Roshni burrowed her face into his neck, as Sidharth pulled her in as close as he could.
Both held on to each other, as if their life depended on it, wanting to feel the others presence and cherish the moment.
Sidharth ran his hands through her hair, trying to calm her down, as she wept incoherently
"I've got you Baby. You're safe now " he said cradling her in his arms back and forth
"S. ...S. ..Sidharth" Roshni hiccuped whilst crying
"Sssh..relax. .Baby. .."
"I thought the bullet...I was so scared. When I saw you lying there...I thought you were" her tears streamed down relentlessly
"Sssh my love...shaant ho jao. Look I'm fine. Nothing happened. Kuch nahin hua mujhe.
I'm here with you, and no one will ever separate us again Baby. Never"
"But what if something had happened to you. I almost died seeing you like that. My heart stopped. ..Sidharth I thought...I thought " but she couldnt get herself to say that word
"Mein teek hoon...mein teek hoon Baba...Please stop crying"
"I thought...I...I ...Aur... Tum!! You...you were just acting!!!" She sobbed, as she recalled the scene
Suddenly, anger overpowered her emotions, as she pushed him away
"How could you do that to me???" She hissed
"Roshni. .."
"Mere emotions ki koi kadar nahin hai nah tumhe" giving him a dangerous glare, to which he smiled sheepishly.
More tears made their way out, as Sidharth looked on apologetic.
"Baby I said I was sorry. Abhi toh tum maan gayi thi...Ab Phir Se" pouted Sidharth
Roshni wiped away her tears, and started to walk out, but Sidharth caught her hand and pulled her back..
"Roshni sunno nah"
Roshni struggled under his grip...
"Chodo mujhe!! What do you think of yourself Mr. Sidharth Khurana? Samajthe kya apne aap ko. Tumhe pata hai, mein kitna darr gayi thi. Lekin nahin tumhe toh har waqt mujhe tang karna hota hai...right?" She shouted at him, admist her tears
"Now leave my hand I don't want to talk to you"
"Arre Baba. ..I said I was sorry. Mein Sirf mazak kara tha. It was just a stupid joke. Now please don't be angry my love" he said lovingly, as he tried to hold on to her waist.
But his words made Roshni angrier.
"Mazak!!! Joke!!! Like seriously"
"Oh come on Baby, why are you over reacting? It was just a little prank"
"Over reacting!!! I'm over reacting!!! It maybe a joke for you, but not for me!! I almost died seeing you like that...And One day these stupid jokes of yours...saach mein meri jaan leh le gi...then you will know how it feels" she shouted at him, trying to loosen his grip.
"What did you just say" he shouted back, his smile had disappeared completely, and was replaced by a frown.
"Jo tumne sunna! Now leave my me!"
"Kaan khol ke sunlo. ..If you ever say these words again, toh mujse bura koi nahin hoga! DON'T EVER SAY THAT AGAIN!!!!!! Samjhi" his voice stern, pulling her closer
"And don't you ever play such a stupid prank on me ever again Cranky pants...do you get that!! " she said with equal ferocity
Both stared at each other for a couple of minutes...Eyes narrowed and Brows furrowed
"I said do you understand" Roshni finally said pointing a finger at him
"Haan Haan I understand ..aur tum ... tum sumaj gaye?" asked Sidharth, a voice a little milder.
Roshni just nodded her head cutely
"hmmm"
Sidharth looked into her eyes, and sighed
"Let's not fight okay Baby. We're finally together after all this time. We should be rejoicing not arguing"
"Mein fight nahin kari, tum mere saath ladreh ho" she sulked
Sidharth gave a small chuckle
"Arre...okay Baba. I'm fighting... Mein pagal, mein ullu, mein gadhah. Happy..." he sighed, waiting for a reply
Roshni fluttered her eyelids a couple of times and made an cute face "okay" whilst nodding her head up and down
Suddenly Sidharth anger was gone, as he looked at her face
"Okay Baby, stop giving these cute looks, varna I won't be responsible for what happens next..." he said in a seductive tone
"Aacha!! W. ...what... w. ..w...will you do" she asked daring him
"Bataon" he asked, as he slid his arm around her waist, and caressed her lower lip, as she shivered
He leaned in, to kiss her, but was stopped as Roshni placed a finger on his lips
"We should go...woh woh Bhai, he's waiting" she whispered, making Sidharth a little annoyed
"Come on Baby. We defeated Dev. We should seal our Victory with a kiss...what say" he said with an adorabke smile, whilst raising his eyes brows...
"Besides it's been a long time since we kissed, and I deserve a reward for rescuing you right" he cribbed like a baby...making her blush
"But we kissed only yesterday. Remember in Devs study"
"Yesterday!!! Really! And do you know how many minutes have past since then???"
Roshni shrugged her shoulders "Ahh No"
"No nah. ..neither do I... but it's a Hell of a lot of minutes. So now give me a kiss"
"Sidharth ...bhai...woh"
"Rahul can wait! Kiss toh mein lekar hi rahon ga" he replied as he kept leaning in, trying to remove her hand
"Sidharth..." she gulped
"Oh come on Roshni...Itni mehnat kiya maine.I did so much drama just for a kiss. I pretended to play dead for heavens sake... Because I knew sharafat se tum mujhe kiss nahin dogi" he said as he glared at her...blinking his eyes innocently
"What!!! Matlab Ek kiss ke liye...you did all that drama" she said hitting him on the arm
"Ooochhh" yelled Sidharth
Roshni eyes lowered to his arm, where the bullet had grazed his skin. Although the bullet had gone right through, he had been wounded, and blood oozed out
Roshni began to cry...
"OMG!!! I'm so sorry...I'm so sorry...I didn't mean to hurt you"
She cried "Sab mere wajah se..its all my fault you're hurt"
"Tch...Phir se Rona shuru. Bas karo Roshni...don't cry... I'm fine"
But his words made no difference, as she wept like a little child. ...
She quickly ripped her saree and bandaged the wound...
Tears poured down unconditionally, as she cursed herself
"Ufff. ..Kya halaat banali roh roh key" he said as he pulled her closer from the waist...his breath mingling with hers.
"Bas! No more crying. Ab in anso'on ka safar yehi pe katam hua. Mein tumhe hamesha apne palkhon pe bitha ke rakhon ga Roshni...

He softly brushed away the tears with his thumb, And then pushed away a few strands of her from her face, and spoke in the most polite manner
"Mujhe tumhare tears zara bhi pasand nahin hai.. So baby no more tears okay.."
"Sidharth" she softly whispered
"Roshni" He whispered back in the exact tone
"Mein Kitna pareshan karti hoon nah tumhe. Ever since you met me, I've been nothing but trouble. And today you almost lost your life because of me. I'm nothing but bad luck!" she cried, unable to control her tears.
Sidharth furrowed his eyebrows angrily
"For the first and last time, I'm saying this!" he said, tightening his grip around her
"I will not hear a single word against my Roshni. Ek shabd bhi bradasht nahin karunga" He said in a stern voice...
"You are not bad luck. Because of you I feel alive. Without you I'm nothing!
You are everything to me. For me you are the most precious thing in this whole world. Now please stop crying.." He said cutely...
"Aur Yeh jo ansu hai nah ...save them "
"Save them?" asked Roshni bewildered
"Whenever in Mumbai there is a shortage of water, then this tanky of yours will come in handy" he teased as he winked at her
Roshni giggled amidst the tears, as he slowly wiped away her tears with his thumb again
"That's better" He said kissing her cheek
"Yeh hui nah baat. That's the smile I love so much"
"But Sidharth..."
"Ab kya hua?"
"You shouldn't have risked you life for me.."
"Risked my life. Who told you that? I was saving my life!"
"But Sidharth"
"I can do anything for you. Mein kuch bhi kar sakta hoon tumhare liye Roshni. Apna sab kuch loota sakta hoon..but I will never let anything happen to you. Never. I will always be with you, by your side no matter what..."

"Haan maana that you can be a little cranky sometimes, And very annoying, but I will never leave your side "
"Huh!!! What do you mean I can be annoying?"
"Whenever you don't kiss me...its very annoying my love" He teased
Roshni shook her head, And pursed her lips
"No matter how serious the situation is, our conversation always steers itself back to a kiss!" Roshni replied wiping away her own tears,
"Haan toh " replied Sidharth raising a single eyebrow.
Roshni giggled and wrapped her arms around her neck...just wanting to feel his protective aura around her.
Roshni crying slowed down slightly, but she didn't break the hug.
"I love you so much Roshni...more than you can ever imagine"
Roshni stayed quiet for a moment...then pulled out of the hug, and stared into his teary eyes
"I was just kidding. You know that nah"
Sidharth looked on confused
"Kidding about what my love" he asked wiping away a single tear, at the corner of her eye.
"When I said I hate you..I don't hate you...I really really love you Sidharth"
Sidharth smiled hearing those three words from her lips and pulled her nose
"I know you do pagli...I know you do ..and I really really really love you"
He placed a feather like kiss on her forehead, And she immediately hid her face in his chest, making him smile
"You are mine. Tum Meri Ho Roshni. Sirf meri" he growled possessively
"Nobody...and I mean nobody wil ever come between us again. From now on, there will only be happiness.."
" I'm yours Sidharth. Only yours" she whispered back
Sidharth pulled her in tighter, where they stayed for another ten minutes.
Roshni hand slowly reached up to his soft thick hair, And ran her fingers softly through them, making him snuggle into her even more.
"I love you so damn much Roshni" He said closing his eyes
"I'm never letting you out of my sight again. I will never let you go away from me ever. You're stuck with me forever and ever. Am I clear "
"Yes Sir. Very clear " she giggled, And pulled away slightly
"Sidharth promise me one thing" she asked looking back into his eyes
"Anything my love. Anything"
"Promise me you will never risk your life for me again"
Sidharth looked at her and shook his head in the negative
"No...I won't promise..."
"Sidharth!!!..."
"I will always risk my life if it means saving you. Ek goli toh kya...I can take on a million bullets for you. Jab bhi zaroorat pare gi...mein apni Jaan ki baazi laga doon ka, lekin tumhe kabhi kuch nahin hone donga" he said caressing her cheeks, as tears welled up in her eyes again
Suddenly his arm was around her waist and jerked her towards him, as their bodies collided...His eyes lowered to her lips
"What are you doing Sidharth. Koi dekle ga' she said as she tried to push him away
A smile appeared on his face "I missed this dialogue of yours" he replied as his fingers traced around her bare waist
"And You know nah..mujhe koi farq nahin parta" His voice was so husky, that Roshni could feel the goosebumps all over her body
'Ab g..g...g. ghar chale...Bhai is waiting outside" she said as she tugged at his arm
"Roshni" said Sidharth, as he refused to move
"Hmmm kya hua?"
The next thing she knew, his lips were on hers. Making her melt completely.
Fireworks exploded throughout their bodies, as his lips kept moving over her mouth, tugging on her lower and upper lips, making her gasp
He slid his hand around her waist holding her as tight as he could
Their lips intertwined
His lips continued to brush over hers as the kiss grew more and more Intense.
The way he kissed her, was as if a dying man was begging for life.
He pulled her impossibly close to his chest. The rapid beats of their hearts could be heard
Slowly Roshni broke away, grasping for air, as Sidharth rested his forehead against hers.
Roshni looked up into his eyes, as he stared back
They had kissed many times. But this kiss was special. It was the most beautiful of them all.
The kiss was just the beginning...it was a mark of all the Iove that was to come.A silent message of eternal love
Roshni couldn't help but smile.
"Oye hoye. I just love that smile Baby. It's so beautiful. Just like you" He said husily as he brushed his fingers across her lips, making her blush
"Chalein" asked Roshni trying to control her blush
"Chalo chalo. I cant wait to get you home Baby. We have a lot of catching up to do" he said raising an eyebrow and smiling
Sidharth put his arm around Roshni waist, And together they walked out of the building.
