i really dont understand india m ladkiyo se itni expectations kyu rakhte h as compared to boys.. a girl leaves her house nd everything behind n comes to ur family shouldnt it be the opposite like she should get more care nd pampering..tumhara beta toh do din se zyada in laws ke ghar reh nai sakta... here the bahus have to keep dupattas on their forehead but no restrictions on the guys u can wear track pants nd all i doubt bahus r allowed to wear jeans... i think somewhere in everyones mind boys r superior in one way or the other thats y this shit happens my parents r very open minded but still once in a while we have to hear ki sasural jaakar kya hoga..

To put things in perspective...

By all means it isn't wrong to have a word or two with your wife if you feel that it was her fault because it is how a husband who understands his family, sees the situation entitled as much as his wife Avantika perceives to see it. Teeku like any Ma is defensive about her kid as much as her bhabhis are. One just can't simply accept that Girls irritated him and so he will throw stuff. One cannot right a wrong. Teeku needs to understand that. He needn't agree to Teeku's reasoning but the problem here is more the way he dismissed her blanket condemning her as a spoilt brat. Words can kill.

The more this plays out the way it has , the irony hits me. The irony is that along with chandu, this time Harit is the one who has behaved like a action figure Toy. The toy figure that got powered or charged by a wind up key attached to his back. Lakshmi and bhabhis did a little winding of the key and the action figure that he is , powered up by the winding, charged his way up to mow her down , similarly like chandu's truck.

He doesn't want to call her Teeku why... coz he wants to do stuff that he cannot do to a name called Teeku. Did you not rub your face in her bosom. ? Then how is it that he pretends to be perceived after that intimacy as still a mere coworker to give water bottle and socks as gift. Then when something she does upsets him, he chastises her like Teeku calling her a brat as you would of a kid. His wife feels that her husband very much likes to give orders !!! True that!!!!

Is she Then Avantika only for your bedroom equations and more importantly is she Teeku for all other equations that exist outside of the bed , your honor?!!!!

Lovely. So relevant now. It's not happening for the first time in the family . The brothers have seen it happening with their wives and so is Harit seeing it with Teeku. There was Tu Tu mein mein and behaes this time as well. From Teeku and the other ladies , both parties upset. Happens, no biggie that when emotions talk.

If life were to be a set of building blocks , then Teeku's last three or so years with chandu was one set of building block. But in a fit of anger, unfortunately, the guy who normally gives so much weightage to words , reasoning it out for a living, lost his cool and used the very same power of words to mow down that very set of building block she had so carefully constructed the last couple of years.

This above sermon from brothers are Beautiful Words worth its Weight in GOLD. Lessons in life science of a joint family. True, Bitterness shouldn't be allowed to fester and hope Harit and Teeku could work that out between themselves soon.
