'Bhaiyyuuu...' Piya banged in the moment Abhi inform that Rahul is better than previous night and they can meet him...
They all had stay back in the hospital, Armaan keep going in and out from the ICU to check on his brother while Piya slept resting her head on Abhay shoulder while Muskaan slept resting her head on Rahul bed as they hold hands whole night...
Anjali, Atul and Nikki went back to home as Abhi inform last night that Rahul has gain conscious but he was back to sleep due to the strong medicines given... Riddhima and Abhi stay back as Abhi wants to make sure that Rahul rest the whole night with no issue in his health, where else Riddhima was with Armaan...
Armaan didn't sleep for a second, Riddhima try to make him sleep in his cabin but his mind wasn't satisfied about Rahul health because he couldn't talk to him as Rahul has go back to slumber by the time Armaan came to meet him when Abhi inform him gaining conscious...
So Armaan wasn't able to stay in one place which make him visit ICU every hour to check on Rahul to make sure that he was sleeping without any pain while Riddhima slept in Armaan cabin as they spend talking about what they should do about the incident...
Rahul has waken up after a good night sleep, with a bright smile on his face... Abhi has check him once more, properly to see if he has any broken bones... Rahul got a fracture on his leg as the track has hit hard on the front of the car and it was damage badly...
'Princess, araam se...' Rahul said as Piya hugs him tight...
'Aise koi darate hai kiya...' Piya said smashing him arm...
'Ouch, maaro mat... Jo bhi dekho, bas marr raha hai...' Rahul said breaking the hug...
'Accha hai, Muski bhabhi koh aapko aur maarna chahiyeh...' Piya said very well knowing he was talking about Muskaan...
Muskaan was standing near the bed, turn beetroot hearing Piya addressing her as sister in law... Rahul and Piya look towards her that moment and seeing her flush face, they laugh because it wasn't every day they would get to see their tigress blushing...
Everyone else also had come that very moment so Rahul got busy meeting them while Nikki just let it go as she don't want to make Muskaan uncomfortable by pulling her leg... Finally when Armaan met him, he asked Rahul about his health as he wanted to hear about it from him...
'Abhi, tu ne bhai koh bataya nehi main tik hun...' Rahul asked looking towards Abhi...
'Bechara kiya karta Rahul, yeh tera bhai kissi ke sunte hai kiya... Puri raat ek second tak nehi soya, just because he couldn't ask you how u r feeling...' Riddhima said...
'Yeh galat baat hai Ridz, bhai aapki baat zarur sunta hai...' Rahul said...
'Haan lekin jab apne family ke baat hote toh, meri bhi nehi sunti...' Riddhima said...
'Waise I wouldn't blame Armaan for that... Apnon ke liye chinta toh hoga na, after all Armaan itna pyar karta hai tum sabse...' Atul said...
'Atul is right, Armaan koh sabke chinta hota hai kyunki woh sabse bohot zyada pyar karta hai... Sirf family nehi, hum sab doston se bhi...' Anjali said...
'Bas bhi karo ab, itna tareef karne ka zarurat nehi hai...' Armaan said as he was sitting next to Rahul on one side while Piya was sitting on his other side...
'Haan, itna tareef mat karo bhai ka... Hazam nehi hoga...' Piya said...
'Chalo ab tum log ghar jao, aur fresh hokar aao... Phir hum apne apne duties pe chalenge...' Nikki said as Mallik, Muskaan, Riddhima and Abhi had been in the hospital...
'Haan bhai, tum sab jao... Main, Anjali and Nikki tab tak rukh jaenge Rahul ke paas... Waise bhi tum log raat se yehi pe ho...' Atul said...
'Two hours hai duties start hone mein, tum log tohda araam bhi karlena... Armaan aur Muski tum dono tohdi late aayenge bhi toh koi problem nehi hoga... Phir baari baari Rahul ke paas rukh sakte hai lekin Piya, aapko duty pe report karna hai...' Anjali said...
'Kiya yaar, main kyun late nehi aa sakte...' Piya asked frowning...
'Kyunki tum intern ho, issiliye jo bhi ho tumhe time pe report karna hai kyunki tum kal personal reason se yehi tha not professional reason... Kaam ki wajahse ho toh shayad tumhe late aane ki permission de sakta ta...' Anjali said...
'Chal princess, yeh log haina... Hum fresh hokar aate hai, and Atul please make sure, Rahul breakfast le aur medicine bhi... Abhi, tumhe jo bhi test karwana hai karwa dena but make sure there is no serious issue...' Armaan said standing...
'Yes boss/sir...' Atul and Abhi said together...
So Atul, Anjali and Nikki stay back with Rahul till others come... Armaan leaves with Piya and Muskaan where else Abhi and Riddhima left together... When others left, Atul went to get breakfast for Rahul from cafe'... Anjali and Nikki started to asked how the accident happen as they didn't ask it in front of Mallik, knowing they are still shaken with the accident...
2 HOURS LATER,
LOCKER ROOM
'Yeh kiya Piya, itni badi baat hogaye aur tumne humein bataya nehi...' Gunjan shoot her question the moment Piya enter the locker room...
Gunjan and Abhay was already present, Samrat was no where to be seen... Seeing Abhay looking so much tired, Gunjan asked him the reason and from him, she got to know about Rahul accident... No one realized that Gunjan and Samrat wasn't aware of it because everyone was worried for Rahul...
Piya stop hearing Gunjan's not so happy voice, she look towards Abhay who give her a small smile, nodding his head to answer Piya unspoken question... Piya return the smile but the moment she turn to look Gunjan, her smile fade as she sigh knowing her best friend would be very much upset about it...
'Gunj...' Piya move in but Gunjan just stood with her back towards her...
Abhay let the two best friend to talk and leave the locker room to give much needed privacy to them... Also he has to complete some report and they have just 10 minutes left to report their duties... Piya stood behind Gunjan who was busy searching something in her locker...
Piya knows Gunjan was pretending to search because she was already wearing her lab-coat with every needed things in its pocket... Piya smash herself mentally for forgetting to inform Gunjan but she was too worried for her brother that she couldn't think of anyone else...
Piya even didn't know who inform Abhay unless he told her that when he call Piya, Muskaan answer the call and tell him to reach hospital because she would need her... Piya was glad that Muskaan inform Abhay because he had been a great support to her whole night...
'I m sorry Gunj, lekin mujhe subah tak hosh nehi tha kiya hogaya... Itni suddenly huva, meri dhimag kaam karna band hogaya tha...' Piya said...
'Right, Abhay...' Gunjan was cut by Piya...
'Muski bhabhi ne inform kiya jab Abhay ne mujhe call kiya raat koh... It was almost going to be morning when Rahul bhai got conscious...' Piya said softly...
Hearing Piya voice, Gunjan felt that how much scared she must got... Gunjan wasn't angry on her but was upset that she didn't inform her in her hard time... Mallik's has took her with them for two weeks when her brother and sister in law went for their honeymoon...
Gunjan felt bad that she couldn't be with her or the Mallik's in their hard time just because she was unaware of it... They all had been great help in them to get Mayank and Nupur married, in few months they all had bond so well with each other...
Knowing at the moment Piya would need her best friend, Gunjan turn around and hugs her... Piya was surprise with her sudden hug but hugs her back trying to control her emotions as once again she was reminded by the accident which has shaken her badly...
'I m sorry, it's just that I felt so bad and guilty that I couldn't be with my best friend last night when she needed me the most... Tumne, tumhare bhaiyyon ne aur Muskaan bhabhi ne mujhe apne ghar mein rakka jab bhai aur bhabhi ghumne gaya... Aur phir jab mujhe moka mil sakta ta tum log ke saath rahe, toh mujhe khabar tak nehi huva issiliye...' Gunjan stop as she break and look at Piya...
'It's ok Gunj, tumhari galati nehi hai... Main itna zyada pareshan thi, mujhe khud samajh mein nehi aaya main kiya karun...' Piya said with a shaken voice...
'I might not understanding it but ab sab tik haina... Abhay ne kaha Rahul bhaiyya better hai ab...' Gunjan said...
'Haan woh tik hai ab, fracture huva hai leg pe... Baaki ka test aaj karenge, phir pata chalega... Dekhne mein toh internal injury nehi hai but test ke baad pata chalega...' Piya said...
'Tum chinta mat kar, sab tik hoga... Accha huva waqt pe pata chala, nehi toh bohot bura ho sakta ta...' Gunjan said...
'Hmm, bas sab kuch tik ho...' Piya said...
'Tum saari raat yehi pe tha na, toh itni jaldi kyun aayi...???' Gunjan asked...
'Haan woh mujhe duty pe report karna hai toh aagayi... Intern hai toh personal reason ke wajahse hospital pe raha hai toh bhi late aane ki permission nehi mil sakte... Lekin jaldi release kardenge if I finished my work...' Piya said...
'Chal koi nehi, lunch time pe main bhi Rahul bhaiyya se mil lungi... Chalo abhi duty pe report karna hai, nehi toh humein late hojaenge... Tumne Sammy koh bataya...???' Gunjan asked...
'Tumhe batane koh yaad nehi raha, usko kiya batate...' Piya said as she got her lab-coat and other necessary things...
'Koi nehi, abhi bata denge... Meri taraf woh zyada react nehi karenge, so chill...' Gunjan said as they walk out from locker room...
NURSE STATION
Armaan was asigning duty to everyone while Muskaan was with Rahul, Armaan dismiss them after that and move to his cabin as he kept massaging his temple due to headache... Not sleeping for a wink, Armaan was feeling exhausted by now but he knows he can't ignore work that too when Rahul was hospitalized...
Also Armaan has got a call from police station informing that they could be coming to visit Rahul to take his statement against whoever is behind his accident... So Armaan want to be there when they take Rahul statement and also Armaan decide to involve the police because that person has now attack his family...
All these days, Armaan try to find the person without involving police knowing that whoever it was would keep an eye on him as well on his family... It didn't help because neither Armaan could get any evidence against the person or could save his family from getting harmed...
Thinking about how life has taken another turn to the path that he never wanted to cross again after his parents death, Armaan reach to his cabin to rest for a while before going to his rounds... Armaan just want a strong coffee at the moment but he was too tired that he wanted to rest for sometimes...
So when he finally reached his cabin, he let his body fall on the couch kept on side near the door... Armaan couldn't move another step as he closed his eyes still his fingers moving on his temple to reduce the pain but it keeps increasing every passing minute...
Suddenly he felt the aroma of strong coffee, smile form his face very well knowing who must have got it for him... Armaan could feel her present around him but not until he was pull out back to the world from his worries due to the sudden accident happen the previous night...
'Coffee Dr. Mallik...' Riddhima voice reached to his ears, making him slowly open his eyes...
Riddhima had been watching Armaan every move the moment her eyes found him, she knows that Armaan would be having a bad headache because he hasn't have his breakfast... Armaan hasn't eat anything at the night but Riddhima somehow force him to drink half of the juice she got for him...
By now it has been hours, also due to lack of sleep plus worries in his life, Riddhima very well understood that his headache must have increased... Knowing only one thing can make him feel a little better because Armaan wouldn't dare to leave and go home to have a sleep unless Rahul didn't get discharged, Riddhima got him a strong coffee just the way he likes it...
Riddhima was right about thinking that how much his head must be blasting at the moment as she had seen Armaan massaging his temple the little time they spend near the nurse station when he was giving duties to everyone not caring about his health...
So Riddhima got his coffee knowing that he would come straight to him cabin, here she was standing next to him holding out the coffee with most beautiful smile on her lips which make him a lot better just letting his eyes get a glimpse of her...
'Thank you...' Armaan said sitting and holding his hand out for the cup...
Not giving the cup to him, Riddhima just hold his hand and pull him up from the couch... Armaan frown not understanding what she was up to, Riddhima move to the chair near the table asking him to sit through her eyes... Not having much energy, Armaan did as she says...
When Armaan sit, Riddhima gave him the coffee... Taking a sip, Armaan close his eyes and rest his back comfortably on the chair... Riddhima smile seeing how much tired he looks so move behind the chair and put her fingers in his hair to make him jerk up feeling her soft finger tips...
'Tik se beito Armaan...' Riddhima said pulling him by holding his shoulders...
'Yeh tum...' Armaan was cut by Riddhima...
'U are having headache na, let me massage... In no time you will feel better...' Riddhima said...
'Iski koi zarurat nehi hai Riddhima, I will be fine after this coffee...' Armaan said holding her one hand as he was holding the coffee cup in his other...
'Zarurat hai Armaan, sirf coffee se sar dard tik nehi hoga... I know tum bohot tense ho sabko lekar, specially Rahul... Itna tension hai aur uparse u haven't slept for a second... If I could, main tumhe neend ki injection de deta lekin I know u have to meet the police and u have work...
Issiliye chup chaap coffee piyo aur let me massage, trust me... You will feel much more better in no time love... Phir tum saara din bina koi headache ki guzar sakte ho... Nehi toh headache ki wajahse tum acche se na soch paaenge, na kuch karpaenge...' Riddhima said again putting her fingers in his hair...
Armaan smile hearing Riddhima, he felt bless to have her in his life who understand him so well... Never in his life even his mother understand him so well but this girl, who has not only stole his heart but also has become the reason for him to live his life to the fullest...
So letting her fingers do its magic on his head which is going to blast any minute, Armaan rest his back on the chair and close his eyes enjoying the care his love was showering on him... Armaan didn't realized when sleep took over his eyes as the headache started to reduce in no time with Riddhima fingers moving in his hair...
Riddhima kept massaging his head till he fell asleep, in his sleep Armaan move close to the table and kept his head over it... As he was holding the cup, Riddhima slowly took it out from his hand and kiss his temple... Knowing Armaan has to go on his round after an hour, Riddhima put alarm in his mobile which was kept on the table as he always leave it there when he goes to give duties to others...
Smiling seeing how peacefully Armaan was sleeping, not wanting to disturb him for somtimes Riddhima leave and inform the nurse that not to let anyone disturb Armaan for an hour... Riddhima met Abhi not far away from Armaan cabin and stop him seeing Abhi going towards Armaan cabin...
'Don't disturb him...' Riddhima said looking towards Armaan cabin...
'Sogaya kiya...???' Abhi asked...
'Haan, bohot zyada headache ho raha ta... Ek hour baad utenge, maine alarm laga diya... Usko round pe jaana hai lekin usse abhi tohda waqt sone dete hai... Aapko kuch kaam hai toh mujhe batao, main kardungi...' Riddhima said...
'Urgent nehi hai lekin ek hour baad mera surgery hai so tum yeh file Armaan koh de dena... Woh humein two doctors koh Lonavla bhejna hai, waha orphanage ke bacchon ke monthly check up ke liye... Har month yehi se doctor jaate hai so Armaan decide karte hai kisko bhejenge...' Abhi said...
'Ok, main Armaan koh bata dunga...' Riddhima said taking the file...
'Yaad se bata dena, afternoon mein jo bhi doctors hai unko nikalna hai yaha se...' Abhi said...
'Ok, main yaad se batadungi... Rahul ke test hogaye...???' Riddhima asked checking the file...
'Bas wahi karwane jaa raha hun, Armaan ne kaha police ke aane se pehle karwa dena jo bhi ho sake...' Abhi said...
'Kiya lagta hai, anything serious...???' Riddhima asked closing the file...
'Dikhne mein toh nehi lagta, lekin internal damage toh bahar se aasaani se dikhenge nehi... U know it right, issiliyeh to be on safe side, main kuch test karwa raha hun...' Abhi said...
'Hmm, chalo main duty pe chalti hun... Ek hour baad Armaan koh utadunga, phir yeh file bhi de dungi...' Riddhima said...
'Yeah, chalo main bhi chalta hun ab... See you around...' Abhi said...
'Yeah bye...' Riddhima said going towards General ward where she has her duty...

'Dr. Rahul aur Dr. Muskaan kyun nehi aaye...???' Samrat asked not seeing two senior doctors...
They all knows that Armaan wouldn't assign duties to the doctors if any doctor is late or else they are already in their duties... No would dare to question or say anything in front of their seniors, that's why Samrat wait till they were out front their senior's ear-shot...
Hearing Samrat question, Abhay and Gunjan look towards Piya... Piya was just right beside Samrat as they move to their respective wards for their duties... They know that Samrat was still unaware of the incident happen previous night and Piya can't be blame because she was just too much shaken with the news...
Still it should be Piya who should tell about it so they wait a few steps behind them when Piya stop when Samrat mention about Rahul and Muskaan being miss in briefing... Samrat was walking ahead stop not feeling Piya beside him, he turn around and look towards them asking through eyes, 'what happen...'
'Actually Sammy, I m sorry...' Piya said...
'Sorry kyun...??? Kiya huva Piyu...' Samrat asked moving back towards her, standing in front of her...
'Issiliyeh kyunki maine tumhe yeh baat nehi bataya...' Piya said...
'Kiya baat hai Piyu, kia nehi bataya tumne mujhe...???' Samrat asked...
'Actually maine kissi koh nehi bataya yeh baat, Abhay koh kal raat Muski bhabi se pata chala... Main itni pareshan thi ki main Gunj koh bhi nehi bataya lekin usse aaj subah pata chala...' Piya said...
'Matlab sirf mujhe nehi pata...??? This is not done yaar, hamesha mujhe kyun sabse last pata chalta hai...' Samrat said in a complain voice...
'Sorry Sammy, meri dhimag kaam nehi kar rahi thi... Actually raat koh...' Piya stop not being able to continue...
'Raat koh kiya...???' Samrat asked being curious...
Piya felt tears forming in her eyes, seeing Piya moist eyes Samrat kept looking for sometimes than his eyes grow big thinking something bad must have happen to her... Samrat look towards the other two and back to Piya waiting for either of them to clear things but seeing Piya wasn't able to speak, Samrat thought whatever he was thinking was right...
'OMG, I m so sorry Piyu...' Samrat said taking her in to a sudden hug...
The moment Piya felt Samrat arms around her, tears started to fall from her eyes... Piya silently shed the tears, trying her best to control it without letting the voice out as they were in the hospital... Feeling Samrat shirt getting wet with her tears, he rubbed his hand on Piya's back to calm her down...
'Aise kaise hogaya...??? Koi kaise tumhare saath battameez kar sakte hai...' Samrat said...
Everyone got shocked hearing this wondering what Samrat was talking about, Piya came out from hug as she forgot why she was crying even... Seeing their shocked expression, Samrat got confused thinking why they were being so surprise to hear what he just said...
'Aise kyun dekh rahe ho, aur tu Abhay... Tu aise kaise hone de sakte hai apne gf ke saath...' Samrat said...
'Tumhara dhimag kharab hogaya hai kiya, kiya bol rahe ho...' Abhay said not believing his ears...
'Main kiya bol raha hun, saaf saaf dikh raha hai kiya huva hai Piyu ke saath aur tum ho ki...' Samrat was cut by Gunjan...
'Kuch nehi huva hai Pia koh...' Gunjan said...
'What...??? Phir yeh ro kyun rahi hai...' Samrat asked looking towards Piya...
'You stupid, idiot... Main sirf tabhi roti hun kiya jab koi meri saath battameezi kare...' Piya said smashing Samrat arm...
'Ouch jungilli billi...' Samrat said moving two steps back, caring the spot where Piya hit...
'You deserve it...' Piya said...
'Kiya hai yaar, pehle tum log mujhe batate nehi ho... Phir main guess karta hun toh, mujhe maarte ho... That's not done yaar...' Samrat said...
'Aise bakwaas karenge toh koi aur hota toh itna maarta tujhe, tu khud koh bhuljaate...' Gunjan said...
'Aur nehi toh kiya, aur mujhe kuch nehi huva hai... Rahul bhaiyya ka accident huva hai...' Piya said...
'Accha, phir tik hai...' Samrat said being relief...
Others just stare at him not believing their ears, Samrat was being ok that their Senior doctor who is Piya's brother met with a accident... It make Samrat confused again thinking what he did again, he recollect the words just Piya said and when finally his mind understand the meaning, his eyes grows big again...
'OMG, accident...??? Kaise...??? Kab...???' Samrat said when he finally realized the matter...
'Mujhe laga tumhara dhimag aaj tere paas nehi hai...' Abhay said...
'Shocked mein Pia nhi, yeh gadha hai...' Gunjan said...
It was Samrat turn to glare at them as they were smiling, it stop them but they couldn't help but smirk thinking how someone could think so much dramatic seeing their friend sad and upset... Piya thought to filled Samrat with Rahul condition as he is the only one who don't know about it yet...
So Piya tell him how it happen, when she got to know... How she, Abhay and others spend whole night till he gain conscious in hospital... After Rahul being stable, Atul, Anjali and Nikki went home as others decide to stay back as they don't want to go leaving Rahul in the hospital...
Samrat felt bad hearing this, he knows that how much it must have hurt Piya so without asking anymore question or complaining for not telling him about it earlier than now, Samrat just took Piya in to another hug... Piya was relief to see Samrat reaction, it was much more calmer than she has expected...
'Don't worry, sab tik hoga...' Samrat said...
'Yeah, bas kuch test karwaenge, uske baad dekhte hai kab discharge milte hai...' Piya said...
'Jaldi discharge miljaenge...' Samrat said...
They stood like that while Abhay and Gunjan smile seeing their friends but it didn't take much time them to realized that they are getting late for duties... So breaking their moment and deciding to see Rahul at lunch time, they went to their respective wards...

Muskaan was helping Rahul to settle back on the bed coming back after doing the required tests to check if he has any internal injuries or not... All this time, Rahul were just looking at Muskaan face as she was doing her work without realizing that how closely Rahul were watching her...
When Rahul was finally on the bed, in sitting position as he need not to lay all the time, Muskaan look towards him to ask him if he was feeling comfortable or not... The moment Muskaan look towards him, she got lost in his eyes as it was already capturing her features with much interest...
Words got lost in Muskaan mouth as they both got lost in each other, they didn't realized how closed they were unless they felt each other warm breath, making their heartbeat faster realizing the closeness... Everything fades around them but it was Muskaan, who came out from their lost land...
'Umm... Woh... Tum comfortable ho...' Muskaan ask as she try her best to act normal...
Their hearts were banging loudly and being so closed, they could easily hear it... Muskaan just divert her eyes and close it, trying to calm down herself where else Rahul just didn't look away from her because he didn't wish to let ever go of this small but special moment...
When Rahul didn't speak, Muskaan understood that how much lost he was in her... Realizing that she was still very closed to him, Muskaan make her body straight and move a little back from the bed but Rahul hold her hand to stop her...
Muskaan look towards him and Rahul just slowly pull her towards him making her sit next to him, facing him... Muskaan back was towards the door and Rahul was hiding due to the position... Rahul move ahead to closed the distance between their face, Muskaan breath got sharp feeling his warm breath on her lips...
'Rahul...' Muskaan whisper his name, very well understanding his intention...
It didn't seems that Rahul heard her because he continue to look at her lips but stop looking at her eyes before claiming it... Once again Muskaan got lost in his eyes as it was unconditional love for her, which she crave from the special person who comes in her life as her life partner...
When Muskaan didn't protest, Rahul move ahead which make him whines due to sudden pain... It broke Muskaan trace too as she look towards him with concern, keeping her one hand on Rahul chest, near his heart... Rahul smile feeling Muskaan hand over his heart, which was beating her name in it every single beat...
'Kiya huva, kaha dard huva...???' Muskaan asked...
'Yaha...' Rahul said holding her hand which was over his heart...
'Rahul...' Muskaan whisper knowing he was again getting lost in her...
'Aur yeh dard sirf tum tik kar sakte ho, apne special medicine se...' Rahul said moving his eyes on her lips before capturing her eyes back...
'Rahul... Hum hospital mein hai...' Muskaan said trying to move away...
'Toh kiya, yaha toh doctor hi apne patient koh medicine dete haina...' Rahul said...
'Please Rahul, koi dekhlega...' Muskaan said being nervous...
'Mujhe fark nehi padta lekin...' Rahul said seeing her eyes grow wide...
'Rah...' Muskaan was cut by him...
Rahul move his free hand on Muskaan cheeks, making her words fade... Feeling Rahul warm touch with his fingers slowly caring her cheek, Muskaan forgot to breath for a second... Rahul smile seeing Muskaan reacting to his touch, which shows how much it affect her...
'Aise rahenge toh, koi nehi dekhenge... Dekh bhi liya toh... Samajh nehi aayenge...' Rahul said moving his thumb on her lower lips...
'Lekin Rahul...' Muskaan was shushed by him...
Rahul shake his head as if asking her not to say anymore words, Muskaan look towards him as he blink his eyes as if asking her to trust him... Shy smile form on her lips as she do trust him with herself, Muskaan lower her eyelashes giving permission to him...
Smile make its way on Rahul lips and soon he capture her lips in to a slow and soft kiss... Both felt current pass in their veins, neither of them move their lips for a mare second as they try to believe that it was truly happening... It was Rahul, who first move his lips, tasting Muskaan lips...
Soon Muskaan also respond to the kiss as they pour their love through it... It didn't take long them to deep it but Rahul break it feeling something wet on his face... Not understanding what happen, Rahul look at her face and was shocked to see tears falling from Muskaan closed eyes...
Rahul thought that Muskaan didn't like it because they were in the hospital, he knows that Muskaan wouldn't ever regret it but somewhere, he might have hurt her by forcing to give what he wants when she didn't want it to happen in such place like hospital...
'Sor...' Rahul was cut by Muskaan...
'Nehi Rahul, please tum sorry mat bolo...' Muskaan said opening her eyes...
'Phir tum ro kyun rahe ho...' Rahul asked wiping her tears...
'I just felt... so ...' Muskaan throat got block due to tears...
'U felt like to...???' Rahul asked not believe his ears...
'So loved by someone, after years...' Muskaan said completing her sentence...
Rahul smile understanding what she means, he just pull Muskaan closed to him hiding her in his arms... Muskaan also let him hold her as she hide herself in his embrace, at the moment she didn't care that if they were in hospital or any where else because she just needed to feel his warm which is full of love...
Rahul knows that it would be very difficult for her to see him on the hospital bed, after she lost her parents, him and other Mallik's were the closest to her... They all care each other so much, a mare fever would make them panic and here, today he was injury due to an accident...
So Rahul just let Muskaan be in his arms, knowing she would feel better and she just need to believe that he is fine... Also he knows that there are so much that she still hasn't let out from her heart which she should than only she would feel relief...
'Mujhe kabhi mat chodna...' Muskaan said after minutes...

Jab kal raat pata chala tumhare acc... Accident huva hai toh mujhe laga kissi ne meri dil pe knife se attack kiya... Pata nehi kitni baar, kyunki bohot pain huva aur I felt it was bleeding badly... My soul got shaken hearing it that I never thought it would mend it ever again...' Muskaan stop as it was too much for her to let it out...
Rahul slowly rubbed her back to make her feel better and letting her know that he is there to silent her... She can tell him whatever is in her heart because he wouldn't ever judge her knowing that how much difficult it would to loose someone close to their heart... Both has experience once before and no one ever would want to expression it ever again if that is possible in life...
Muskaan felt better but she want to let her feeling in front of him... Muskaan felt that she hasn't tell him enough how much he means to her, the little time they spend as a couple wasn't enough him to understand that how deep her love was for him...

Rahul felt he was over the moon hearing Muskaan confession, he understood how much deep her each and every word was because it has straightly reached to his heart... Rahul felt as the luckiest person today and he didn't any longer feel bad to be on hospital bed... It has make his love pour her heart in front him today which he never thought it would be ever possible if they didn't face the incident which make them fear to loose someone close...
It's truly said that we understand someone's importance when something happen which make us scared to loose someone and it make Muskaan pour out her heart in front of Rahul today, because she got scared and she want him to know how much she loves him and how much important he is in her life before it's too late...
AN HOUR LATER
When the police took Rahul statement, Armaan lead them to his cabin as he wanted to talk them alone... Muskaan was with Rahul so Armaan didn't want to speak in front of her seeing how scared she was to knows the details of the previous night accident...
Armaan knows it would make her more scared to know that someone is after their life, just because Armaan has expose him once and he wouldn't want the same to happen which would give a big loss to his work as he is doing it illegal...
So letting Muskaan be with Rahul, Armaan took the Inspector and another officer with him to his cabin... Once they were in Armaan cabin, Armaan make sure that no one was around to hear whatever he was going to tell the police about his suspense to the attack on Rahul...
'Dr. Mallik, kiya baat kehna hai aapko...???' Inspector asked once Armaan took his chair, asking them to take the seats in front of him...
'Sir, aap jaante haina woh bomb blast ke baare mein, jiski wajahse maine apne parents koh khoya...' Armaan speak to remind him...
'Ji Dr. Mallik, kiya aapko lagta hai yeh attack us baat se related hai...???' Inspector asked...
'Ji Sir, maine kabhi socha nehi tha mere ek kaam se mere pariwaar koh apne jaan dena padega...' Armaan said...
'Matlab aapko kissi pe shak hai...???' Inspector said...
'Haan Sir, maine koshish ki evidence dhundne lekin kuch nehi mila...' Armaan said...
Inspector nodded his head as the officer kept noting down whatever Armaan was telling them... Armaan told them about the warning calls he was getting after the day he came face to face with that person who he thinks can be behind the blast...
Also Armaan told them the reason why the person has become his enemy and that was it, Inspector told Armaan that he don't need to worry about it because now they would do whatever should be done from their side... Thanking Armaan for giving much needed information, police left to do their work...
Armaan sigh feeling relief that now police would help them to get evident against the person who are after their life... Armaan knows with no doubt that Shashank is behind all this because he has no enemy other than Shashank in his life...
Hoping that soon the police would catch the real culprit, Armaan close his eyes trying to calm himself but his mind was working too much as it can't be in peace unless the culprit is roaming around freely and might attack his family any moment...
Armaan was disturb with a knock, he gave permission to the person to come in without looking... Armaan mind was still thinking about the culprit and he felt so bad that he never realized he might be the person behind everything his family face...
'Dr. Mallik...' Riddhima call him to get his attention when he didn't look...
'Riddhima...' Armaan asked finally looking towards the person, who enter...
'Woh aapko yeh file dena tha...???' Riddhima said forwarding the file which Abhi gave to her...
'Aap...??? Itni izzat...???' Armaan asked standing and moving towards her...
'Woh kiya haina Dr. Mallik, hum abhi hospital mein hai aur duty pe toh boss se...' Riddhima was cut by Armaan...
'Main boss is cabin ke baahar hun, aur woh bhi tumhare liye nehi interns and dusre staff's ke liye...' Armaan said...
'Mere liye kyun nehi...???' Riddhima asked...
'Kyunki tum sirf mere colleague nehi ho, mera dost aur humsafar ho...' Armaan said taking the file and keeping it on the table before pullng Riddhima in his arms...
'Stop it Armaan, mujhe kaam hai...' Riddhima said trying to come out from his hold...
'Haan toh karlena, lekin ek kiss dete jao... I need energy to do work...' Armaan said naughtily...
Riddhima smile hearing him, she knows that he was still worried and he is trying his best to keep himself calm... Also he wouldn't feel relief unless the culprit isn't behind the bar, so not wanting to deny him for anything he wants Riddhima put her hands around his neck and place her lips on his...
When they were satisfied, they break the kiss and let their forehead rest against each other... It was Riddhima who move out making Armaan look towards her, she smile seeing his expression which shows that he didn't want to leave her...
'Armaan, tumhe woh file dekhlena chahiyeh...' Riddhima said...
'Baad mein...' Armaan said still not leaving her...
'Baad mein nehi, abhi dekhna hoga... Woh Lonavla orphanage mein interns koh bhejna hai bacchon ke check up ke liye...' Riddhima said...
'Oh haan, main toh bhul gaya... Lekin Piya toh jaenge nehi, kisko bhejun...???' Armaan said checking the file...
'Gunjan aur Samrat koh bhej dena... I m sure it would be a good experience for them...' Riddhima said...
'Yeah, that would be fine... Mera ek kaam kardo, un dono koh cabin mein bhej doh...'Armaan said...
'Ok Sir...' Riddhima said making Armaan look towards her...
Armaan smile as she wink and left, he got busy with the file before Samrat and Gunjan comes so he could give the information related to orphanage kids... Soon Armaan got busy with his work, forgetting about the happening for the moment as the works need to be completed...
LUNCH TIME,
LOCKER ROOM
Gunjan was collecting her purse and mobile as she has to leave, just few minutes ago she and Samrat was informed that they had to leave for Lonavla... All this day, Gunjan was trying her best to ignore her feelings for Samrat but it seems destiny has store something else for them...
Where else even Samrat was thinking about them, how much he wants to talk with Gunjan but they didn't get a chance... He could clearly sees that Gunjan was avoiding him so he thought to wait till they get some alone time... Things has changed between them but they were trying not to let it affect their friendship...
Unknowingly, it did bring a little distance between them as both was struggling with their feelings for each other but as now they have to leave together and be in Lonavla orphanage for three days, they have no way of avoiding or ignoring each other...
'Kaha phasa diya Armaan sir ne, Abhay koh bhej dete meri saath ya un dono koh bhej dete... Sammy koh kyun...???' Gunjan said checking her mobile...
'Gunj...' Piya call her as she was going to meet Rahul...
Gunjan turn around to see Piya coming taking off her labcoat, as it was lunch time they were free for an hour but Gunjan and Samrat has to leave... Seeing Gunjan holding her mobile and purse, Piya raise her eyebrow asking through her eyes that what she was doing...
'Sorry Piyu, mujhe abhi jaana hoga...' Gunjan said...
'Kaha, aur woh bhi iswaqt...???' Piya asked...
'Woh Armaan Sir ne mujhe aur Sammy koh Lonavla bhej rahi hai, orphanage mein bacchon ke monthly check up ke liye...' Gunjan said...
'Oh, toh tum log koh abhi nikalna hai...???' Piya asked...
'Ek hour mein nikalna hai, issiliye hum abhi ghar jaaenge aur packing karke bus pakadna hai...' Gunjan said...
'Waise Sammy hai kaha...???' Piya asked leaving her lab-coat in her locker...
'Pata nehi, kaha toh tha woh bus stand mein milenge... Shayad woh ghar chala gaya hoga...' Gunjan said...
'Chalo tum dyan se jaana, take care...' Piya said...
'U too, aur Rahul bhaiyya ka bhi...' Gunjan said...
'Ok bye...' Piya said as they hug each other...
Gunjan left home from there where else Piya move to the private room where Rahul has been shifted now... After doing much needed test, now Rahul was shift in room as he is out of danger and stable... Rahul would get discharge when the reports come and if he has no other injuries...
So it was no need to keep him in ICU anymore, that's why he has now shift to private room... Everyone gather in the room before they were send to the cafe' for lunch... Also they took Muskaan with them as she hasn't had anything after breakfast...
CAFE'
Everyone just finished having their lunch, as they have sometimes left, they all move to Rahul room... Muskaan was the first one to leave as she hurriedly finish her lunch because Rahul was alone... Everyone smile seeing how Muskaan didn't wish to leave his side for a second, they were happy that they found love in each other...
So letting them have their sweet time, others enjoy their lunch and before going back to duties, they thought to visit Rahul... Everyone stood up to leave but Armaan stop feeling his mobile vibrating in his pocket, he took it out to check an unknown number flashing on display...
Armaan look towards other as they were ahead him, Riddhima stop not feeling Armaan by her side and look towards him to see him holding his mobile... Others left without realizing that Armaan and Riddhima has stop as they were busy in their own talk...
'Kiya huva...???' Riddhima asked...
'Woh mujhe yeh call lena hai, tum jao... I will join u guys...' Armaan said...
'Ok, jaldi aana...' Riddhima said as she left...
When Armaan was sure that Riddhima was out of sight, he answer the call but didn't speak a word very well knowing who must be from the other side... Armaan knows that he had been following so he thought it would be better to keep himself calm...
'Lagta hai tumhe apne parivar ka parwa nehi hai, warn karne ke baad bhi police koh involve kiya tumne...' Man said from other side...
'Parwa toh bohot hai, issiliye jo bhi karna hoga main karunga... Khud koh bacha sakte hai toh bachalo, aur apne boss se bhi kehna... Zyada din woh bach nehi paaenge, uska sach dhuniya ke saamne leaaunga...' Armaan said...
'Bohot zubaan chalta hai tera, lagta hai kuch bada karna padega...' Man said...
'Jo karna hai kar sakte hai, lekin tum log ke koshish kabhi kaamiyab nehi hoga...' Armaan said...
'Dekhte hai, tumne police koh involve karke accha nehi kiya...' Man said...
'Shukur karo, abhi tak maine kuch kaha nehi... Lekin agli baar mere family mein kissi koh bhi target kiya toh jaldi tum log jail mein hoga...' Armaan said...
'Dekhte hai kiya hota hai, aur humein pata chala tumne humhare baare mein police koh bataya hai toh dekhlena hum kiya karte hai... Zyada din nehi lagega tumhe apne parivar ke saare members koh khone mein... Yaad rakhna, chodenge nehi hum kissi koh...' Man said...
Before Armaan could answer back, the line goes dead... Armaan close his eyes to control his anger as it has gone over his head but somehow he keep himself calm remembering that he was in hospital... Armaan just pray to god that nothing happen to his family because he can't afford to loose them, not a single person...
