Kripa hit him lightly, Sahil laughed and then hugged her again and left the flat, Kripa picked up the bag and began unpacking and making herself at home

Angad dropped his bags on the floor of his room and sat on his bed, it was good to be home, that was quite ironic considering he couldn't wait to leave a few years ago. Angad was studying at London Uni and was soon to be in his final year, right now he had finished his second year and was now free for around 3 months so he decided to visit home. Angad closed his eyes and lay his head on the bed, only to be disturbed by the door bursting open by his younger brother Lakshya (played by Pulkit Samrat)
L - hey bro!
Lakshya came in and flopped onto Angad's bed and began playing with his IPod, Angad looked at him
A - Lucky.....get out!
L - chill bro....B and Big B want to talk to you
A - B and Big B?
L - yea...bro and big bro
Angad turned his head towards the doorway where his older brothers Kavya (Eijaz Khan) and Sujal (Rajeev Khandelwal) were standing
A - why you standing there for? come in and sit down
Angad pushed Lakshya over and Kavya and Sujal sat down
Ka - hows uni?
A - good
S - studies going good?
A - yes
L - hows Mishty?
Angad punched Lakshya who held his arm and got off the bed and stood near Sujal
S - who's Mishty?
A - no one!
L - AB's girlfriend
A - AB? what's with all these nicknames?
L - AB....Angad bhaiya....or bro whichever one suits you, and don't change the subject
Ka - Angad, is Mishty your girlfriend?
A - yea...no...it's complicated
S - well uncomplicate it
Angad breathed deeply and faced his brothers
A - she was my girlfriend but we broke up
L - oh my god! what happened, I thought you two were serious?
A - Lucky leave now!
L - no way!
A - Kavya bhaiya tell him
Ka - Lakshya go
L - but...
S - Lakshya!
Lakshya groaned and left the room
Ka - so what happened?
A - she cheated on me
S - what?
A - yea, I came here one weekend, and when I got back I saw her with another guy
Ka - sorry dude
A - it's ok, I'm over her. Anyways what did you want to talk about?
S - Angad, you're 21 now
A - so?
S - this is your final year
A - still not seeing the point?
Ka - what bhaiya is trying to say is....mum wants you to start thinking about marriage
Angad stood up and looked at his brothers in disbelief
A - what! are you insane? I'm 21!! I'm still a kid and plus you two aren't married!!!
Ka - yet Angad, our marriages have been fixed, you know that
S - Angad look, we're not saying you have to get married right now, we're just saying you should think about it, I mean if you had a girlfriend then that would shut mum up for a while because she would think you two would get married
Ka - but you don't
A - so I'm meant to get married or get a girlfriend? but....but...come on guys, I don't want to get married, not yet anyways, I still haven't done the things I want to
S - you can do those things after marriage?
Angad laughed
A - yeah right as if Kashish bhabhi or Anjali bhabhi would go with you to a strip club or something
Ka - Angad
A - sorry....bad joke, but still please talk to mum, put her off
S - we have! she wanted to talk to you last time you came here but we told her we would talk to you
Angad paced the room and began thinking, suddenly he stopped in front of his brothers with a grin on his face
A - I have an idea
S - what?
A - tell mum.....I have a girlfriend
Ka - but you don't
A - mum does't have to know that! you said yourself, if she thinks I have a girlfriend she will back off, please bhaiya, please
Angad looked at his brothers pleadingly, they looked at each other
S - no Angad
A - but
Ka - come on bhaiya...for a few days, and we all know Angad, he'll have a girlfriend in minutes
S - fine but if mum finds out, don't blame me
Angad smiled and hugged his brothers
Ka - now get changed and come downstairs to eat
A - ok
Kavya and Sujal left, Angad began getting changed when Lakshya came inside
A - Lucky go away dude
L - stop calling me Lucky, I'm not a ....dog
A - fine Lakshya...go away
L - no
Angad groaned, Lakshya could get away with anything being the youngest
L - so meet any new girls?
A - no
L - none?
Angad sat on his bed opposite Lakshya
A - no
L - ok
Lakshya got up to leave when Angad remembered Kripa
A - wait, there was one...I met her on the coach here
L - really? was she hot?
Angad laughed
A - yea I guess she was
L - what's her name?
A - errr Kripa....something, quite an angry girl
L - hmmm interesting, what else?
A - she ran away from home, well that's what I reckon
L - ooo bad girl.....did you get her number?
A - no Lakshya, I'm not like you
L - you should be bhaiya, have some fun once in a while
A - I do....just not when I'm here
Lakshya and Angad laughed when Sujal called them from downstairs, Angad finished changing and went downstairs with Lakshya to eat. At the dining table, Angad sat down only to have his mother Naina and father Dilip stare at him
A - if you really like looking at me get a photo
Lakshya sniggered but stopped when Sujal glared at him
A - sorry....but stop staring please
N - Angad, the boys tell me you have a girlfriend
A - and?
D - where did you meet her?
A - in London
N - what's her family like?
A - normal....
D - and her name?
Angad stared at his brothers for a brief moment, Lakshya mouthed something and Angad smiled and faced his parents
A - her names's....Kripa
N - what a lovely name
A - yea it is isn't it
D - when do we get to meet her?
A - er.....not anytime soon, she's still in London, with her family and all
N - right, well next time you speak to her, be sure to let her know we want to meet her
A - will do mom
Angad smiled at himself and his quick thinking with the help of Lakshya, now his parents would stop bothering him and leave him alone for a while. Angad mentally thanked Kripa, if he had not met her then he wouldn't have a pretend girlfriend, and it was not like he was going to see her again, afterall Manchester's a big place
coming up - a very small place indeed
