Ab Kya Kare?
RECAP: A sleepy Prithvi moans: Kripa…Kya hai?
Kripa confused: Kya 'kya hai?' Aapne uthna (wake up) nahin hai kya?
Prithvi (still in his sleepy voice and eyes half open): Haan lekin itni jaldi?….itni jaldi toh tumhe bhi zaroorat nahin hai jaag (wake up) ne ki.
She took the blanket off him unsure if she should do that or not. She tried to touch him but thought better not to as maybe he wouldn't like it. She looked around the room for something.
Angad: Kripa tum yahan kya kar rahi ho?
Kripa stuttered: Main woh…main..aa…appko…jagane ke…ke liye aa…aai thi.
Angad calmed down: Oh….
He remembered the hanger and didn't know what else to do so he moved away a little further away from Kripa.
Kripa entered inside, and stood next to the door, to see him spraying perfume on himself. He could see her from the mirror and vise versa.
Kripa: Angad breakfast ready hai.
Angad had brought in some more plates and glasses. Angad came up to Kripa and stood next to her while trying to dry the plates as he didn't want her to think that he came inside only to tell her something.
Angad: Breakfast acha tha.
Angad shouted 'THANKS!' to Prithvi. Prithvi heard that and waved a brotherly 'bye' at Angad. With that Angad took off to get Kannan.

Part 12
On his way to Kannan's place, Angad put his sack on the passenger seat next to the driver's seat. When Angad reached at her place he knew that he would have to confront her whining because he was late. Well it wasn't his fault he thought he had only forgotten because of……….well who cares about that now.
Kannan argued about sitting next to Angad but Angad, as usual, somehow convinced Kannan that he was afraid that something delicate inside his bag might break so that's why he kept it next to him so that he can take care of it. Kannan sat at the back seat which satisfied Angad, at least a little because if she sat next to him it would be a lot more worse as sitting at the back is still not enough to stop Kannan from doing those silly things.
Kannan was sitting at the back as Angad drove to her college to drop her first. She was wearing a micro-mini skirt and a tight top just to impress him when Angad had seen her he remembered Kripa in the morning when she had come to call for breakfast; he had seen her from bottom to top, she was wearing a beige and navy blue (pa-tial-la) shalwar kameez, it was simple but she looked beautiful in it.
When a traffic-light turned red, Angad stopped the car. Kannan, was sitting directly behind Angad, came forward so that she was almost right next to him. Her head was resting beside his head-rest, she went a little more forward so her chin was resting on his neck. She pulled her arms forward and rested on his chest so it seemed like she was hugging him (passionately) from the back. Angad obviously seemed uncomfortable and angry at her for doing this but he didn't tell her directly instead when the light turned green, he sped to the next traffic light which was going to turn red soon enough. He drove with a lot of speed to which Kannan said 'Wow Angad you drive really cool I…..aahhh', before Kannan could finish Angad pretended that he didn't see the red light before so that's why he had to do a sudden break.
Kannan pretended to be not at all bothered but Angad saw in his rear-view mirror that he had just spoiled her hairstyle which she must have spent 2 hours to making it in the right place. He didn't often annoyed her like that but only at times when she behaved like………just like she did then but today he reacted faster so nothing much happened. He dropped her off and said that he might to come to pick her up so she better go with her friends or by bus or whatever she pleased.
Angad reached university; he parked his car and walked towards his friends in the canteen. Kripa was in the canteen too but further away. There was this one thing which he enjoyed in the morning, there is a guy at the university who, in most mornings, come up to Kripa. He fancies her just like most of the guys. That guy is like a quiet, shy type of guy. Today he came up to Kripa with a lily flower. Kripa and her friends weren't sitting, they were standing at one side of the canteen whereas Angad and his friends were sitting in the canteen somewhere around in the middle. Angad was sitting casually (openly/ all spread-out on his chair), facing Kripa's side, he could clearly see what was happening. When the guy, Mike, came up to Kripa he handed her the lily with 'A lily for a beauty!' he told her that she looked more beautiful than the last time he saw her. Kripa took the flower and smiled kind of uneasily. She didn't want to break his heart. She thanked him when she saw Angad looking in her direction. He was smirking. He wasn't smirking because a guy like Mike came up and handed her a flower, he didn't think bad of people who were innocent but he was smirking because Kripa felt awkward and uneasy and moreover she just saw Angad witnessing the scene too but he knew that she didn't cared if he saw or not.
The canteen cleared up and lessons began. Kripa had trouble writing notes because her hand was wrist was hurting badly because in the morning she tried to ignore the pain when she was cooking and eating and doing the washing up. After that it had begun to hurt, she didn't know that she should have let it rest for a day or two at least. So her friend helped in to take notes for her.
At lunch, Kripa and her friends went in the canteen to buy lunch. They were going to eat in the canteen that day. When they went to a table, they all sat down then one of them started talking about (and also asking) Angad as they knew that Kripa lived with his family. Soon enough they all were talking about Angad with Kripa. Kripa wasn't really interested so she just gave simple answers or answered them back with no interest; they knew that Kripa wasn't like the many girls at university.
Angad and the guys were crossing the canteen to get to the car park because they were going to have lunch outside. Angad saw Kripa and the girls having lunch and all but Kripa was just having a drink. She wasn't eating. Angad wondered if it was because of the wrist that she wasn't eating. He told the guys to go and told them that he might or might not come but still asked them to go to the restaurant. He walked towards the table where the girls were sitting, Kripa's back was to him so she didn't now why the girls sitting opposite her were gasping and glancing up every other second. Some of them were also feeling shy. When someone tapped on Kripa's shoulder and Kripa looked up, she knew then what was going on. Angad had come to them, which was very rare. She was thinking that thank god that the girls saw him because or else they would have known that he came to know that they were talking about Angad and when Angad would leave they'd ask Kripa loads more questions. Angad said 'Hi!' to the other girls except Kripa, but the girls didn't notice that. He stood next to Kripa and chatted with them (the girls) for a minute, he knew most of them as they were popular in university and so was Kripa. Then he turned to Kripa and hold her wrist and told her, that's what the girls thought, but in fact he had ordered her to come with him. He excused the other girls 'Uumm girls I have to discuss with Kripa about something so I think she won't be able to make it back to you all for lunch.' The girls had all willingly said 'Yah. That's fine.' 'We don't mind.', if it were someone else they may not have Kripa go but it was Angad now so they didn't mind. Kripa stood and followed him. The girls waved bye to them. When Angad and Kripa were in the car park, Kripa started to walk more slowly which made Angad turn back at her and she nodded towards their hands. Angad quickly let go of her hand. They were walking towards Angad's car side by side in silence.
Kripa broke the silence 'Angad aisi kya baat hai jot um mujhe waha se utha key aha le aai ho?'
Angad: Tumhe bhook lagi hai kya?
Kripa: Kyun?
Angad: Tum khana nahin kha rahi thi?
Kripa: Haan toh?
Angad: Haan toh kyun nahin kha rahi thi?
Kripa: Bas aise hi…
Angad: Aise hi ke…
He nodded towards her bandaged wrist.
Kripa used her left hand to hold her right wrist (she also held them up), she told angad while looking at her wrist: Thora dard hota hai toh issiliye…
Anagd: Toh isiliye tum khana nahin kha rahi?
Angad looked back at Kripa who was now walking behind him.
Kripa answered uncertain: Haan.
Angad: Toh subha tum kaise kha rahi thi?
They had reached Angad's car and were standing next to the passenger seat.
Kripa, talked like as if defending herself, replied: Mujhe laga ke pain nahin hoga toh main khana banane lagi. Lekin phir dard hone laga lekin mein rukh nahi sakh ti thi kyun ke aunty ko phir zyada phikar (worry) hone lagti. Toh maine bardaash karni ki khoshish ki. Lekin ab nahin karsakti. Subha se zyada dard ho raha hai.
Angad nodded as if he was listening to a child who was complaining and he was a principal.
Angad opened the passenger seat door for Kripa with the keys and let her inside. Then he went around and open the driver's door with the keys.
When Angad came outside the parking lot with his car, he stopped for a while. He thought about where to go. Where no one who knew them could see them too. He knew the place and started to drive there. Kripa asked him that what was it he wanted to talk about but he said that it was just an excuse to get her out of there. When she asked him where they were going, to that he replied 'Kripa you know you ask to many questions.'
Kripa surprised: What the……I just asked something I didn't ask you a…..
Angad silenced her and with that Kripa folded her arms and just sat looking outside her window.
Angad parked somewhere. While opening his door he let Kripa know that there wasn't any place near the place (where they were going to) to park his car. So they will have to walk a little. While walking none of them talked, they both were in their own thoughts. After a while Angad stopped and opened a door. At first Kripa didn't know where they were then she came to know that they were standing outside a small restaurant. When Kripa started to head in, Angad, who thought 'I'm not going to let her take her time!', stepped ahead first which startled Kripa. He went in and Kripa followed. They went to a table near the wall and Angad ordered some food which he was sure of that even if Kripa didn't love the food but it would be okay for her to eat at least. The food came then……
