discontinued fan fiction updates

hello dear fan friction reader ,

i hear want to discuss a important topic ... regarding all the fan fiction from every serial .. see a writer works very hard on each updates and they should get recognised for all there hard work but what makes me angry is the fact that 60% of the writers eave there fan friction in between and not update for months on end then maybe update a part or 2 and again disappear after rasing the hope of readers ... soo what i want to aay is if a reader checkes every once in a while and comments on the fan fiction demanding a update then shouldn't the weiter have enough decency to write a small note saying the fan friction has been discontinued ... or just to edit the topic .....

what do u people feel about it ..
