I got a query. Since this rule states, you will only read up to 2000 words. Should I split my OS into two parts and send each one separately or send it together? My OS is 3500 words in total.
- Send only one chapter at a time. Beta Readers will be giving their feedback and based on that you can continue writing your story. Beta's will read up to 2000 words per entry not more than that. You are only allowed to post a passage once a week.

I guess you can send the whole OS.
To attain knowledge, add things every day. To become a good writer, remove things that were suggested by learned persons frequently to you.
A true Beta-reader would never tell you what to do. But she would give you the knowledge with which you could decide what would be best for you to do!
Dear authors, please note these important points.
Entries for competitions organized on any forum on the IF will not be beta read. Writers are requested to kindly avoid pming beta readers/FFEs to beta read their entries for such contests. But in case you wish to post your story on the FF section/ FF forum after the contest organizer has given you the green signal, then only we will beta read it.
It has come to our notice that a few authors are not following the suggestions/changes made by our BRs, or the changes are not implemented soon enough. We may refuse to accept that author's works from the next time onwards. We take our time and strive, and the least we can expect for is implementation and a certain credit/ acknowledgement. We understand that there is life outside IF, but it would be nice if you go through the changes in at least 7 days prior to posting your next request.
Also, if a beta reader has suggested some changes, kindly avoid making the same mistakes in your next write up. If you are sending a story you had previously posted, just read through and send it to us after you have made the obvious changes that stand out.
Ideas, you may get from inspiration, but a story is trapped within you, release it, we are always here to adorn it with our advises.
