It's been about an hour since they have been driving constantly, having smiles on both of their faces. There is a complete silence in the jeep, yet, the silence is not an awkward one, there is some satisfaction for both Rajveer and Naina, in that silence.
They have been stealing glances at each other constantly, but none of them are ready to utter a single word. Maybe they want to enjoy this moment.
Today, there is a different type of glow on both of their faces. Even though the whole army is after them, still they are not scared. Why should they be scared? They are together, finally! They will face all the difficulties and challenges together. Their love is their biggest strength, so why be scared?
They have been through many difficulties and their love was tested at every step. Their love was questioned by many people, but what happened at the end? Their love won, because it is a true love that everyone dreams about!
It is now at a point where both of them are dying to say something, but none of them have the courage to utter a single word. Rajveer looks at Naina from the corner of his eyes and finds Naina staring at him. Naina quickly looks the other way and a smile creeps on Rajveer's lips.
He thinks of something and his smile gets wider. Purposely, he stops the jeep with a jerk with leads Naina to fall on his lap. She holds him by his shoulders for support while her eyes are closed out of fear. Rajveer puts his arms around her waist to save her from falling anywhere else. His smile gets wider when he sees Naina's eyes tightly closed out of fear.
Moving his lips near her right ear, he blows some air. A shiver goes through Naina's body and it succeeds in making her heart to skip a beat. Naina immediately opens her eyes and looks towards Rajveer. Her heartbeat picks up pace when she finds herself this close to Rajveer. They lock eyes immediately. Naina can see unconditional love for herself in his eyes. How lucky she is feeling right now to be with him.
She sees him smiling and her heart skips a beat. this is the most beautiful smile she has ever seen. Naina can also see some very well known desires in his eyes which causes her to lower her eyes out of shyness. Realising their closeness, Naina loses her grip on his shoulders and tries to move, but, Rajveer makes his grip tight around her waist, as a sign of not wanting to let her go.
She looks back up in his eyes and gives him a questioning look. When she sees his smile getting wider, this is when she finds out that he did all this on purpose, to bring her closer. Her heartbeat picks up pace while his smile does not leave his face. Naina's cheeks turns red out of shyness.
"ye aap kya kar rahe hain?"
questions Naina, whispering
Rajveer knows exactly what she is talking about but he pretends to act unknown. He tries his best to hide his smile.
"Mein? Kya kar raha hoon mein?"
he asks her, trying to act innocent.
Naina looks at his hand which is near her waist and through her eyes, she signals him to look towards his hands. Rajveer follows her vision. A smile creeps on his lips when he finds out where Naina is pointing, she is pointing towards her waist.
"Kya?"
he asks her, confusingly.
Naina does not have the courage to tell him to move his arms that are around her waist. She cannot tell him what she is feeling and what amazing things his touch is doing inside her body. She feels shivers in her entire body.
Rajveer looks at her and smiles at her vulnerability. His Cadet Singh who is always bold, and today, she is not able to tell him a simple thing? Wow! Interesting! This is going to be so much fun!
Rajveer again moves his lips near her right ear.
"Kya hua Cadet Naina ah Singh? Wase toh aap itna bold act karti ho or aaj itna sharma rahi ho?"
says Rajveer, huskily.
Naina's heart skips a beat and her cheeks turns more red (if this was even possible). She looks up at him and finds him smiling. This is when she realises that he is teasing her because he knows her condition pretty well.
She blushes and a smile creeps on her lips. As soon as she is about to say something, a gunshot is heard. Rajveer immediately leaves her and she sits up straight. They both look at each other in fear. Are they caught? Is this really the end? No, this cannot be it.
Rajveer carefully opens the door to get out of the jeep, to see, when Naina holds his left hand. He looks towards her and notices fear in her eyes, fear of losing him.
"Sir, please aap kahin mut jaiye"
requests Naina, with fear.
Her voice starts shaking and it reflects her pain. She has come this far with him and she will not back off. She will not let him face all this alone. She will always be with him, like his support .
Naina's eyes starts brimming with tears. Just the thought of losing him makes her want to cry out loud. Rajveer is not able to see tears in her eyes. Extending his right hand towards her face, he wipes her tears. Naina shuts her eyes, feeling his touch.
"Mein yahan hi hoon Naina! Mein kahin nahi ja raha hoon!"
says Rajveer, cupping her right cheek.
He ensures her that he is here with her, always, no matter what happens! A tear drops from Naina's eyes and lands on his right hand that is still on her cheek. He first looks towards that tear and then towards Naina. Rajveer moves his head from left to right to left, as a sign of warning her not to cry, ever.
"Naina, mein kuch bhi bardasht kar sakta hoon lekin apni Naina ki nainoo mein ansu bardasht nahi kar sakta!"
says Rajveer, wiping that tear off.
Naina opens her eyes immediately and a smile appears on her lips, a satisfactory smile which ensures Rajveer that she is now fine! Naina leaves his hand, the one she was holing, as a sign of giving him permission to go. Rajveer smiles at this and takes his hand off from her right cheek.
Carefully, he gets out of the jeep with a gun in his hand. Looking around, he points his gun ahead of him. He start taking baby steps towards a tree as he notices something extremely weird. Carefully, his gun pointed towards the tree, he reaches in front of the tree.
Moving slowly and carefully, Rajveer looks behind the tree and finds no one there. Suddenly, he hears another sound of a gunshot which causes him to turn around immediately.
As soon as he turns around, he finds a man laying on the ground, bleeding. This terrifies Rajveer and he wonders who shot this man. He checks the man and finds him dead. Rajveer looks up and finds Naina standing there with a gun in her hand, pointed towards the dead man.
Rajveer gets shocked. The first thought that comes to his mind is Naina's wellbeing and safety. He immediately rushes towards Naina. He holds her by her shoulders and checks her out.
"Naina tum theek ho na?"
asks Rajveer, worriedly.
"Tumhe kahin lagi toh nahi?"
Naina drops her gun and immediately throws herself in his arms. Rajveer hugs her back with the same intensity. Suddenly, he feels his shirt getting wet as he hears Naina's sobs.
"Aap theek toh haina sir?"
asks Naina, between her sobs.
It breaks his heart into million pieces to see her crying like this. She does not care about her safety, but she cares about him. How much can this women love him? Does he really deserve this?
Rajveer starts patting her hair, as a sign of telling her to calm down.
"Ssshhh Naina! Mein bilkul theek hoon!"
says Rajveer.
After hearing this, Naina calms down a little, but she is not ready to leave him. She tightens the hug while Rajveer reciprocates with the same intensity. They stay like this for couple of minutes.
Finally, they break the hug after few minutes. Rajveer looks at Naina and holds her right hand with his left one and with his other hand, he points it towards a route that leads towards a forest.
"Naina ab hum jungle ke raaste se jaiyege!"
informs Rajveer.
Naina looks towards the route where he is pointing and then she looks back at him.
"Lekin kyun sir? Hamaray paas toh jeep hai na?"
asks Naina, confusingly.
"Agar hum jeep se gayye toh wo log hum tak bohut asani se pohonch sakte hain issi liye..."
explains Rajveer, but gets interrupted by Naina.
"Issi liye hum Jungle ke raaste se jayege takke wo log hum tak itni asani se poohhnch na paye!"
Naina completes his unsaid words.
A smile creeps on Rajveer's lips after hearing Naina's sentence. She understands him the most. He looks towards Naina and finds her smiling!
"Chalein?"
asks Naina, smiling
"Chalo!"
answers Rajveer, reciprocating the smile.
Hand in hand, Rajveer and Naina starts walking in the forest. They both hear some strange voices which leads them both to start running. Not for a single second they leave each other's hand.
It has now been 1 hour and 30 minutes since they have been running constantly. Their breathing rate gets heavier due to all the running. Suddenly, Naina stops running. Rajveer looks towards Naina, questioningly.
Naina looks towards Rajveer, her whole body covered in sweats and her breathing rate gets heavier. Rajveer understand that Naina is tired and she needs a break. He leaves her hand
Rajveer looks around to find a place to sit. Suddenly, he spots a big rock. With his right hand's index finger, Rajveer points it towards that rock.
"Wo dekho Naina!"
says Rajveer.
Naina looks towards where he is pointing and she spots a rock. A smile appears on her lips, and a smile also appears on his lips when he sees her smiling.
"Chalo wahan thora rest kar lete hain!"
says Rajveer.
"Chaliye!"
says Naina
With a smile, Naina starts walking towards that rock while Rajveer follows her. Suddenly, Rajveer stops with a jerk and notices something.
"Naina!"
he calls her from behind.
Naina stops abruptly as she hears his voice. She turns around right away and what she sees in front of her shocks her. She notices Rajveer unbuttoning his shirt as he takes few steps towards her. Naina's heart skips a beat.
She does not understand what the hell is going on. They are in such a dangerous situation and he is taking his shirt off. What is going on? Her cheeks starts turning red out of blush.
She finds him coming closer. With every step he takes, her heartbeat picks up pace. It succeeds in making her nervous. Naina starts taking her steps back.
By now, Rajveer has unbuttoned his shirt completely. As Naina starts moving back, suddenly, her back hits the tree, which means there is no more escape for her.
She shuts her eyes out of blush and nervousness. She can feel Rajveer's warmth as she can feel him so close to her.
Rajveer looks at Naina and a smile appears on his lips. He, then, realises what Naina is thinking. Moving his lips towards her right ear, he whispers.
"Kya hua Naina?"
asks Rajveer, smirking
Within no time, Rajveer takes a step back. Naina opens her eyes immediately. She looks towards Rajveer and finds him standing a step away, his arms crossed over his chest , only in his small shirt that he was wearing underneath his actual shirt.
Naina wonders where his shirt went. With a smile, Rajveer gestures her to look at herself. Naina looks at herself and finds herself covered in his shirt.
Naina looks back up at him and gives him a questioning look. Within no time, Rajveer understands her confusion.
"Peeche se tumhari shirt...it's ripped off!"
explains Rajveer.
Naina now understands why he covered her with his shirt. She starts cursing herself under her breath for thinking about something else.
Rajveer knew exactly what she is thinking about. To tease her, he takes a step towards her and before he could do something else, he hears her loud scream.
"RAJVEER SIR!"
