Anu, I think, is plain conflicted. She wants a grandkid too but she also wants her daughters to have the freedom to choose. She also knows some of Veev's opinions about the matter, how snarky at that!

I guess A&A would have to learn the hard way..
They can't map out their kids' life or impose their choices on their kids. Be it to have kids or not..

Dadi's presence is making Anu more and more rebellious, as a mother she might want to be a grandma a teeny teeny bit but Dadi's constant put down and never ever being able to get any validation from her is making her stand her ground on what her daughters should achieve

He called raanav again, but he was fast asleep. Anu went about getting ready for work. Dadi was waiting for her phone, she took it with her to hear bhajans

“My parents have a date too tonight”

“Inder India gaya hai” she said quietly

My heart goes to this guy 🤗.

She come on holiday also coz of his Dad primarily.
Never has he been able to enjoy her company without having to think about anything.
Can they not be bothered about Naina / Inder and just enjoy each other’s company for a week or so? Understand each other better?
