'OMG, Rahul... Rahul... Aankhein khol... Rahul...'Armaan said patting Rahul cheek softly as he got panic seeing Rahul condition...
The car laying in the middle of the road and it was badly damage with the front door open and Rahul's body hanging out of it, Armaan took him out with great difficultly... Making him laid on the ground, first thing he did was try to make him conscious but he has already fainted by the time Armaan reached to the spot...
BACK SOMETIMES
Hearing Rahul scream, Armaan had speed up as he hasn't take the turn to go back home... The moment Armaan saw Rahul car being damage so badly, he felt that his heart stop beating but when his mind make him realized that he needs to help his brother, Armaan came out running for Rahul...
Now Armaan was sitting on the ground of the road, with Rahul head on his lap... Armaan was panicking but he didn't forget to check his pulse to make sure that he was just unconscious and nothing sort of happen that he think that might have happen with their parents...
Knowing Rahul needs proper medical attention at the moment, Armaan carried him towards his car and made him lay on the back seat... Soon Armaan took the wheels and was moving towards the hospital as he talks to himself, trying to keep him strong for his brother...
'Kuch nehi hoga Rahul koh... Main kuch nehi hone dunga apne bhai koh... Kuch nehi hoga...' Armaan keep chatting this as he drive...
Armaan quickly took out his mobile and dial Abhi number knowing he would be the person who could handle the situation... When Abhi didn't answer the call, again he kept dialing until Abhi answer... It didn't came to his mind that, he could have called Anjali, Nikki or Riddhima to inform Abhi about the situation so that he can treat Rahul as he realized he is not emotionally strong enough to treat his own brother...
GUPTA HOUSE
Nikki came in to the room to hear Abhi mobile ringing continuously, she was in kitchen to help Anjali and Riddhima to make dinner while Abhi had come to fresh up... Wondering who might be calling at this time as it got disconnect but again start to ring, Nikki took the mobile to see Armaan number flashing on the screen...
'Armaan...??? Abhi, Armaan ka call hai...'Nikki called out Abhi who was in washroom, thinking Armaan must be calling to discuss about hospital works...
'Main baahar aakhar call back karta hun...' Abhi called from inside...
'Lekin Abhi, kabse call kar raha hai... Emergency bhi ho sakte hai...' Nikki said as she saw almost 10 miss call from Armaan number...
'Tum dekho, kyun itna impatient ho raha hai...'Abhi said...
Nikki smile hearing Abhi reply and thought to inform Armaan that Abhi is in washroom and would call him back when he comes out... Only she didn't know she would hear a panic Armaan, getting impatient and angry on Abhi for taking too much time to answer, Nikki answer the call...
'Arm...' Nikki was cut by Armaan voice...
Abhi listen... reach Sanjeevni ASAP...' Armaan said in a tensed and worried voice...
'Armaan, kiya huva... Tum itna pareshan kyun ho...???' Nikki asked...
'Nikki...???'Armaan asked not being sure he heard her voice...
'Haan woh Abhi washroom mein hai, kiya huva...' Nikki asked...
'Nikki, please Abhi koh bolo foran hospital aye...its an emergency... Rahul is critical...' Armaan said getting panic...
'Armaan, tum bhi toh doctor ho... Wait RAHUL... 'Nikki exclaimed, her voice filled with shock...
'Rahul ka accident hogaya hai...'Armaan said in a broken voice.
Mean time, Abhi came out from the washroom and saw Nikki still holding his mobile... Seeing her expression, Abhi understood that something must have happen... Remembering that Nikki inform him that Armaan was calling continuously, Abhi quickly move towards her...
'Kiya huva Nikki...???'Abhi asked getting her attention, keeping his hand on her shoulder...
'Abhi... Humein jaldi hospital jaana hoga... Rahul ka accident hogaya hai... Armaan... Armaan bohot pareshan hai... we have to reach there ASAP...' Nikki said...
That was it; Abhi didn't need to hear another word... Abhi quickly got ready when Nikki left to inform Riddhima and Anjali...
'Ridzy, Anjy...'Nikki call them, as she didn't see them in the kitchen...
Hearing Nikki's sudden scream, both came out as they had just gone to their respective room to get fresh up before having dinner... Nikki was shook as she thought about Rahul's condition... Hearing Armaan voice, Nikki was very sure that Rahul must be in a serious condition...
'Kiya huva Niks,???'Ridzy asked, as she was the first one to reach her...
'Ridzy woh...' Nikki wouldn't speak as her throat was getting blocked...
'Batao bhi kiya huva hai Nikki...' Anjali said...
'Woh Armaan...' Nikki looked at Riddhima as she wasn't able to speak out the words...
'Kiya huva Armaan koh... Nikki, bol na kiya huva...'Riddhima asked getting panic...
'Call aaya tha, woh Rahul ka accident huva hai... 'Nikki said...
'OMG, yeh kaise hogaya... Humein bhi chalna chahiyeh...'Anjali said...
'Rahul ka accident...???' Riddhima whisper not being sure that she heard it right...
'Guys hurry up...' Abhi said moving out...
Nikki nudge Riddhima knowing that she has gone to shocked state hearing it... Very well knowing that how much closed she is to Armaan, Nikki knows that Riddhima would be thinking about Armaan state...
'Haan hum...' Riddhima got back to sense and soon she rushed to get her mobile while Anjali did the same too...
Anjali informed Atul about it as they left the house with Abhi, Riddhima think of calling Armaan but she knew that Armaan wouldn't be able to answer her calls at the moment... Riddhima heart was beating fast, thinking how much worried Armaan must be for his brother...
Riddhima closed her eyes and pray to god, not to let anything happen to Rahul because it would break her Armaan... After he lost his parents, Armaan had been very much protective and concern for the rest of his family member... Riddhima knows he wouldn't ever let anyone harm his family if it's in his hand but today; Rahul was in bad condition, which would surely make Armaan blame himself for his condition...
MALLIK MANSION
After placing the order for dinner, Muskaan sit in the hall to relax for sometimes before going to take a relaxing shower... Muskaan open the television but realizing that Armaan hasn't come inside yet, she wondered what was making him take so much time...
To check on Armaan, Muskaan came out but was surprise to see his car gone... Wondering where Armaan must have gone, Muskaan thought to call him and check on his where about as it's not really like him to leave like that without informing if there is an emergency or not...
Muskaan dial Armaan number but he didn't answer, cursing him under her breath again Muskaan call him but it was just left ringing without him answering it... When Armaan didn't answer, Muskaan dial Rahul number but to her disappointment, his number was switch off...
Thinking Rahul still might be in hospital, Muskaan call hospital to make sure so she wouldn't be worrying about him at least... Muskaan move inside and sit in front of the television, changing the channels as she wait someone to answer her call...
'Pata nehi, yeh log karte kiya hai... Koi emergency ke liye call kare toh bhi koi call hi nehi utate...' Muskaan mumble as the call got disconnected...
Being angry on the staff in hospital, again Muskaan call Armaan number hoping that he would answer her calls this time... Muskaan was so lost in a serial showing on the television, she didn't realized when the call was answered but hearing someone else voice, she move the mobile to make sure that she has dial the correct number...
'Arey, tu koan hai bhai...' Muskaan asked...
'Muski, Atul...' It was Atul from the other side...
'Armaan ka mobile tere paas kiya kar raha hai... Armaan kaha hai, aur tum log ho kaha...???' Muskaan fire her questions...
'Muski, hum hospital mein hai...' Atul said in a low voice...
'Oh, lekin Armaan ne toh inform nehi kiya... Anyways tum hospital mein hai toh mera ek kaam karde... Dekho woh duffer kaha hai, aur usko bol apna mobile samandar mein phek de... Uske tarah woh bhi koi kaam ka nehi hai, koi fikar hokar call kare toh bhi switch off hi aata hai...' Muskaan blabber without letting Atul speak...
'Muski, tum aur Piya hospital aajao...' Atul said in a low voice...
Than Muskaan realized that how serious Atul was which is very unlike him. Giving her full attention to the call, Muskaan stood up ready to fire another round of questions towards him...
'Kiya huva Atul...??? Iswaqt hospital...??? Woh bhi hum dono koh aise kyun... Armaan kaha hai...??? Rahul... Rahul kaha hai... Bataona Atul... Kaha hai woh dono...??? Kiya huva hai...??? Atul tu kuch bol na...' Muskaan shouted when Atul kept quiet...
Hearing Muskaan loud voice, Piya came out as she has already fresh up and change her cloths to her night cloths... Seeing Muskaan tense expression, Piya understood that something must have happen which make the tigress worried so much that her eyes were moist...
'Muski... Di kiya huva...???' Piya asked coming to her...
Muskaan just look towards Piya and seeing she was in a call, Piya took her mobile and put it on speaker... On the other side, Atul heard Piya voice and he knows, even she needs to be in the hospital at the moment and for that, he had to tell them the truth but he just don't want to break the news like this in the mobile but he was helpless...
'Tum dono mere baat dyan se suno ok... Tum dono koh hospital aana hai...' Atul said...
'Kiya huva bhai, aap aise achanak humein hospital kyun bhul rahe ho...???' Piya asked being confused...
'Princess, Muski... Rahul ka accident hogaya...' Atul said...
Muskaan fall down on the couch hearing the news where else Piya just stood staring at the mobile as if someone has blast a bomb in their life, once again... Tears started to fall from Muskaan eyes while Piya just stood like a statue, not knowing how to react to the news...
'Princess, Muski... Tum dono sun rahe ho na... Please jaldi aao...' Atul said...
Knowing it would take sometimes to digest the news, Atul end the call knowing in no time they would be on their way to the hospital... Silent was around the house until, Muskaan whisper Rahul name as her numb mind started to work finally when the situation register in her mind...
Muskaan was broke to hear this but next second, she moves her eyes on Piya... Piya was the youngest from all and they had been pamper her from years, not a single person in their families want Piya to go through in such situation but few years ago she had when they lost their parents...
From that day, they decide that in future, they wouldn't ever let her face such incident... Only they didn't realized that it wouldn't be on their hands when the destiny play the game... How much they try, whatever is mean to happen that would happen how much they try to stop it...
'Princess...' Muskaan move to Piya and hugs her...
Piya didn't react to the touch; she was in shocked state as her mind took her to the memory lane after death of her parents... Piya mind has stop working as the days came rushing back making her heart beat got faster realizing once again she was going to face a lost in her life...
'Piya... Princess... Dekho meri taraf... Dekh tum...' Muskaan said as she came out from the hug and cupping her face...
'Bhaiyya...???' Piya said looking towards Muskaan with blank expression...
'Hum abhi Rahul koh dekhne jaaenge... Bas chota sa accident huva hoga, hmm... Tum... Tum chalo, change karo...' Muskaan said taking Piya to her room...
Muskaan got a pair of fresh cloths to Piya to change, when she just kept staring without reacting, Muskaan feared that it might affect of her brain... So leaving the cloths, Muskaan hold her shoulder, shaking her slowly to bring her out from her shocked state...
'Princess... Humein jaldi chalna chahiyeh... Armaan bhi pareshan hoga Rahul ke liye... Please tum abhi kuch aur mat socho... Rahul koh kuch nehi hoga, trust me...' Muskaan said finally when Piya look towards her, coming out from the shock state...
'Bhai...???' Piya speak, as it came out from her mouth as a question...
Tears started to fall from her eyes finally realized the situation, not being able to stand on her feet Piya slowly started to fall on the floor... Seeing how Piya broke down, tears also came out from Muskaan eyes... Knowing she needs someone to support her and be with her at this hard time, Muskaan sit on her knee and took Piya in her arms...
Both girls cried till they were disturb by Piya mobile, Muskaan took it from the bed and saw it was Abhay... Seeing Piya didn't dare to leave her, Muskaan thought to inform Abhay about the accident so he would be there to handle Piya...
As Muskaan realized that they need to reach hospital soon, first she answer the call and told Abhay to reach hospital as they were on the way too because of Rahul accident... Abhay asked about Piya, Muskaan told him that she would need him so he should come soon...
After cutting the call, Muskaan send Piya to change as she calls Atul to check on Rahul condition... Muskaan knew, Armaan wouldn't be in any state to give information related to Rahul so she called Atul to know that Rahul was in OT, Abhi was attending him...
Informing Atul that soon they will reach hospital, Muskaan cut the call hearing Piya coming out from washroom after changing... Without delaying, both girls left as Muskaan drive while, Piya just sit all quiet, crying silently thinking about her brother condition...
HOSPITAL
Armaan was walking in front of the OT as Abhi was attending Rahul, Atul tried to calm him down but Armaan was just too worried for Rahul... Anjali, Riddhima and Nikki was sitting as they waited for Muskaan and Piya to come... Atul look towards them helplessly when Armaan didn't listen to him, Riddhima who had been watching Armaan thought to talk him so he would stop worrying so much about Rahul...
So leaving Anjali and Nikki, Riddhima move towards Armaan... Atul move to Anjali and Nikki, seeing Riddhima finally going to handle Armaan... Riddhima stood in front of Armaan, blocking him... Armaan was too worried for Rahul; he didn't realized when Riddhima has come...
The moment Armaan saw Abhi, he started to feed Abhi with Rahul condition and how he met with the accident... As it was an accident case, Abhi asked Armaan to inform the police and filled the necessary information in the reception...
Armaan left knowing that from there, Abhi would attend Rahul and try his best to bring Rahul in conscious... So Armaan quickly filled the forms and was back but from that moment, he had been walking in front of the OT without stopping for a second...
'Armaan...' Riddhima just whisper his name...
'Riddhima, Rahul... Dekho kiya huva...??? Woh behosh hai, maine bohot try kiya... Lekin woh hosh mein nehi aaya...' Armaan said again getting panic...
'Aajenge Armaan, aise pareshan hone se kiya hoga...' Riddhima said...
'Riddhima, mera bhai waha andar...' Riddhima cut Armaan...
'I know Armaan, please shaant hojao tum aur meri baat suno...' Riddhima said holding his hand...
Just one touch of his love, Armaan calm down a little... Riddhima took him to a side as they were standing in the middle of the corridor... Others were watching them...
'Armaan...' Riddhima call him, to get his full attention towards her...
'Riddhima, Rahul...' Armaan said looking towards her...
'Jaldi tik hojaenge, Abhi haina uske paas... Woh Rahul koh kuch nehi hone denge... Filaal tumhe shaant rehna hoga Armaan... I know bohot mushkil hoga, apne bhai koh aise condition mein dekh ke... Lekin at least try to keep calm Armaan, tum khud koh nehi sambhalenge toh Piya aur Muski koh kaise sambhalenge...???' Riddhima said...
As Riddhima remind him of Piya and Muskaan, Armaan calm down very well understanding what Riddhima mean... Armaan close his eyes to control his emotions, it was obvious that, everyone just see his concern towards his brother who is inside the OT, on operation table...
Armaan never want anyone to see his emotional side like he had successfully hide after his parents death, so he just let the concern in front of others as he control his emotions but Armaan very well knows that his emotions can't be hide from his love, his Riddhima...
Just than the silence was broken with quick footsteps, everyone look around to see Muskaan and Piya coming... They came straightly towards Armaan and Riddhima, giving space Riddhima move letting Armaan handle the two girls because they were his family...
'Bhai, Rahul bhaiyya kaha hai...' Piya asked as soon as they reached him...
'Woh tik haina, Abhi ne kuch kaha...???' Muskaan asked as she knew he was Rahul attending doctor...
'Batao na Bhai... Kiya huva hai Rahul bhaiyya koh... Aur yeh accident...??? Accident kaise huva...???' Piya asked...
'Kuch toh bolo hero, chup kyun ho...' Muskaan asked holding his arm...
Seeing how worried they were for Rahul, Armaan just hugs them both... Tears were already covering their faces, as it didn't stop for a second after hearing about Rahul accident... Armaan slowly rubbed his hands on their back as both hold Armaan, crying softly...
'Abhi hai uske paas, woh kuch nehi hone denge Rahul koh...' Armaan said when the girls calm a little...
'Pakka kuch nehi hoga na bhaiyya koh...???' Piya asked like a small kid...
'Of course nehi hoga, hero ne kaha na... Haina Armaan...???' Muskaan ask looking towards Armaan...
'Haan, hum sab haina... Hum usse kabhi kuch hone nehi denge...' Armaan said kissing Piya head...
'Aur ek dusre koh bhi kuch nehi hone denge...' Muskaan said...
Armaan just nodded his head as he pull both girls close to him, Armaan just stood hugging them as they look towards the OT door... Soon Abhay also came and he asked Riddhima about Rahul condition seeing Armaan Muskaan and Piya with each other...
Abhay didn't feel to disturb them as they seems to calm down a little... Knowing they don't have any other option than waiting, they just kept looking towards the OT, waiting for Abhi to come out so they would get any news about Rahul condition...
AFTER HOURS
Abhi came out as he asked the nurse to arrange ICU to shift Rahul there as they had to keep him under observation... Everyone rush towards Abhi and impatiently wait for the nurse to leave so they could ask about Rahul condition...
Abhi who could feel how every single person, specially the Mallik's and Muskaan was getting impatient to know about Rahul... Abhi make sure that the nurse got what he said, so when the nurse left nodding to what Abhi just inform to do as they can't keep Rahul in the OT for rest of the night...
'Rahul out of danger hai but humein usse hosh aane tak wait karna padega... Uske arms and legs pe chot hai, dekhne mein sab tik hai but bone mein kuch huva ya nehi, woh usse hosh aane ke baad pata chalega as we can't take x-ray now...' Abhi filled them with Rahul condition before Armaan, Piya and Muskaan could fire questions on him...
All felt relief to know that Rahul was out of danger but still, they were worried not knowing anything more until he gain conscious... As they all just kept quiet and no one dare to move, Abhi knows every single person would want to wait till Rahul gain conscious...
Abhi didn't had the heart to send them away, because every single person has a bond with him... Abhi knows, Armaan wouldn't dare to step out from the hospital until his brother be fit and fine on his legs... Where else even Piya and Muskaan wouldn't leave Rahul side, unless they are sure that he is fine...
'Guys, tum log jaante ho hospital ke rules ke according sirf ek Rahul ke paas rukh sakte hai... Rahul koh ICU mein shift karwa raha hun, so whoever stay can be with him... Baaki sab tum log acche se jaante hai, I know sab yehi rukhna chaahenge but I think tum log koh ghar jaana chahiyeh...' Abhi said...
'I will stay...' Armaan said...
'Main bhi...' Piya followed him...
'Main toh bilkul nehi jaungi...' Muskaan said...
Abhi just sigh and look towards Nikki being helpless, she just nodded her head assuring him that not to pressure them to leave the hospital till they are satisfied with Rahul condition... As it was almost going to be midnight, Nikki thought to get them have some food at least if they are going to be awake till Rahul get conscious...
'Tik hai, tum sab yehi rehna... Lekin pehle kuch khalo, tab tak Rahul ICU mein shift hoga toh tum sab dekh bhi sakte ho usse...' Nikki said...
'Niks is right, waise bhi it's going to be midnight soon... Abhi puri raat baaki hai, issiliyeh tum sabko kuch khalena chahiyeh...' Anjali said...
'Chal bhai, canteen mein jaakhe kuch khalete hai...' Atul said putting his arms around Armaan shoulder...
'Mujhe bhuk nehi hai, excuse...' Armaan said and left before anyone could stop them...
Seeing Armaan left like that, Piya started to cry knowing how much he must be hurt to see their brother like that on hospital bed... Abhay was holding her shoulder as she cried on his chest, Muskaan also move away as she let her tears fall silently...
'Abhay, tum piya koh lekar jao aur kuch khilane ki koshish karo...' Riddhima said...
'Mujhe...' Piya said as she look towards them but was cut by Anjali...
'Dekh Piya, hum jaante hai koi kuch nehi khapaaenge... Lekin tum bimar padenge toh Rahul ka khayal koan rakhega... Jab usse hosh aaye, usko apne behen ki zarurat padenge na...' Anjali said caring her hair softly...
'Armaan bhai...' Piya couldn't speak as her throat got blocked...
Everyone understood what she was trying to say, Riddhima knows it would be impossible to make Armaan eat anything... Armaan was surely trying his best not to let the tears out from his eyes but Riddhima knows that how much hurt he was from inside...
'Main sambhalunga usse, tum fikar mat karo... Tum kuch khalo, nehi toh kuch peelon... Tumhari tabiyyat kharam hojaenge toh Armaan koh ek ki fikar nehi, dono ke fikar hoge... Kiya tum yeh chaahte ho, apni Armaan bhai tumhare liye bhi pareshan ho...???' Riddhima asked holding Piya hand...
'Nehi, lekin bhai kissi ki baat nehi sunenge...' Piya said...
'Main jaanti hun, lekin jabse main aayi hun... Meri baat toh sunte haina, tum fikar mat karo... Main hun uske paas, I will make sure him eat ok...' Riddhima said...
'Muski...???' Piya look as everyone also turn to search for Muskaan...
Muskaan was sitting on the bench in front of the OT, staring at the closed door... Tears were falling from her eyes to cheeks but she didn't wipes it neither move her eyes away from the door... They all know that with Armaan and Piya, it would have shake Muskaan too to hear about Rahul accident...
Knowing she would need someone there to support her, Anjali and Atul move on her side making her look towards them for a second but again she move her eyes towards the door... They know that it must have shocked her because it wasn't much time after she confess her love to him...
Seeing her love, injured and fighting for his life, it surely has broke her... Muskaan has no family left, it was so nice of the Mallik's that they took her as their family after their parents death... Muskaan knows that Armaan wouldn't let her live alone very well knowing that she has no family other than her parents...
'Di aur Atul sambhalenge Muski koh... Abhay...' Riddhima said as she once again asked Abhay to take her to give something to her...
When Abhay took Piya, Riddhima look towards Abhi as she wants to make sure that Abhi hasn't hide anything about Rahul condition... Riddhima felt that, maybe Abhi didn't tell whole truth thinking they might get panic so before going to Armaan, Riddhima thought to talk Abhi...
'Abhi, are u sure Rahul is out of danger... I mean...' Riddhima was cut by Abhi...
'Yes Ridzy, he is out of danger but as I say, we should wait till him come around... Usko hosh aane ke baad hum kuch aur kehpaenge...' Abhi said...
'Ridzy... Tum Armaan ke paas jao, hum sab Muskaan aur Piya koh sambhalenge...' Nikki said...
'Haan Ridzy, Armaan kabhi apni feelings kissi ke saath share nehi karte... Armaan used to be very closed to his mother but uske jaane ke baad woh kissi se itni free baat nehi karte, jaise tumhare saath karte hai... He really needs a friend at the moment, please tum uske paas raho...' Abhi said...
'Don't worry, main usse sambhalungi... Abhi, Rahul ke baare mein kuch bhi improvement huva hai toh mujhe inform kardena...' Riddhima said...
'Sure Ridzy...' Abhi said...
Just than the nurse who Abhi send to arrange ICU to shift Rahul came back asking about something related to the case... Abhi excused and move with the nurse, Riddhima just sigh and look towards Nikki, who nodded her head asking her to go ahead...
Riddhima just blink her eyes and move in search of Armaan, not knowing where he would be... Nikki joins Anjali and Atul, who were trying to convince Muskaan to have something as it would take sometimes them to shift Rahul to ICU and than only they would be able to see him...
No one could make Muskaan move from there until they were taking Rahul out to shift on ICU, they all move to the ICU and when finally Abhi gave permission to see Rahul but not to stay other than one person, first Nikki, Atul and Anjali move in to see him and when they came out, Muskaan went inside and occupied the chair next to him as she kept staring at Rahul who was unconscious...
CANTEEN
Piya was just staring at the table without blinking her eyes, Abhay went to get food and juice for her as he knows it would be hard to make her eat anything but as Riddhima told, Abhay just want to make her try to have something, a little at least as it was going to be a long night for them...
Soon Abhay kept Piya favorite pasta and orange juice in front of her, pulling a chair next to her side Abhay sit as he want for Piya to say or start having the food... When she just kept staring, Abhay understood that what must be going through in her...
'Piya...' Abhay said putting his arm around her shoulder...
Piya was too lost to realized Abhay present, jerk on her seat feeling sudden touch of Abhay... Piya blink her eyes as tears were making her sight blur, those tears falls on her cheeks as she try to control her voice without letting it come out... Piya look to her side and the moment she realized that it was Abhay, she just lean on him and started to cry...
Abhay rubbed her arms, letting her cry as she hides her face on his neck... Tears were soaking Abhay shirt but he didn't mind it at the moment knowing his love was very hurt... Abhay understood that this accident must have brings those worst memories of her life when she lost her parents...
If anyone who has witness Piya condition that phase, it wouldn't be wrong to say it was him because more then Gunjan and Samrat, they were the closest... It's true that Abhay wasn't aware that she belongs to the Mallik's until the starting of their internship, but still he knows how much she was loved by her family being the smallest...

'Mujhe bhuk nehi hai...' Piya said...
'Phir bhi, tohda toh khalo... Please, apne bhaiyyon ke liye...' Abhay said...
Fresh tears started to fall from Piya eyes but still when Abhay forward a bite, she eat it making Abhay smile seeing how she still love when her love ones pamper her... Knowing she needs to have at least a small potion, Abhay kept feeding her and Piya was just thinking about her brother condition, lost but kept having her food...
ARMAAN CABIN
Armaan felt was feeling helpless to see that whoever it was has target his family, today it was Rahul who was laying on the hospital bed and he don't want to think what more can happen with them... Here Armaan hasn't try to do anything openly but still they were after his family...
Soon the helplessness turn to anger as he wasn't able to do anything to keep his family safe... Whoever was after him, had play their first move when Armaan wasn't taking those calls seriously... Armaan knows they did to make him alert and believe that they are damn serious with their warnings...
Armaan was trying to control his anger as he was in the hospital, he don't wish anyone to see his helpless side... Armaan was thinking if he should take help from police or not, it was than his mobile started to ring, breaking his trace... Armaan fish in his pocket to take it out and when he saw another new private number, he understood that whom it must be from...
'Hello...' Armaan answer the call, trying to control his anger...
'Armaan Mallik, ab toh yakeen hogaya main kya kiya kar sakta hun...' Man said from other side...
'Chaahte kiya ho tum...???' Armaan asked...
'Bas yehi chaahta hun, tum humein guarantee de, tu aisa kuch nehi karenge jiski wajahse police hum tak pochenge...' Man said...

'Mera boss...???' Man asked...
'Haan, uske toh himmat hai nehi seedhe mere saamne aakhar baat kare... Issilyeh tujhse call karwa raha hai warning dene ke liye... Apne boss koh jaakhar bolde, himmat hai toh saamne aa...' Armaan said...
'Woh bhi bohot jaldi hoga, lagta hai tujhe bohot himmat hai... Jaldi tera himmat tohdenge...'Man said...
Before Armaan could reply him, the line got dead... Armaan knew it was no used to call back because it would be not reachable or switch off... Armaan knows, replying him like that would only make things worst in their life but he just couldn't control himself as he has doubt on Shashank that he is behind all this...
As Armaan was having difficult in controlling his anger raising in him, he move to the balcony attach to his cabin... Armaan throw his mobile on the single comfort couch in the balcony as he move to the railing, keeping his hands over there as he look to the view in front...
Armaan cabin is in the top of the building and it could see half of the city from the balcony... Armaan closed his eyes to calm down himself but it wasn't helping as fear slowly took over the helplessness... Armaan felt tears forming in his closed eyes but he felt someone present, which make him control it...
Without letting it fall, Armaan blink his eyes several times before he look his side to see Riddhima standing... Riddhima hand was on his shoulder and seeing her, Armaan just hugs her as he was in need of someone support and care... Hiding his face on her neck, in her hair, Armaan let the tears fall, letting it fade in her hair...
Riddhima very well understood the moment she saw him in the balcony and when he look towards her being so glad to see her, it was the moment he would let himself break down... Armaan had been holding himself from long but finally, he let it go as he pours out his tears in her present...
Armaan knows, Riddhima wouldn't ever judge him but will be his biggest strength in every situation... Also Riddhima would support him in whatever he decide because she believe him that whatever he do, it would be for his family and friends...
Riddhima felt bad to see Armaan like that but she knows its necessary for him to let it out and he wouldn't do it in front of any other person other than her... Not even in front of his siblings and Muskaan, so Riddhima just hugs him while caring his back softly letting him pour out those emotions he was holding back...
Riddhima felt that Armaan stop crying as no longer she could feel his body shaking or the tears wetting her neck or hair... So she slowly came out from the hug but Armaan didn't move his arms away from her as he move it down on her waist...
Armaan didn't look towards her, Riddhima very well understood that he didn't want her to see him like that but it wasn't the first time that he break in front of her like that... They both still could remember the first time Armaan let his emotions out and from that very moment, a bond of trust developed in their hearts for each other unknown that one day it would get stronger than it was at the starting...
So Riddhima just hold his face in her palm and make him look towards her, Armaan didn't protest but let his eyes met with her beautiful one, it was red due to crying and Riddhima just couldn't help but felt the pain which break her heart to see her love suffering...
'Armaan, I know it's a hard time... Main yeh nehi kahungi mat ro lekin himmat toh rakhna haina...' Riddhima said...
'Ra...' Armaan couldn't speak as his throat was block due to crying...
'Maine Abhi se baat ki, filaal woh hatre se baahar hai... Lekin uske hosh aane se pehle, kitna chot laga hai woh pata nehi chalega... Tum fikar mat karo, Abhi haina... Woh Rahul koh kuch nehi hone denge... Aur hum sab bhi toh hai, specially tum, Piya aur Muski... Dekhna, Rahul zarur bohot jaldi tik hojaenge...' Riddhima said clearing the tears line on his cheek...
Armaan let his forehead touch against Riddhima closing his eyes again, Riddhima didn't stop him because she knows he needs to let it out how he felt when he found Rahul on the accident spot... Armaan needs to share it and out in from his system so it wouldn't take control of his brain to hunt it later...
'Pata hai Riddhima... Jab main... Maine Rahul koh... Accident spot mein... Dekha toh... Ek minute mein... Mujhe laga ki... Phir se woh pal... Mere zindagi mein waapas aaya... Phir se... Main... Kissi apne koh... Kho diya...' Armaan said as again fresh tears fall from his closed eyelashes...
Riddhima felt that her heart break in to several pieces hearing Armaan broke voice, she could feel his pain as he pour out the moment when he found Rahul... Unconscious and fighting for life which is very precious to Armaan because he wouldn't ever think to loose another person in his worst dream after his parents...
'Mujhe... laga main... Phir se... Kuch nehi karpaunga... Apne koh... Bacha ne ke liye... Phir bhi maine... Koshish nehi choda Riddhima... Himmat karke... Rahul koh yaha laaya... Abhi koh call kiya... 'Armaan... It's fine... Main samajhti hun tum par uswaqt kiya beet raha hoga... Tumne itni himmat ki tumne waqt pe Rahul koh yaha laaya... Abhi koh inform kiya aur kaha mujhe bataye... Tumhare woh chote se himmat ke wajahse Rahul khatre se baahar hai...' Riddhima said...
'Lekin main... Main yeh rokh nehi sakha... Jaante huve bhi koi... Humhare life ke peeche pada hai... Phir bhi main nehi rokh paaye... Unlog koh mere... Apnon koh hurt karne se...' Armaan said...
'Sshh Armaan... Ab sab tik hai...' Riddhima said putting her finger on his lips...
'Lekin woh phirse...' Riddhima cut Armaan...
'Kuch nehi hoga, mujhe tumpar pura barosa hai... Tum kissi koh kuch nehi karne denge apne family koh...' Riddhima said caring his cheek softly as she captures his eyes making him get lost in it...
Very well knowing it was the only way to make him forget about the incident for sometimes, until his mind get calm down... Riddhima just lean close to him, pressing her lips on his making him calm down because she knows, her one touch would make him believe himself that he could do anything for his family and friends...
Armaan eyes automatically got closed as he felt himself getting relax feeling the love and trust... Armaan just need to feel that he is strong and there is someone that who believes him more than he has belief in himself... Feeling Riddhima taking all his worries with that simple touch of her lips on his, Armaan just pull her closed making Riddhima one hand goes around his neck while other hand still on his cheek...
Riddhima gasp when Armaan started to move his lips hurriedly on her soft ones but she gave in knowing he needs to feel the love... So giving what he need, Riddhima respond making him forget whatever happen few hours ago, letting him calm so he would be able to think proper what he could do to stop the attack that might come on their way...
FEW MINUTES LATER
Armaan slowly move inside ICU to see Muskaan sitting near the bed, just staring at Rahul... As her back was towards the door, Armaan didn't see her face but he knows that how much it would break her to see him on that bed... After her parents, they were her family and Armaan can understand how much difficult it would be for her to digest the incident...
Armaan made himself ready to face Muskaan knowing how much brave she used to be still somewhere, there is this girl hide who is scared to loose her close ones... Armaan knows that it was his responsible to take care of her, just the way he is taking care of Piya because she is family...
From childhood they know each other, Muskaan had been much more closer to him than Rahul or Piya, maybe because of her feeling towards Rahul make her create the little distance between them as it was awkward before they confess...
Muskaan never get easily sure about her feelings, being the tigress, she used to put a brave face in front of people but only her close ones know that behind it, there is just a girl who is like other normal person... As Armaan has also face the lost with her, Riddhima make him ready to talk with Muskaan as he would understand her fear the most...
So here Armaan came, to talk Muskaan as like her, she wouldn't let her feelings and emotions in front of others but she would need a friend at the moment so no one else can be better than him to support and give the much needed shoulder she would need to lean on...
'Muski...' Armaan call her name as he stood behind her, keeping his hand on her shoulder...
As Armaan move towards the bed, he look once at Rahul face but seeing that he hasn't gain conscious, Armaan knows it was his chance to talk with Muskaan... Muskaan was just lost, staring at Rahul with not a single thought crossing her mind as if it has stop working...
Hearing Armaan voice, Muskaan look towards him for a second but again she turn her attention towards Rahul... Armaan sigh seeing her reaction to see him, which shows his present didn't effect her much as it clearly shows on her face that she has gone completely blank...
Armaan move in front of her and sit on his knee, near her and hold her hands which was carelessly on her lap... Armaan was looking her face closely but even his touch didn't bring any emotions on her face as she continue doing what she had been from god knows how many hours...
From that moment she has enter the room, she had been just staring at Rahul... Her mind wasn't in a state to think or her eyes has stop leaking as it has turn bloodshot... Seeing her condition, Armaan felt bad that he didn't wish them to go back to those days...
Armaan don't know how long it would take this time for them to be back on their normal if anything serious happen... For now they believe that, Rahul were under control so there isn't any possibility that they had to face anything serious if he come around sooner...
'Main samajh sakta hun tumpe kiya beet rahi hogi Muski, mujhe jitna takleef ho raha hai shayad usse kahin zyada tumhe ho rahi hai...' Armaan said slowly...
'Humhare saath aisa kyun ho raha hai Armaan...' Muskaan said still with her eyes on Rahul...
'Is sawal ka jawab mere paas nehi hai Muski... Shayad issiliye, kyunki god knows hum khud koh sambhal sakte hai aur har mushkilon ka saamna kar sakte hai, ek dusre ke saath hoke...' Armaan said...
'Lekin itna sab kuch...??? Jo huva woh kam nehi ta phirse woh sab kuch phirse humhare aankhon ke saamne laakar khada kardiya...' Muskaan asked...
'Mere mann mein bhi yeh sawal aaya hai lekin iska koi jawab nehi hai... Shayad yeh humhara imthihaan hai, yeh dekhne ke liye hum aise situation koh kaise handle kar sakte...' Armaan said...
'Humne aisa koansa gunah kiya, god humhara, is tarahse imthihaan le rahi hai...??? Pehle mammiji aur papaji koh cheen liya ab Rahul...' Muskaan said finally moving her eyes on Armaan...
Tears started to fall from her eyes as she couldn't complete her sentence, Armaan move his hand up to her face and wipes it, shaking his head side to side as if asking not to let those precious tears fall out... Seeing the concern and care, Muskaan break down as she cried uncontrollably...
Armaan felt bad seeing her crying badly so he stood up and pull Muskaan close to him... Muskaan hands move around Armaan waist as she was still sitting, Armaan slowly care her hair and let her cry knowing it would make her feel better...
'God ne humse humhara parents cheena hai toh kiya huva, hum hai na ek dusre ke liye aur hamesha rahega... Maine us din ek promise kiya ta khudse, main hamesha tum log koh protect karunga... Mujhe khatre ke banak bhi huva toh main us khatre koh tum log se pochne se pehle khatam kardunga...' Armaan said...
'Tum akele kya kiya karenge Armaan... Aur khatra toh bolkar tohdina aayenge, jo tum usse humse pochne se pehle khatam karde...' Muskaan said...
'Lekin koshish toh kar hi sakte haina, koshish na karke jo dukh hoga woh shayad kam hoga jab koshish karke jo dukh mile...' Armaan said...
'Armaan... Hum dono toh khud koh sambhalenge lekin Piya...' Muskaan stop as she control her cry and move out to look at Armaan...
'Hum dono usse sambhalenge, jaise humne pehle bhi usse sambhala... Aur humhare dosts bhi toh hai, humhare saath...' Armaan said...
'Rahul tik toh hojaenge na...???' Muskaan asked as it was eating her inside...
'Bilkul, usse toh tik hona hi hai... Aise kaise mere bhabhi se itni jaldi chutkara mil sakte hai...' Armaan said clearing Muskaan tears...
'Aur nehi toh kiya, hone doh tik... Phir hum dono milke usko tang karenge...' Muskaan said sniffing to hold her tears back...
'Woh toh tik nehi hoge bhi toh hum karenge, bas tum rona nehi ab...' Armaan said kissing her forehead...
'Tum bhi, I know tum apne feelings kissi ke saamne zaahir nehi karenge... Lekin main jaanti hun, tumhe bhi kitna takleef ho raha hai...' Muskaan said...
'Hmm, tum yaha beito... Main baahar hun, Princess ke saath...' Armaan said as he avoid the topic when it turn on him...
Muskaan just nodded her head, very well knowing like always Armaan was trying to escape when it was turn to express his feelings... Muskaan didn't want to force him to break it but he seems pretty much better and Muskaan had a clue that it must be possible only because of Riddhima, who had been very much closed, more then her or Rahul...
Looking toward Rahul, Armaan patted Muskaan head softly before moving out from the room... Muskaan let out a sigh as she move her eyes back on Rahul... Hoping him to gain conscious soon as every single person out there was waiting for him to come around so they would feel relief...
2 AM, ICU
Muskaan slept while sitting next to Rahul as she had been cried softly, she was resting her head on the bed near Rahul hand... Muskaan sleep got disturb feeling movement next to her, first she ignore it but when she heard a soft whisper, she try to understand where she was and why she was sleeping in this sitting position...
It didn't take much time Muskaan to realized that where she was and why, this time she clearly heard Rahul voice as he whisper softly asking for water... Muskaan sit up as sleep vanished from her eyes, she look towards Rahul who was trying to open his eyes but it seems like he was under strong medicine...
Muskaan took the glass of water from near by table and bend over Rahul to make him drink water... With her one hand under his head, Muskaan raise his head a little making him have water but he choked as his throat was blocked... Keeping the glass back on the table, Muskaan rubbed his chest softly trying to make him feel better...
'Muskaan...' Rahul whisper when she kept rubbing his chest being worried for him...
'Rahul... Tu tik haina... Main doctor koh...' Muskaan was cut by Rahul...
'Main tik hun...' Rahul said holding her hand which was on his chest...
'Pakka tik haina, main doctor koh bhulati hun... Woh tumhe ek baar...' Rahul cut Muskaan again...
'Shaant sherni... Main tik hun, tum bhul gayi kiya... Tum khud doctor ho...' Rahul said...
'Haan but tumhe chot...' Muskaan couldn't continue realizing why he was laying there...
'Halka sa chot hai, tik hojaenge...' Rahul said, as he kept looking her face...
Muskaan couldn't control herself and hugs him without caring that he was injured... Rahul whines but Muskaan didn't leave him as fresh tears started to fall from her eyes... Rahul care Muskaan hair feeling her tears on his chest but next minute, he was shocked to received a smash from his lady love...
'Stupid... Idiot... Duffer... Koi aisa karta hai kiya...' Muskaan said as she smash his arm softly...
'Maine kya kiya yaar...' Rahul asked holding her hand...
Muskaan move out and sit back, clearing her tears... Rahul smile to see how Muskaan was trying to act that his accident didn't affect her but it was clearly seeing in her face that how much his condition make her scared... Rahul felt bad to make her cry because he knows, after her parents, he and other Mallik's are her family...
'I m sorry...' Rahul whisper softly...
'Apne paas rakkho apna sorry, mujhe nehi chahiyeh...' Muskaan said...
'Toh kiya chahiyeh mere sherni koh...' Rahul asked...
'Kuch nehi...' Muskaan said not looking at him...
'Muskaan...' Rahul call her name but she didn't look at him...
Rahul sigh knowing that how much she must have cried because her eyes was bloodshot red, Rahul call her name again but Muskaan didn't make any move to look towards him... Knowing only one thing make her bring to him, Rahul try to move but whines feeling pain...
'Aah...' Rahul voice makes Muskaan look towards him...
'Paagal hai kiya tum... Kyun ut rahe ho, shaanti se nehi reh sakte kiya...' Muskaan scold him making him laid back...
'Tum sun nhi rahi ti toh main kiya karun...' Rahul said holding her hand close to his heart...
'Sun rahi ti...' Muskaan said moving her eyes away from him...
'Lekin dekh toh nhi rahi ti...' Rahul said trying to look at her face...
'Rahul tum araam karo, main doctor...' Rahul cut Muskaan...
'Mujhe doctor ki nehi, apne pyar ki zarurat hai...' Rahul said...
Muskaan look towards him and again tears started to fall from her eyes, Rahul move his hand up to her face but before he could wipes it, Muskaan hide her face on his chest, crying out... Rahul let Muskaan cry, knowing she needs to let her fear out... He felt so bad to make her cry knowing that he is reason for those tears...
So letting her pour out it and make herself better, Rahul kept caring her hair until he felt that Muskaan cry turn to sobs... When he was sure that now she can speak out her emotions in words, he try to move her away but Muskaan didn't move...
'Muski, rehem karo mujhe... Chot lagi hai...' Rahul said...
'Jab tumne rehem nehi kiya... Na socha... Mujhe kaisa lagega yeh jaanke... Toh main kyun tumhare baare mein sochun...' Muskaan said...
'Maine jaan bhujke nehi kiya na...' Rahul said...
'Haan jaan bhuje toh kuch nehi karte tum... Hamesha mujhe hurt karte ho... Tum samajh nehi sakhte... Mujhe kaise kaise khayal aa rahi ti yeh sunke... Mammiji aur papaji ke baad tum, Armaan aur piya toh hai mera sab kuch... Un dono se zyada mujhe tumse alag hone se dar lagta hai...' Muskaan said...
'Muskaan, kuch nehi...' Muskaan cut Rahul...
'Tum yeh kuch nehi lagte Rahul... Armaan ne dekha tumhe accident spot pe... Hum sabne apne parent's koh khoya hai Rahul, tum kyun nehi samajh rahe yeh bohot badi baat hai hum sabke liye... Hum mein se kissi koh bhi chot lagte toh kitna takleef hote hai... Tumhari jhaga main...' Rahul cut Muskaan...
'Aage mat bolna...' Rahul warn her...
'Sunne mein tujhe takleef ho raha hai... Socho tumhe aise dekh ke mujhe kitni takleef huva...' Muskaan said...
'I know lekin mujhe khud nehi pata ta, kaise car ki break fail huva... Pata hota toh I would have been careful...' Rahul said...
Muskaan calm down hearing this, she was too worried for him that she never thought something like that might have happen... Seeing Muskaan lost expression, Rahul just raise his head a little and kiss her forehead but he let his head fall back on the bed feeling pain...
'Please rona nehi... Chot se zyada tumhari aansu takleef dete hai mujhe...' Rahul said...
'Zyada hero banne ki zarurat nehi hai, chup chap sojao...' Muskaan said as she felt better to hear how much Rahul care for her and loves her...
Rahul smile and close his eyes knowing it would be best for him to rest because once everyone comes, they would be shooting their none stop questions to him to know how the accident happen... Only Armaan and now Muskaan knows it happen due to break fail and for further information, they had to take police help to see if the break was failed purposely or not...
Muskaan also took a deep breath and relax as finally, Rahul has gain conscious and he seems pretty well... As Abhi has given him medicine through injection, having affect of it soon Rahul were back to slumber... Muskaan inform Abhi and sit with him as Abhi told her that he would inform others about Rahul...
