then she looked naina and say...

'Mein hi hu unke bacche ki maa' aur woh hai meri aur angad ki beti diya, kripa pointed finger to diya.

Kanan's Advocate patak...to kripa................. Aap ka kehna hai ki aap Mr .angad ke bacche ki maa ban chuki hai aur aap dono ki beti hai diya.

Isska matlab hai ki aap dono sirf dost nahi they balki aap dono ki doosti kafi aage badh chuki thi? Aap dono ne bina shadi ke hi apni maryada paar kar di thi?

Aap angad khanna ke bacche ki maa hai yeh baat aap ke poore pariwaar ko pata thi aur aap ne yeh baat Angad ko kyu nahi bataye ki woh eak bachhi ke pita hai?

Kya aap ko apne dost per ya khudh per wishwaas nahi tha?

Kripa .......... jee haa meine aur angad ne apni maryada paar ki thi, tab angad ke jeevan mein kanan aagaye aur woh humare iss rishtey ko aage nahi badhana chata tha! Iss liye meine yeh such usse chupaya.

Angad closed his eyes and went to flashback where kripa told him... all story about her friend and he say to her abort the baby.

Angad started crying bec of his mistake kripa suffer so much...

Per mein nahi janti thi ki kanan angad ke saath pyar ka natak kar rahi hai?

Kanan's Advocate patak...to kripa............ Acha agar hum maan bhi le ki aap such keh rahi hai, toh kya aap sabit kar sakti hai ki diya aapke aur angad ki USS galti ki nishani hai?

Angad's advocate Prasad............ Judge Sahab Mr. pathak ko koi haq nahi banta hi ki woh miss kripa ko iss tarah yaha beizzat kare? Woh yaha insaaf ke liye aaye hai.

Judge............ Mr. Pathak aap sirf case se related jo sawaal ho wahi pooche.

Kanan's Advocate pathak... jee sir.

Kripa........... Jee haa mein sabit kar sakti hu ki diya angad ki hi beti hai.

Then kripa show diya and angad's DNA report. And told them...

Aap sab ko hairani hogi yeh report dekh ke? Kyuki yeh London ki hai! Jee haa 3 saal pehle diya waha beemaar ho gaye thi, tb humko angad ke blood ki jaroorat thi aur angad ke bare bahi kartik ne angad se yeh keh ke blood donate karaya tha ki usske dost ki beti ko dena hai.

Tab yeh blood diya ko diya gaya tha, aur yeh DNA test hua tha.

Kanan's Advocate pathak...to kripa........ Miss. kripa aap ne bina shadi ke eac bachhe ko janam diya, aap janti hai na ki humare samaj mein aise bachho ko kya kehte hai?
Aur aap ne kaha ki Mr. Khanna is rishtey KO aage nahi badhana cahte they, iss ka matlab ab aap iss baat ka fayda utha rahi hai, ki kanan jee ne inko dhokha diya aur ab yeh aap KO aap ki bachhi ke saath apnayenge.

Kripa become numb & started crying loudly and say nahi aisa hai hai.

THEN ONE MALE VOICE COMING FROM BACK.

WAIT A MIN MR.PUBILC PRSSECUTER.
Kripa know this voice and she turn and saw rohan standing with verry angry face.

Judge to rohan............. Aap ki tareef.

Rohan..............Mein hu advocate Rohan karpoor. Miss Sharma ka advocate sir.

Sir Mein apni Clint ki taraf se yaha hu, kyuki yeh meri Clint ka case nahi hai balki Mr. Angad khanna ka hai, shayad yeh baat Mrs.kanan ke vakeel sahab bhool gaye hai?

Please give me permission to save my Clint from mr.patahk.

Judge ......... permission granted.

Rohan to judge.............. Rohan hug kripa and make her sit with her family.

Then he says. Sir Mein sirf eak gawah yaha pesh karna chata hu, Jo iss case ko poori tarah badal dega ur sara such aap ke saamne hoga.

So may I?

Judge ............. yes please.

Then rohan called raj andar AA jaao.

Kanan after saaw raj becomes furious bec she told him to leave country as soon as possible.

Raj come in front of judge and told every thing from starting till end. All sazish from kanan and her father .with angad and kanan marrige contract deal& his and kanan love story.

Kanan's Advocate patak become speechless and he also become shocked, every one now waiting for judge statement.

Judge to rohan............. Mr . . . . rohan kya aap Mr. angad khanna ki beti ko yaha bula sakte hai? Mien janna chata hu ki kya woh apne papa KO pehchanti hai ki nahi?

Rohan......... why not sir, woh yaha hi hai.

Then kripa comes with diya and judge asks diya.

Judge to diya............... Diya beta kya aap ke papa yaha hai? kya aap unko pehchante ho?

Diya............ haaa woh hai mele papa! Diya show har small finger towards angad, and she innocently ask to judge.

Diya to judge...........Uncle diya ko apne papa ki godi mein jana hai kya woh jaye?

Judge nodded yes, and then rohan said to diya ki abhi nahi beta baad mein papa ke paas Jana ok. Diya sadly said ok and about to leave with kripa.
Diya saw angad standing in witness box with tears in his eyes, she jump from kripa's hand and rum to angad!

Angad come down from withness box and diya run to him and ask.

Diya to angad............ diya ko apne papa ko hug karna hai! Papa kya diya aap ko hug kar sakti hai?

Angad started crying & saw every one staring him with very concern, then he turn to diya and noded his head in yes & open his arms for diya.

Diya run to angad and jump upon him, angad carry her in his arms and hug her and kiss her.

Then angad saw kripa standing with rohan and she is crying, he says to kripa thank you with his eyes.

Then judge told them.

Is case ka faisala lunch break ke baad hoga.

Every one come out from court room, rohan meets with kripa's family and told them every thing will be fine.

Next.......... Angad & diya.& final judgment.

ROHAN GOING TO PLAY SHAHID KAPOOR .

HE IS GOING TO PLAY KRIPA & DIYA 'S BEST FRIEND AND MORE.
