This is the last part of the FF. I apologize for the delayed posting; I was held up by something else.
Part 7
While Dr.Riddhimma puts Prerna under drips, she switches on the TV. Both get the news that the Dew postponed flights from India to the USA. Prerna feels better, and Dr. Riddhimma frees her.
Anurag dials Prerna's number. The phone rings. Prerna picks up the phone.
Anurag: How are you?
Prerna: I am fine (She inwardly thinks if Anurag learns about my pregnancy, I won't be able to move on as Rish refused to marry me.)
Anurag: What are you thinking?
Prerna: I don't know whether I can come to the USA because there is a dew.
Anurag: No, you guys need not come. Koma and I are coming to India and will get married there.
Anurag gets the refund for Prerna and Rishab's tickets.
Komalika calls Rishab.
Komalika: We are coming to India to get married in our motherland.
Rishab: That's wonderful.
Sony, Karthik, and other family members meet Purnima's father.
Sony: I have come here to ask for Purnima's hand for my son, Kartik.
Kuldeep: When you learned that Purnima is Shanaya's sister, you told us she should not be present at the wedding. I'm glad you are ready to accept her as your daughter-in-law.
Sony: I agreed to that relationship only for my son's happiness. Also, this is the first time I've got impressed with her makeover and dress sense.
Kuldeep: Please take care of her.
Sony: Of course, that's needless to say. I want the wedding to be conducted like we did for my other son with Shanaya. I don't believe in mahurat and other stuff. Also, I don't want any noise in these rituals. So I want the engagement tomorrow and the marriage within one week.

The next day, many people come to attend the engagement ceremony. Kartik and Purnima get engaged.
Anurag and Komalika get on the flight to India, while Prerna goes to Dr. Riddhimma to terminate her pregnancy.
Dr. Riddhimma: Everything is normal, but there is some risk. I can understand what is going on in your mind. On the one hand, there is your dignity; on the other hand, there could be a risk. Usually, I make others sign the consent form. But since I know you, I will bear the risk. But it will be better if your guy is around.
Dr. Riddhimma and her team take Prerna to the operation theatre for abortion.
Anurag and Komalika reach India. Anurag meets his parents. He goes to his room and realizes the time he spent with Komalika in the USA. Mohini enters the room and shows him the sherwani for his wedding.
Mohini: See whether you like the color.
Anurag (in his world): I have faith in your choice. Whatever you give me, I will wear.
Mohini: See the color once. I know you love light colors like white, grey, light blue, etc.
Anurag saw the green color and said, no, it is OK.
Mohini: You used to get angry seeing the green color, but you have approved it. What is wrong with you? Are you happy with the marriage?
Komalika also remembers the time she spent with Anurag.
Flashback
Komalika and Anurag left for the USA today as Mohini insisted they go together for a business meeting. They stayed in the hotel room and met the prospective clients in the USA to crack the deal. One of the clients conducted a conference meeting that involved Anurag and Komalika. After the meeting, Anurag and Komalika drive the car. Komalika's tire gets punctured on the way, and she gets attacked by the goons, where she loses her purse.
Komalika calls Anurag.
Anurag: Yes, tell me.
Komalika: I'm in a problem.
Anurag: What happened?
Komalika: I've been robbed. My tire got punctured, and there is no mechanic nearby.
Anurag: Send me the location. I'll come.
Komalika sends him the location. Anurag comes there.
Anurag: Oh my God. You got injured very badly. Your face got disfigured. It seems they threw acid on your face.
Komalika faints.
Both go to the nearby clinic. The doctor performs plastic surgery. Both reach the hotel room.
Anurag: Do you know the license number of the thugs' car?
Komalika: Yes.
She gives him their license number.
Anurag: I think we should complain to the police station.
Anurag and Koma complained.
Police: Do you have their photograph?
Komalika: No.
Police: Can you tell me how they look so I can make a sketch?

The cops trace the number and arrest the goons. Komalika gets back everything she lost.

Komalika: Sure.
Their feelings for Prerna and Rishab change, but they control their emotions. The next day, they reach India.
Flashback ends.
Komolika's mother approached her with a wedding saree and said, "See whether you like the color and the design."
Komolika: I always hated green, but the design is beautiful. I like to have something different in my life. I don't hate green anymore.
Anurag and Komolika meet at the coffee shop in the evening.
Anurag: I guess you are excited about your wedding with Rishab.
Komolika: I thought you called us to conduct a small farewell for us.
Anurag: I always thought that I loved Prerna, but after being together and supporting one another, I don't have the same feelings for Prerna. Mom told me she was OK if I was unhappy with that relationship.
Komolika: Even I don't have those feelings for Rishab, which I used to have earlier. In every meeting, he mostly talks about Prerna, which irritates me. But I have never seen you mixing up your friendship and love.
Anurag: Even I realized the same after spending time with you. I always saw that glow on Prerna's face whenever she heard about Rishab, but I never told her anything. I love you, Komolika.
Komolika: I love you too. But we should speak to our fiancees first.
Anurag: Yes.
The next day Komolika meets Rishab.
Rishab sees a change of attitude in Komolika but asks, "Did your parents fix up the mahurat for our marriage?"
Komolika: I'm sorry, I won't be able to marry you as I love Anurag now. I never realized that. I also see in your eyes that you love Prerna.
Rishab: I wanted to tell you something. I wanted to say to you that Prerna and I got intimate in the absence of you guys. The first time we got intoxicated and were not in our senses. The second time was when I helped her to select a lehenga for her wedding. She is pregnant with my child and confessed her love for me. Rishab gets a call from the hospital from the reception. He picks up the call.
Receptionist: I am calling from City Hospital. Dr. Riddhimma asked me to contact you. Prerna is in the hospital and is going to abort the child. If you are around, she will feel good.
Rishab (shocked): Fine, I am coming.
Komolika: What happened?
Rishab: Prerna is going to abort our child.
Komolika: I think you have to rush.
Rishab hurriedly reaches the hospital and asks the receptionist Jiya, "Where is Prerna?"
Jiya: She is in the operation theatre.
Rishab: How can you guys perform surgery without the law's approval? I don't think her parents know about it. She is my childhood friend, and I am the father of my child.
He is about to rush to the OT to stop the process.
Jiya: You are not supposed to enter the OT.

Jiya gets scared and allows him.

Rishab: It is my child, and it requires my signature to start the process. On what basis have you taken the decision?
Dr. Riddhimma: Prerna is my childhood friend, so I decided to take that risk. Didn't you think about your friend and child earlier? Prerna told me everything. I had to postpone the abortion as her BP was low, and her health was not so good on the next checkup. But she told me that she did not wish to live anymore after what had happened between her and you. If you love Prerna, why don't you marry her? How could you be so irresponsible? When you could enjoy yourself with her, wasn't it your duty to take care of her? I planned to bring you here so you will understand her worth. Her BP was lower than before, but I lied that it was normal now; otherwise, she would have committed suicide. So I did all this drama.
Rishab recollects his conversation with Prerna after their first consummation and gets ashamed.
Rishab: We were not in our senses when it happened for the first time. Someone had spiked our drinks. Then, later on, we got attracted to each other and realized our love for each other in the process, but then it was too late. Even our fiancees are OK with that.
Dr. Riddhimma: Go to Prerna immediately and convince her to stop the process.
Rishab goes to Prerna and says, "The child is also mine. How could you take this decision alone?"
Prerna: You asked me to abort the child and move on. What else could I do? You were more worried about what Koma and Anu would think about us if we backed out.
Rishab: Yes, I said that, but now things have changed. Koma and Anu backed out, and now we are free to unite. I love you, Prerna. I love you.
Prerna: I love you too.
Rishab and Prerna come out of the OT.
Prerna: Thank you, Dr. Riddhimma.
Dr. Riddhimma: You are welcome.
The next day, Rishab, Prerna, Anurag, and Komolika attend the wedding of Kartik and Purnima.
Purnima: Hi, Prerna; nice to see Rishab. Good pair.
Rishab and Prerna blush.
Nivedita: Mom, my plan worked. See how Anurag decided to move on with Komolika.
Veena overhears them.
Veena: I am unhappy with what you did, but I also wanted Rishab as my son-in-law. But Anurag and Prerna were captivated by each other and thought it was love.
