Bua and Dadi knocked on the door at 4 AM to invite Viveka to rituals

He smiled as he realized she struggled to address him as dad
She missed Raanav at night, no doubt about it
Anu slept soundly, she tossed and turned doingher favorite thing, reviewing his text messages to her
She went online and searched up his name and looked up the shirt company he had modeled for and looked at him wearing debonair bespoke white shirts

Viveka fought and refused elaborate hair dressing, and chose a French braid, refused to ditch her glasses
The make up worker gave up after trying for a while
She looked lovely nevertheless, Akash teared up seeing her look very “fancy” as he told Anu

“That’s exactly why she was refusing to dress up incidentally” Anu laughed
He arrived around 9ish when the baraat was going down a circular resort road in a luxury convertible
He was not dressed in a tux, (he had brought one, wisely)
He was dressed in dark blue jeans and a almost gold but not quite yellow shirt with red checks
He was always neatly shaved, and combed she noticed
She had noticed a shower in the Bombardier Global 6000
“What are you doing here?” she asked mischievously her heart thudding disturbingly, he smiled knowingly, when their gaze met ( he finally found her among the 500 guests)
