Sidharth, aakhir Vikram aur Balraj se keh deta hai ki Saima ko phirse apna kaam karne ki ijazat deni

chahiye,jiske liye wo maan jaate hai. Sahiba Shveta ke ghar jaati aur agle hi din se kaam shuru karne ko

kehti hai...

Ab Aage.....

Next day,

Shveta savere hi delhi ki liye nikal jaati hai.... Raj aur Yash bhi roz ki tarha office chale jaate hai.

Yash: are Raj , main tumhe batana hi bhool gaya

Raj: kya?

Yash: kal meri Sidharth se baat hui, and he said they are ready to work with us.

Raj: that's great news Yash.

Yash: ha, aaj unhone office bulaya, tum chaloge?

Raj: abhi to yaha clients aane wale hai... Aaj yeh designs approve hone hai.

Yash: ha, thik hai aaj main chala jaata hu, and lets see how things work

Raj: everything will be positive...

Yash: yes, acha to phir abhi main chalta hu...

Raj: ok, byee

Yash: byee....

{yash sidharth ke office chala jaata hai, aur yaha raj bhi apne kaam mein busy hota hai....

Sidharth aur Yash ki meeting bhi kaafi achi hoti hai...

After a discussion for about 2 hours they finalise almost everything, and the meeting was over}

Yash: so all done.

Sidharth: yes!!! bas ek baar main chachu se bhi.... mera matlab hai Vikram Singhania se baat karlu and

than all done.

Yash: ok, no problem...

{waha raj ki meeting bhi khatm hoti hai and than he remembers about shveta's house,so decides to go

there and have a look,and so he drives off there.

As he entered in he saw Sahiba adjusting sum boxes aside}

Raj: dijiye main kar deta hu

Sahiba: aap?

Raj: {smiles} ji, waise aap yeh sab kyun kar rahe hai? wo workers the na yaha?

Sahiba: ji ha, per wo uper wale kamrein mein saamaan rakh rahe hai, hum to bas ise hata rahe the

Raj: ok, actually Shveta kuch dino ke liye Delhi gayi hai, and she's aksed me to... {smiles} infact

ordered me to look after you

{sahiba looks at him in amazement}

Raj: i.... mean to look after her house, aur yeh bhi ki aapko kisi cheez ki zaroorat pade to

Sahiba: filhaal to kaam thik thak chal raha hai

Raj: ok, acha Arav kaisa hai?

Sahiba: thik hai..

{and she was searching for something}

Raj: kya baat hai aap kuch dhund rahe hai?

Sahiba: ji, humne yaha ek red color ki file rakhi thi... per........ {still looking for the file... now raj too starts looking for the file around.....}

Raj: ah, yeh to nahi? {he opens the file}

Sahiba: ji wahi hai..

Raj: nice designs.... very impressive... sochta hu apne ghar bhi aapko hi sop du

Sahiba: ji?

Raj: mera matlab hai ki abhi haali mein maine ek ghar liye hai, and i too am looking out for some good interior designer

Sahiba: ohh...

Raj: acha kahiye kya main aapki koi madat kar sakta hu?

Sahiba: {smiles} no, thank you...

Raj: dont be formal, ab to hum dost hai..., kyun?

Sahiba: {smiles} per filhaal koi kaam nahi hai, agar kuch hua to i'll definitely ask u

Raj: i guess itni dosti nahi hai ki humse koi kuch keh sake....

{sayin this raj turned the other way}

Sahiba: {smiles} Raj, kya aap hamari yeh samaan hatane mein madat karenge please?

{raj turns towards her... both of them look at each other and laugh}

Raj: aap bura na maane to ek baat kahu

Sahiba: dosto mein formalities nahi hote

Raj: oh ha... waise aap haste hua bahot ache lagte hai...

Sahiba: {smiles} aur aap baatein bahot achi karte hai... ab kaam kare?

{raj sahiba ko help karta hai aur phir kuch der wahi rukta hai...}

Raj: Sahibaji, ab aaj ke liye bahot kaam ho gaya.... Ghar chale?

Sahiba: emmm..... ha thik hai.

Raj: to chaliye main aapko ghar chod deta hu

Sahiba: nahi hum chale jayenge, Sid ko phone kar dete hai wo car bhijwa dega

Raj: per main bhi usi taraf jaa raha hu aapko drop karte hua jaa sakta hu...

Sahiba: per.... Raj

Raj: any problem?

Sahiba: nahi problem nahi hai per....

Raj: per kya? chaliye bhi

Sahiba: thik hai chaliye

{and they leave}

Raj: how about a cup of coffee?

Sahiba: ji?

Raj: raastei mien ek acha coffee shop hai, agar aap kahe to

Sahiba: may be some time later, filhaal ghar chalte hai

Raj: ok as u say....

{wo singhania mansion pohocte hai}

Sahiba: ander chaliye na

Raj: aaj nahi, per Arav ko mera pyar dena

Sahiba: {smiles}

Raj: acha main chalta hu.... byeee

Sahiba: byee...

{she turns the other way and goes inside while raj waits there watching her go and then he too leaves..

Raj was extremely happy today... He didnt knew what had happened to him. All he knew was that he enjoyed Sahiba's company... All those memories, when he saw Sahiba first time flashed in front of his eyes, and he cudnt stop smiling. He switched on the fm and enjoyed every of bit of the moment...}

{Dil khudgarz hai.... phisla hai yeh..... phir haathse.....

{After a long drive Raj returned back home, he still had the same smile.. He came in whistling}

Yash: oye main mar jawa,kya baat hai??? Aaj janaab ke mijaaz bade hi badle badle lag rahe hai

Raj: hmmm.... bas u hi

Yash: u hi? Isse pehle to kabhi u hi aap aise nahi the? Aaj kya hua?

Raj: kuch bhi nahi Yash, waise yeh bata meeting mien kya hua?

Yash: meeting to bahot badhiya thi. I tell u these Singhanias are very good people. Professionals to hai hi, per wo kaafi down to earth hai.

Raj: wo to hai... {smiles} shayad unke baare mien kuch jyada hi galat fehmiya hai..

Yash: pata nahi, per tum kaha the?

Raj: main shveta ke ghar gaya tha

Yash: acha.... duty nibha rahe the

Raj: ha, waha ka kaam dekhne gaya tha...

Yash: waha kya dekhna hai? waise bhi wo kaam designers ka hai

Raj: ha , per bas u hi gaya tha, Sahibaji ki thodi madat kar raha tha

Yash: oh, ab samjha... janab ke tever u badle badle kyun the

Raj: Yash tum phir?

Yash: are mazaak kar raha hu baba... Waise tum ek kaam kyun nahi karte?

Raj: kya?

Yash: Sahiba ko tumhare ghar ke interiors ke liye kyun nahi kehte?

Raj: kaha to tha, per kuch jawaab nahi diya

Yash: to ek baar phirse pucho

Raj: hmmm..., per pehle shveta ka ghar to hone do

Yash: thik hai..., acha suno kal Sidharth ke saath meeting hai, tum bhi saath chalna

Raj: yes ofcourse... {smiles and goes to his room}

Yash: ye to din pe din ajib hota jaa raha hai....

Sidharth aur Yash ki deal almost ho jaati hai, jisse dono bhi khush the.. Raj aur Sahiba ki dosti badhti hai, aur Raj Sahiba ko apne ghar ke interiors karne ke liye offer karta hai per Sahiba use koi jawab nahi deti.. Raj Sahiba ki company enjoy karne lagta hai....

Ab aage.....

Next day....

Roz ki tarha Raj aur Yash office ke liye nikal rahe hote hai...

Raj: Singhanias se meting kab hai?

Yash: abhi wahi jana hai.. aur tum saath chal rahe ho

Raj: ha ha mujhe yaad hai..

{they heads towards singhanias office, where Sidharth was waiting for them}

Yash: aaj jald se jald ye meeting khatm karni hai

Raj: kyun? kuch aur kaam hai?

Yash: ha, hai kuch personal kaam

Raj: {smiles} ok, thik hai

Yash: hasna bandh karo... aur chalo...wo raha Sidharth

Sidharth: hi, main aap dono ka intezar kar raha tha... I have some good news for u guys, we are ready for the deal... infact maine papers bhi ready kar liye hai aurrr.... arre main to bhool hi gaya, chaliye mere cabin mei chalte hai......

{raj bas sidharth ki taraf dekhkar mukurata hai...}

Sidharth: please have a seat... So main ye keh raha tha ek offer aapne mujhe di ab ek offer main aako dena chahta hu...

Raj: kaisi offer?

Sidharth: aap ye deal Singhanias ke saath karne wale the to uske alawa why dont u guys join me in my new venture?

Yash: as in?

Sidharth: as in my new company RS associates. Darhesal ye company nayi hai, as part of Singhanias... Main chahta hu ki hum ek nayi shuruwat kare... Aapki iss nayi sports car ka launch isi company ke through ho, and im sure we will do well.... So what say?

Yash: well...... but nayi company.. i didnt get it, jabki singhanias ki already ek established company hai...

Sidharth: ji... baat yeh hai ki RS associates hamare bhaisahaab ki company hai jise main uss makaam pe dekhna chahta hu jiska sapna kabhi unhone dekha tha... Rakshit Singhania Associates is my responsibilty now.

Yash: bura naa maano to ek baat puch sakta hu?

Sidharth: pucho

Yash: kya hua tha unke saath? Main bas isliye puch raha kyunki Singhanias ke baare har koi jaanta hai, per aapke bhai ke baare mei shayad hi....

Sidharth: wo isliye ki bhaiya hamara US ka business sambhalte the... shaadi ke baad pehli baar hi wo yaha aaye the aur...... uss manhoos accident ki wajah se sab kuch khatm ho gaya..... {sidharth ki aankhei gili hoti hai} Na to wo accident hota aur na hi wo jo sab hua.....

Yash: im sorry..., mera matlab aapko takleef pohochana nahi tha...

Sidharth: its ok... khair, main chahta hu ki bhaiya ki ye company ki shuruwat ab main karu... So kya socha aapne?

Raj: i dont have a problem with it...

Yash: neither do i... So hamari taraf se ye deal pakki hai..

Sidharth: thank u so much.. I've done with the paper work, u guys go thorugh it..and then we'll get to work as soon as possible..

Yash: certainly.

Sidharth: ek aur baat.. Ab kyunki ye bhaiya ki company hai to isse gharwale kaafi attached hai, as wo kaafi emotional hote hai...aur isiliye chachu chahte hai ki iss company ka re-launch bade paimaane per ho..

Raj: beshak hona bhi chahiye...

Sidharth: im so lucky to be working with u guys. Aapne meri har choti badi baat ko khushi khushi kabool kar liya...

Raj: aapki koi bhi baat galat to nahi hai na?

Sidharth: {smiles} ha... ok so, i guess we are done with everything...

{just then sidharth's cell rings}

Sidharth: helloo.... what? tum bhabhi ke saath rehna main bas abhi hospital pochoch raha hu..... {hangs up)

Sidharth: im sorry guys, but i have to rush now...

Raj: is everything fine?

Sidharth: Arav ki tabiyat behad kharab ho gayi hai...use hospital le gaye hai..

Yash: oh... Its ok, u carry on, hum bhi chalte hai...

Sidharth: thanks... {sidharth just rushes out}

Yash: chale?

Raj; ha...

{ab raj thoda bechain sa hota hai... Wo dono ab apne office ki taraf nikalte hai...}

Yash: waise im sure ye deal hamare liye kaafi achi rahegi... Mujhe umeed nahi thi ki apni company ke re-launch ke liye ye hume offer denge... But anyways...i think ab hume iss project pe jyada se jyada time dena hoga...

{raj was still lost in his thoughts}

Yash: kya baat hai Raj? kaha khoye hue ho?

Raj: nahi, kuch nahi...

Yash: shveta se baat hui?

Raj: nahi... kal raat phone kiya tha per baat nahi ho payi...

Yash: per meri to hui...wo tumhara cell kaafi time se try kar rahi thi per off tha...

Raj: wo... pata nahi..

{wo office pohochte hai, aur Raj seedhe apne cabin mei jata hai}

Yash: {to himself} pata nahi ise kya hota rehta hai... Shveta aa jaye phir thik ho jayega....

Raj's Cabin..........

{raj apne aap mei hi kahi khoya rehta hai...}

Later in the evening..........

Raj was extremely worried, he didnt knew why but he was worried.. He thought he should go and check on Sahiba & Arav, but then something stopped him. He than later decided to atleast give her a call... He first dialed her number, but again something stopped him and he disconnected the call... He somewhere felt that being a friend he can atleast give her call and ask about Arav, but the very next moment he would change his mind... Finally after about 10 minutes he decided to give her call & so he again dialed her number...

Sahiba: hello..

Raj: hi Sahiba, its me Raj

Sahiba: hi, hum abhi bas aaphi ko call karne wale the

Raj: koi khas baat?

Sahiba: nahi, darhesal arav ki tabiyat kuch thik nahi hai, so hum kal nahi aa payenge

Raj: not a problem.. Abhi kaisi tabiyat hai uski?

Sahiba: beheter hai.. bas halkasa bukhaar hai

Raj: oh, koi baat nahi, aap uska khyal rakhiyega aur uske thik hone per hi aana...

Sahiba: thank u so much... Acha hum phone rakhte hai, shayad Arav ro raha hai...

Raj: ok, byee take care

Sahiba: byee.. {hangs up}

Raj was releived after talking to Sahiba, though he knew he shouldnt be feeling that for her but he cant help it either... He than decided to wrap up his work and go out for a drive as he usually liked to do....

2 days later......

Shveta's house..........

After a tired working day Raj decided to go to shveta's house and have a look, it was not that he was excited about it or so but may be because he just wanted an excuse to drop in to meet Sahiba.. He too didnt knew what exactly was the matter with him.. At times when after a long tiring day Raj use to sit at home relaxing but today things were totally different with him.. Reason, he too didnt knew, or may be he knew... He too was confused, what he all knew was that he enjoyed Sahiba's company, and so often he use to drop in at shveta's place to meet her...

As soon as he entered in he saw Sahiba standing in the corner of the living room.. She was looking at something, or may be trying to figure out something on the wall... Raj looked at her, and smiled... Sahiba just than noticed him and smiled

Sahiba: aap kab aaye?

Raj: bas abhi abhi, per aise kar kya rahi thi?

Sahiba: nahi, bas ye soch rahe the ki wo frames yaha jyada suit karenge ya uper wale kamre mie.. Was just trying something new...

Raj: ah! im sure, jo bhi hoga acha hi hoga..

Sahiba: i hope shveta will like it...

Raj: she's gonna love it...

Sahiba: i hope so, agar aapko pasand hai to shayad use bhi pasand aaye, (smiles) ek baat puche?

Raj: ji

Sahiba: aap shveta ko kabse jaante hai? i mean aap dono ki badi hi pyari dosti hai... its really sweet. I wish hamare bhi kuch aise dost hote…

Raj: (interrupts) wish? kya hum apke dost nahi? I mean mana ki iss waqt aap ek professional ke hisaab se kam kar rahe, per phir bhi dosti ka rishta to hai na?

Sahiba: ha..so to hai... kya hai na, hume kabhi kisi dost ki zaroorat padi hi nahi, har kadam per Rakshit jo saath the.. ek dost, ek pati sabhi rishte to unse hi jud gaye the... kaash kuch rishte hamesha waise hi hote jaise the... (she wipes out the tear from the corner of her eye) shayad sabko sab kuch nahi milta...

Raj: main samajh sakta hu.., waise kya hua tha? I mean aisa lagta nahi ki aapki shaadi ko jyada waqt hua hoga....

{Sahiba couldnt speak anything as her throat was chocked, it was as if she had controlled all her emotions and just wanted to burst out.... But as always she couldn't...}

Raj: its ok agar aap iss bare mei baat nahi karna chahti, main to bas uhi keh raha tha... kabhi kabhi u hi baat karne se bhi mann halka hota hai... but jis baat se takleef ho...

Sahiba: Rakshit ki yaadei to hamari zindagi hai, unse bhala hume kaisi takleef hogi.... (pauses for a minute) Wo din hum kabhi nahi bhula sakte... wo din, wo hadsaa jiske baad hamari puri zindagi badal gayi...

and she starts telling him....

...flashback...

Rakshit and Sahiba had settled in US after their marriage.. This was the first time when they came down to India after their marriage... It had been 3 years since the accident took him from her on that fateful Friday morning. Rakshit was trying to get home to Sahiba for Valentines Day. He looked down on the seat next to him and saw the white teddy bear holding the sparkling diamond between his paws. He smiled when he thought about her reaction to the gift he had chosen for his Valentine. He only looked down for a moment, but when his eyes returned to the road, it was too late to stop the truck before crashing into the stalled car in front of him. His car skidded more than 100 feet before it rolled down the embankment over and over and over. The last face he saw before the metal caved on top of him was the bear staring back at him...

...end of flashback....

sahiba closed her eyes and tears rolled down her eyes.. She spoke in a very low tone than...

Sahiba: unhone to apne bete ka chehra bhi nahi dekha... Uss ek hadse ke baad sab kuch badal gaya... Wo din hum aaj tak bhool nahi paye...

Looking at sahiba, for a moment raj felt like taking her in his arms so that she let all our pain pass away through her tears… But than he just came closer to her and gently kept his hand on her shoulder..

Raj: sambhaliye apne aapko.. shayad mujhe iss bare mei baat nahi karni chahiye thi.. per kya karta, kabhi kabhi apno ko u dekh nahi pata… Meri zindagi mei kehne ko apna koi nahi, per phir bhi Shveta aur Yash mera parivar hai… Ma baap na hote hue bhi uncle aunty ne mujhe apne bete ki tarah samjha… Main shayad hi apki takleef ko samajh paunga, per bas itna kahunga ki zindagi ki kisi bhi mod per jab bhi ek dost ki zaroorat pade to mujhe yaad kar lena…

Sahiba just looked at Raj with those tearful eyes, and for a moment she saw rakhshit's reflection in him…

Raj than stepped a bit forward towards her and gently wiped off her tears, Sahiba suddenly realized her closeness with him and stepped back.. and went upstairs…while Raj stood there for sometime…
