The story starts with harshad getting ready to go to office and while he is standing infront of the mirror notices preetika waking up sleepily he smiles and walks towards her and kisses her forehead
"Good morning baby" harshad smiles
Preetika grabs his tie and pulls him to the bed
Preetika : hehe good morning.. aap kahan jaaraha hai?
Harshad: office baby
Preetika : acha? Aaj ka din bhi office?
Harshad: kyun aaj kya khaas hai?
Preetika: happy anniversary budhoo and rolls her eyes
Harshad : ooh aaj anniversary hai kya?
Preetika: nahi bas ese wish kar raha tha :/
Harshad comes near her "oooh toh phir kaam yahaan karna padega " and winks she pushes him and gets off the bed
Harshad holds her hand and pulls her back towards him .. they both look into each others eyes.. he kisses her cheek just then nandini knocks on their room door.. preetika goes and opens the door
Nandini : good morning and happy anniversary to both of u
Both of them smils and says thank u .. she calls them for breakfast and tells harshad its getting late for work..
Nandini now works under harshad who is the new CEO of one of usmaan aroras companies.. harshad has taken the network company to a new height of success and nandini has found her freedom through her divorce with Aarav.. she is now doing what she is passionate about.. and is an independant working woman.. she has also opend an orphanage in the name of her unborn child to find solace after what happend ...with preetika helping her with all the work in the orphanage..its one thing which nandini cant ever forget .. she sometimes regrets her decision but when she sees the smile on the face of those orphaned children she forgets all her surrow.. and feels she is the mother to all of those kids...
Harshad and preetikas love has only grown stronger and stronger over the past one year... but she has failed in trying to conceive many times ... for harshad these tings doesnt matter as it does to preetika.. but he secretly wishes things will go alright as its bothering preetika
Harshad kisses her bye and goes to work...
That evening he returns home and looks for preetika around the house.. she is no where to be seen .. he then takes out his phone and calls her number.. he could hear the phone ringing in their bathroom .. he goes near the door and calls her name out " baby are u inside"
He can hear her sobbing inside the bathroom..
Harshad: preetika darwasa khulo kya hua?
He attempts to open the door and it unlocks..
He is shocked to see preetika sitting on the floor crying holding on to something
Harshad rushes to her "kya hua meri jaan why are u crying? " its clear she has been crying for sometime now.. she is finding hard to say anything and this makes harshad panic even more.. she then gives harshad something to his hand... he looks at it and notices its a pregnancy test kit..
Harshad: its ok jaanu.. hum phir try karenge.. please dont cry
She looks at him with tears in her eyes and says "im pregnant"
Harshad: kya? And looks at the kit.. he sees the result saying "positive"
Preetika: doh baar try kiya .. dono baar positive
She continues to sob..
Harshad gets tears in his eyes with happiness and stands up and helps her get up.. he slowly bends down towards her belly.. and gives a small kiss and looks at her eyes.. "today is the happiest day of our lives.. there cant be anything better in the world which you can give me on our anniversary" and wipes her tears he hugs her tight .. she smiles thru the tears.. he then suprisingly carrys her and walks towards the room so romanticaly .. then thru the room door out towards the living room.. preetika gets so shy "harshad please put me down na everyone will see"
He smiles and says dekne do.. and continues carrying her towards the living room
Usmaan and nandini notices this and smiles
Usmaan: arey thum dono ko kya hua and laughs
Harshad: doh nahi... theen...
Usmaan: theen?
Harshad keeps preetika gently down while preetika is blushing ..
Usmaan and nandini looks at preetika confused yet smiling through tears
Preetika walks near usmaan and says
"Aap ek daada banne jaaraha hai"
Usmaan cant controll his happiness he hugs preetika and breaks down.. they all cant express how happy they feel..
Nandini : khaala kuch meeta leke aao
They all hug and congradulate both of them and eats sweets to mark this happy occasion
Usmaan: kal se thum bed rest karo kuch kaam math karo theek hai? Peheli baar is ghar main hamara bachcha aaraha hai
Preetika looks at nandini and she smiles thru her pain remembering her child...
Harshad then comes near preetika and holds her and looks into her eyes .. they both starring at each other .. he hugs her tight forgetting that nandini and usmaan are watching..
Preetika turns red in embarassment and whispers "harshad sabh dekh raha hai "
He then realises and quickly lets go of preetika
Usmaan : arey bhai kabhi kabhi muje bhi aaise hug kiya karo and laughs.. they all burst out laughing .. the night ends with the aabarana mansion celebrating this happy day..
9 months later
Preetika is rushed into the hospital for the intense labour pain ..usmaan , nandini and harshad closely follows her and is holding on to her hand almost as if he is heartbroken to see her go through this pain... he whispers a prayer in her ear and prays as preetika is screaming from the top of her voice unable to withstand the pain.. tears rolling down her eyes... preetikas parents have also arrived from london to make sure they are with preetika during this tough time.. harshad and preetika enter the labour room leaving every1 else behind in the waiting room..
Preetika holds onto harshads arm so tight as she cannot bear this pain..
After hours of trying to push the baby out preetika is now in exhaustion and is no longer able to continue.. the doctors make a quick desicion to make a c section to get the baby out since she is bleeding alot.. harshad is panicing but cant show his emotions to preetika.. she feels her life slipping out of her .. for some reason she feels she wont make it .. the nurse rushes to the doctor to say that her blood type is rare and they no longer have reserved blood left in the hospital...
Harshads heart almost stops beating.. he looks at preetika and sees her eyes half shut as if she is never going to open them again.. the doctor takes harshad to the side and asks him to call a relative in the mean time to donate blood to her while they do something about this because they cant proceed with the operation without blood .. and not doing the operation soon could put the life of the baby at risk... harshad gets tears and tels the doctor "mera preetika ko kuch nahi hooni chahiye"
He rushes to the waiting room and tells them the situation.. no one present there is of preetikas blood type.. preetikas mother just then makes a call... and tells harshad a relative will arrive as soon as possible in 15 minutes.. he goes and informs the doctor..
A few minutes later ..everyone is sitting waiting for the relative to come.. just then walks in someone who non of them expected to arrive.. dressed in a simple dress.. looking worried yet embarassed.. standing there.. is non other than... kamini ! ... harshad stands in anger and in disbelief "yeh yaha kya kar raha hai?? Isko Kisne bulaya??? preetikas mother looks at harshad and walks near him.. and holds his hands "mere pass aur koi rastha nahi tha beta.. aaj preetika ko iski zaroorath hai... i know this is not easy for you.. but we should forget everything and save both preetika and the unborn baby...
Harshad looks at kamini.. and looks away as if he feels bitter looking at her face.. the doctor arrives to ask if the relation arrived and they take kamini into the theater.. harshad follows as well.. and holds on to preetika's hand and gives her a kiss on her hand.. she looks at him before they give her anesthesia.. and whispers to harshad "look after our kid well" as if she wont make it past this surgery.. harshad feels like a ton of weight is in his throat.. he breaks down and says "preetika no! kuch nahi hoga thume " they give her anesthesia.. she closes her tired eyes while harshad's face blurrs out from her Vision...
Kamini is lying right next to preetika and is giving blood to her noticing whats hapening .. she starts crying and covers her face ..
Moments later harshad hears a baby crying.. he looks up with joy.. almost half heartedly .. as he stil is worried about preetika.. the nurse comes up to him with a baby wrapped in a cute pink blanket and says congradulations mr arora aapko beti hua hai.. he takes the little baby into his hands and a tear rolls down his eye.. he looks at preetika his heart beating fast while she lies lifeless and tired on the bed.. the doctors complete the surgery.. preetika has had a lot of internal bleeding during the previous labour period.. doctors explain to harshad that kamini arrived just in time to save preetika.. any delay would have caused her her life.. but explains preetika still hasnt come out of the danger zone.. and they can only tell after she regains conciousness.. she is transferd into the hospital room.. every1 is celebrating the arrival of the little baby but harshad wants his love of the life to open her eyes and just look at him one time.. and say that everything is going to be ok.. he gets flashes of their 1st meeting.. the moment he raised her veil in the church.. him shouting at her in their 1st night... then how they fell in love... and ofcourse how can he forget how they made love.. and how they became even closer during her pregnancy.. he gets flashes of how she waked him up in the night because she got a craving for a hot chocolate.. and how they went on a long drive .. how she was like a little kid sipping on to it in the car parked near a beach...with chocolate all over her lips.. and how he gently leand in to kiss it off her lips.. and how she used to giggle out of happiness.. he looks at her now lyn on the bed .. so calm .. she then moves her hand.. and slowly attempts to open her eyes.. harshads is so happy he smiles and holds her hand "preetika? " he looks at her and tried to wake her up
She slowly opens her eyes.. her eyes locked on his eyes.. and smiles through the pain..
Harshad: its a beautiful baby girl .. she then looks at the baby cott and notises the baby .. and looks around the room and notices every1 standing and smiling at her .. her gaze stops at one familiar face.. kamini.. preetika gets teary eyed.. and raises her hand to reach out to her.. kamini walks slowly towards preetika.. and holds her hand n breaks down...
Kamini : im sorry didi .. i missed you ... and continues sobbing..
Preetika smiles through tears n looks at her as if to thank her.. "you gave me the most beautiful life i could have asked for.. i missed you too ..." its an emotional re union for the sisters.. every1 gets teary eyed noticing this..
The baby girl starts crying in nandinis arms and she approaches harshad and gives the baby.. he then goes near preetika and sits close.. she gently lifts herself up to see the baby ..
Usmaan: have you thought of a name for her?
Harshad: haan dad.. preetika ne ek naam soch k tha...
Preetika : this baby is the mark of our beautiful love story.. the love story of harshad + preetika .. so "Harshika"
Usmaan : wow kitna kubsoorath naam hai..
Every1 smiles and nandini says "hamari beautiful baby harshika"
Harshad smiles happily.. and kisses preetikas forehead..
every1 leaves the room leaving harshad preetika and the baby .. preetika takes the baby in to her hand.. harshad hugs her and says "thank u baby.. you have come into my life and made my imperfect chaotic life perfect.. aur hamari beti bilkul aap par gayi hai " he looks at the baby .. preetika smiles at harshad and gives a kiss on his cheek
A month later
Harshad and preetika are sitting in the hall of the abharana mansion holding baby harshika while being photographed by a photographer .. baby harshika looks adorable with her pink cheeks .. soft pink lips just like preetikas and gorgeous eyes of harshad.. she is a perfect beautiful combination of harshad and preetika.. and is a truely beautiful baby...
Later that evening they receive the final pics of the baby and frame one and hang it
In their room ... they both walk towards the cott to look at harshika sleeping so peacefully..
Preetika : cuteee hain na?
Harshad hugs preetika from the back and says "ab harshika ko chod do and focus on me and kisses her shoulder "
Preetika : chee harshika will see stop it .. and giggles
Harshad: chee? Chee kya? Arey im your husband.. I stayd one month aur nahi baby pls.. and hugs her even tight..
She turns towards him and says
Preetika: aisa kuch nahi hoone waala hai.. 2 babys are more than enough
Harshad: 2?
Preetika: yes baby.. thats baby harshika and baby harshad hehe.. aur nahi chahiye muje dono kaafi hai..
Harshad : nahi chahiye kya? And walks towards her slowly
Preetika takes her steps back and laughs "bilkul nahi chahiye"
Harshad walks even closer to her and pins her against the wall.. "kya nahi chahiye baby? " and kisses her shoulder
Preetika : harshad the baby will wake up and tries to get away giggling
Harshad : utney doh.. will tell ki mommy itna hot lagraha hai iss nighty main and that papa is checking her out and he laughs.. preetika covers his mouth to prevent the baby from waking up she then stares into his eyes.. and takes her hand off his mouth and kisses him slow.. they both make out.. and preetika stops to push him and run away.. he chases her and they both fall on to the bed .. harshad on top of her.. them both starring into each others eyes.. harshad kisses her forehead .. her eyes.. her soft cheeks.. her small nose.. and her soft lips .. preetika is shy and she closes her eyes.. he continues kissing her neck .. she pushes him over .. she gives so many kisses to his neck and looks at him smiling and says "so shal we"
Harshad: preetika ji mood main aagaya hai and laughs .. she frowns at him and Harshad kisses her lips and says "this time baby ka naam main rakh doonga" and winks... they both smile and cover themselves with the blanket... just then baby harshika wakes up and starts crying
Harshad : ohh nooo! And rolls his eyes.. arey yaar perfect time main sabh disturb kyun karthe ho?
Preetika laughs and gives a kiss on his cheek and goes and brings harshika to the bed.. preetika next to harshad..and the baby next to her.. she puts the baby to sleep.. harshad then wraps his arms around preetika and the baby .. she then turns towards him and hugs him tight.. and the story ends with both of them kissing in this bright full moon night...
in this story harshad and preetika's love story was unconventional but it showed us that true love will always find a way much like how us zaya lovers hope that one day true love will seep between both of them .. im waiting for the day preetika will tell harshad that "thumhaara hi hoon main" ;) and waiting for the day where they will be together with each other forever and ever..
