I want both Sumedha and Pia to know this.
both will react in different way. Pia will still end up doubting Taaruni and Sumedha would be furious 😉.

There was complete silence

“So no!” he said firmly (you are attending Pia's party so dont even think of heading to Chandigarh)

“We are not a conglomerate, we employ 10s of thousands but don’t have office across India”

“We are going to fight about semantic now, you know what I meant” she sent an eye roll

She didn’t hear from him for twoish hours after wards

She slept like a baby, and checked messages the next morning after chatting with Ma

“Probably towards the end of the week”

“that was last night actually!!” “Its Sunday morning”

He found her to be incredibly adorable when she said spontaneously funny things like that

He had no idea how he could have found someone like her through dating apps or by being set up by Pia or Mom

This woman was something else he thought

“My flight was delayed, sat on the tarmac and now at the hotel”

“No sunning on the beach?” she sent a potato on a deck chair wearing sunglasses

“No ME!” she insisted

“I disagree” he said plainly

Her heart rate soared, he was flirting, and it made her soft and squishy on the inside……
