The heavy downpour continued throughout the afternoon. A worried Kripa walked out of the building feeling sick to the stomach . She had nothing to eat since morning, plus her tiff with Angad Khanna earlier that day had made her disgusted for some reason, now nothing seemed, as it would have before.

She could hear the start of a song from the corner... someone had switched on the radio on a really high volume.

It was only when she had gotten out of her thoughts and looked at the side for a taxi that she saw smoke in the air, and a tall familiar figure railing on the side pillars. It took only a matter of seconds to take in the person's appearance, before it hit her. It was Angad Khanna! The last person on Earth, who she wished would be here... (Thanks to Hina for the last sentence!)

Instantly panicking, since she had just been through her disastrous interview, and if he noticed her, then there would be hell lot of trouble to deal with. She literally turned around to run without even looking only to bump into someone, all due to that stupid song, which she had been singing in her head now... If only she could get her hands on that radio she would... ugh....

The person's things fell on the floor, as he looked up, and snapped, "can't you look before walking?"

"i am sorry" she said literally begging the person to stop.

"what sorry? You dropped all my things" the man replied in turn, and started picking up his things.

Closing her eyes and whispering to the man that she was really sorry she was about to run only to hear, "you... you..."

There was no mistaking that voice. Making faces she ignored him, and decided to walk away only to realize he was following her. Damn, could this day get any better?

She quickened her pace only to feel his grip on her hands, as he pulled her around, and said, "i was talking to you miss..."

"But, I don't want to talk to you!" she screamed loudly to him. Seriously, didn't the guy have enough earlier today, now he was back.

The song was really starting to annoy her...

"I don't care whether you want to or not want to talk me. I want to talk to you, means its final" pulling her closer till she could feel his breath on her cheeks he said, "you are talking to me"

"Okay," she replied pulling her hands out of his grasp, "what do you want to talk? (pausing to look at this face) Look man there is nothing to talk about... now, leave me I have better things to do than talk to you..."

He was looking at her carefully now, for some reason she felt uncomfortable with his gaze, all due to that stupid song... that stupid song was doing wonders to her... it was really making her imagine that she and this guy were dancing on the song... the mind just worked mysteriously at times...

That's when the volume turned up even higher. Angad opened his mouth to say something, but she couldn't hear anything... All she could hear was the song...

"SHUTUP!!" they both yelled out in chorus at the same time. The guy at the shop gave them a small smile, and winked, as he turned the volume down.

(closing her eyes thinking)

"I don't care where the hell you need to go – whether you are meeting a lover or a fiancee or whatever crap you are doing – we are talking and that's final!!!!" he said, then holding her wrist he dragged her from the place.

The next thing she knows is that she is thrown back into the building she had come out from. The talking stops, as everyone takes notice of Angad.

She is roughly pulled up the stairs, while the entire staff stands still looking at them. In the end, she is finally thrown into a room, as Angad comes and closed the door behind him locking it.

All of a sudden she feels scared. She had used some not so kind words to Angad, and that too said things involving his mother, although she never indirectly meant his mother, but then again will any man hear about his mother being dragged into such a nasty conversation. The answer was no.

Men were capable of being monsters, and now with the door locked behind her she knew her words had turned Angad Khanna into one.

He smirked, as he looked at her expressions, then he responded, "wooh girl do you honestly think I am interested in you?" as he came in front of her with that smirk.

She didn't know what to respond. All she knew was that she wanted to get out of this place as soon as possible. It was just starting to suffocate her.

"what is so special in you that I would turn around and look at you?" he said as he checked her out, while she felt uncomfortable. He was making fun of her, and she didn't like it one bit.

"You are not some beauty queen, in fact you are the most ugliest, simple, ordinary looking girl I have ever seen" that's it that was the limit – he had crossed everything today. She was hurt, perhaps hurt beyond damage, as tears came in her eyes, and then he said the nastiest things ever – no one had said those to her, "i wouldn't even pay to sleep with you. Even if you said free, maybe I would consider it, but consideration is also highly unlik----"

She was furious now. That was beyond something she could endure. How could he think of her as something like this? How dare he? How dare he sit and insult her?

"You think you are so great Angad Khanna. Oh no, you aren't I would get married to anyone... you would be the last person on this planet that i would marry. I will marry any idiot, any pagal, anyone, but not a junglee janwaar like you." She replied angrily, almost shaking now, as she said those words.

He knew she was not capable of using other words, so she had used the term 'marry'. He was furious as well, his eyes turned black, and face turned red, as he came in front of her, then he pinned her roughly on the table came close to her, "yeh sab pride hain na tumhari main ek second main nikal sakta hoon. Don't make me do things that i don't want to do Kripa. You are not some special person get it?" pulling her closer he yelled "You are just a middle class person playing hard to get at – you all pretend to be sati savitri, but in reality you aren't..."

More tears came in Kripa's eyes. She hated her self for crying in front of this man, angrily she wiped them off, yelling out loud she said, "You are not SPECIAL okay? I HATE YOU! Get this in your stupid (Angad straightens) head I just HATE you! I am not playing HARD TO GET at or anything" getting emotional as she said, "I am a simple girl, with a simple family, and nothing. Now, please leave me alone. I don't want to stand here all day and argue about this."

She began to leave, when he pulled her back, turning around she yelled back, "what is your problem Angad? Are you done with your insults? I have had enough of them to last me a life time".

"good then," he replied, "moving on to other things, you have already been accepted her as PA" as he walked around his chair, and turned around facing her.

"What?" she replied shocked that she had gotten accepted.

"Actually, don't be too proud of yourself, you got the job before you even walked into the room, if it weren't for me your lousy answers wouldn't have gotten you anywhere" he replied firmly looking pleased.

"WHAT?" She said getting up, "you fixed my job here!" closing her mouth with her hands her mouth widened as she said, "OH MY GOD – YOU ARE THE BOSS! YOU ARE KHANNA!"

"I am glad your brain finally decided to start" he responded with a teasing look.

"HOW STUPID COULD I BE?" She said talking to her self. He smiled even more looking at her helpless state. It was so worth it to see her like this.

"I am not working here." She firmly replied, "that's it I QUIT!!" looking better now.

"Did you even read the contract before signing it?" he asked arrogantly with the smile even bigger now. She hated that smile. If only she could wipe it right off his face.

Frowning she shook her head negatively, and said, "what's the big deal? Maximum a month in this jail, then I am gone"

"oh no no no (in a sweet tone as if it were some good news)... my dear Kripa" he said emphasizing strongly on my dear, while he looked at her disapproval, "either you are too naive or completely stupid. The contract strictly states three years under me & you are not allowed to quit!"

"WHAT KIND OF A CONTRACT IS THAT?" She yelled as she rose from her chair.

"I won't tolerate your screaming now Kripa. This is a office (after a brief pause) not your house," he said patiently, but he looked like he was losing his patience, sighing he said, "that's all there to say - you may LEAVE now. I can't stand your stupid face for another second!!! Just get out..."

"As if I can stand your stupid ugly dumb idiotic mental face" she replied, "even shrek looks better than you!" she whispered the last bit under her breath

"Ahh Miss Kripa, may I remind you that I am the boss here? And, not you!" he said angrily.

Turning around she walked to the door only to hear him say, "And, don't be late Ms. Sharma. Tardiness is strictly not permitted in Khanna Corporations. Yet, if you are late, then we will forced to cut down a month's salary" when he heard her curse in the doorway he added, "or specially for you we can figure out some alternative punishment" smiling widely now he said, "I will see you tomorrow sharp at 8-00 AM"

Walking out, Kripa silently wished that tomorrow never came.
