Angad walked a few steps when he heard Kripa's voice and stopped, K- what are you doing here angad, I thought you were going for a meeting dinner with Rohan and josh, A- first of all I did go but I only stayed for five minutes because I needed to talk to you, K- well I don't want to and you could have waited for tomorrow I was coming over anyway , you didn't have to leave the dinner for me after all, A- just sshh kripa I need to, but he was interrupted by krish loud sobs coming from the living room, kripa ran into the living room while angad followed kripa and was surprised to see krish. A- What happened here he said going in front of kripa who stopped and stood watching angad proceed. A- aww now what's wrong with little krish, Krish continued to cry holding his stomach, A-hmmm come on krish don't cry you know only babies cry , does that mean you're a baby, krish sobs slowly died out as he whiped his eyes, sniffling k- no I'm not a baby I'm a big boy he said with a hint of arrogance , A- now thats more like it he said kissing his forehead, A- now do you want to tell uncle what's the matter, k- Angad uncle my stomach hurts, I don't know all of a sudden when I was eating ice-cream , A- hmmm oh really and may I ask by chance did you have any other sweet, chips and soda in the day time perhaps too much, krish looked down at his hands wondering how angad had found out and then looked up to take a quick glance at kripa who frowned at him for not telling her. Krish held his two ears , K- I'm sorry aunty and uncle I won't eat anymore I promise, A- promise?, krish nodded his head, A- good boy now go to sleep he said rubbing his stomach, K- can you tell me a story uncle please, A- sure why not and he continued to tell krish a story while kripa slowly went back to the door and leaned sighing . in no time krish was asleep , angad turned around and saw kripa leaning against the door he walked up to her only to realize she was to busy in dreamland.

Kripa came back to reality when she heard Angad sneeze, k- oh uh Angad I can give you a dry shirt of josh's so you don't get sick, A- uh no it's fine, K- no I'm sure he won't mind I'll go and get one she said, and decided to take krish to one of the rooms upstairs, Angad saw kripa going to pick krish, and moved forward when he went for it as well and accidentally put his hand on top of hers which laid on krish's chest. Kripa instantly jerked her hand back, K- uhh, A- um here I'll take him upstairs, kripa just nodded and lead the way. Angad placed krish on the bed and took his wet and cold shirt of, while kripa was in josh's room getting a shirt for Angad. K- here you go she said walking into the room until she lifted her gaze from the floor and onto Angad, her heart did a little flip, beating faster and faster just looking at him, Angad walked slowly towards her holding his hand out for the shirt, but kripa just stood there still, A- kripa he said caressing her hand , A- are you okay, K- huh she said , her hands trembling from his touch, she slowly took her hand back , A- kripa shirt?, K- oh uh here but her hands trembled and dropped the shirt , Angad bend down while kripa went down , but Angad had already got the shirt and came up when her lips brushed against his shoulder softly , sending him a chill while her lips shivered. Kripa turned around to leave when Angad grabbed her hand brought her closer, A- kripa please i need to talk to you, K- no not now Angad , let me go um I think you should go, A- kripa I'll go but , K- Angad just leave she said nervously at their closeness, Angad sighed and was about to open his mouth when all of a sudden their was a loud thunder blowing the lights out. Angad still held Kripa's hand when krish started whining half asleep, kripa walked over to him till he went back to sleep a few minutes later, she turned around hoping Angad was gone but she could still feel his presence , Angad put his shirt on and took his lighter from his pocket , A- kripa where are the candles, , K- uh they are downstairs, I'll show you , Angad went down the stairs while kripa followed behind closely.

They got some candles out of the cupboard from the kitchenand a match box and lit each candle together. Kripa held each candel while angad lit it, as angad was lighting one of the candles he glanced up only to see how beautiful kripa looked right at that moment , with light hitting her face every time he'd light a matchstick , A- AHH, kripa grabbed his finger and caressed it softly , K- angad you should pay more attention when lighting matches, A- i'm sorry he said comming closer to her , kripa moved back and said K- i'll go get more candles and she left to the kitchen while Angad just waited for her. When he heard kripa scream, "ahhh" A- shit he said running into the kitchen with his lighter and saw kripa on the floor holding her left ankle in pain, A- kripa are you okay, k- ahhh angad I think I hurt my ankle, A- darn it I shouldn't have let you come into the kitchen without a candle gosh how stupid, K- angad it's before she could finish angad already had her in his arms , he took her to the couch and placed her down and caress he feet, A- how does it feel , do you think you've sprained it he said checking her ankle for any swelling or and early signal, but all kripa could do was giggle through her pain, she was very ticklish at times and the way Angad was caressing her ankle right now wasn't helping , A- kripa why are you giggling for , I'm serious , K- Angad your tickling me she said smiling , angad serious face changed as he grinned and moved up her leg caressing it making her laugh and blush , it was if they had both forgotten their past and the pain but instead were living this pleasant moment. Kripa's breath shortened when she felt Angad replace his fingers with his lips , her heart beats were missing a beat. he moved up her leg to her arm , moving to her neck and then slowly towards her face, he stopped and looked at her , kripa swallowed closing her eyes as he slowly leaned in for her lips , and in no time he placed his lips softly on her lips deepening the kiss when , reality hit kripa like lightening , she got flashes of their one night, his insults , her pregnancy , kripa pushed him back and got up angrily, - kripa , K- ANGAD JUST LEAVE PLEASE , A- kripa , K- Angad I told you just…., K- aunty why are you screaming krish said walking down the stairs rubbing his eyes till he made it down, A- how are you feeling now beta he said crouching down near him. K- I'm okay now uncle he said giving him a kiss, K- thank you and he ran to kripa to give her a hug , K- thank you aunty for looking after me and please don't tell dad I had ice-cream, kripa smiled , Kr- of course I won't she said kissing his head. Angad got up , A- I think better go he said looking into Kripa's eyes who just looked down , K- noooooo, I want you to stay please, aunty will get lonely to na aunty, please tell uncle to stay and play with me he said stomping his feet, kripa had no other choice, kr- angad stay since krish is insisting, but angad knew kripa wanted him out, Angad bent down and whispered something in krish's ear causing him to smile , k-okay uncle bye he said giving him a hug, while kripa was surprised wondering what he must have said , angad got up glancing at kripa , A- I guess I'll show my way out and he left. Ten to fifteen minutes later the door bell rang, this time it was josh and Rohan, who ran inside quickly worried, he saw krish sitting on the couch and picked him up, hugging him tightly , R- are you okay my superman , K- yes papa krish is a big boy, and look I've stopped crying you can smile now he said forcing rohan's lips to form a smile, while Rohan laughed and kissed his cheeks, he then looked at kripa and gave her a hug, R- thank you kripa for looking after him , K- oh actually I was going to call you tell you that he was better but I forgot , sorry, R- please don't be but what was wrong with him, kripa glanced over to krish who instantly looked down and played with his dads ears , K- uhhh I think just a stomach ache maybe he ate too much, R- oh okay, K- you know papa kripa aunty took really good care of me, she's very nice I like her , kripa smile while her cheeks turned slightly pink , Kripa said goodnight and left for her room, after a few minutes Rohan left, placing krish in the back sea and they drove off. Krish fell asleep while Rohan could help but remember krish's word "you know papa kripa aunty took really good care of me, she's very nice I like her" R- could she… possibly he thought and then blushed to him self shaking his head. Kripa changed into her nightwear and laid on her bed thinking about her and Angad and the closeness and perhaps making the same mistake she made a few years ago. Angad too had reached home and was laying on his bed looking at a photo of kripa caressing her lips, A- *sigh*- kripa I love you so much , I can't wait anymore you have to come back to me soon pleaseeeeee.
