Part 1

Amazing update

Like every morning Arjun was waiting for Arohi to come with his cup of tea but he was surprised to see one of their servant bringing his tea instead of Arohi. Wishing him morning the servant kept the cup on his side table and left from there. He was surprised rather shocked because it was first time after their marriage that Arohi didn't bring his tea. Reasoning himself that she might be busy with some other work he picked his tea and took first sip. His face scrunched as soon as the taste of tea reached his senses. This tea was not at all according to his taste. "Mohan" he immediately barked for servant who came with his tea earlier. Scared till death Mohan appeared in front of him "What's this?" Arjun yelled showing him cup..."Main aisi chai peeta hun? Huh? Roz toh ek dum sahi chai bnate ho...aaj kya ho gya?"

Shivering seeing his boss's anger Mohan answered "R..roz chai Arohi madam bnati h...toh hume nahi pta tha aap kaisi chai peeyenge"

Hearing this Arjun's angered mellowed down and he dismissed Mohan. Keeping the cup aside he closed his eyes and leaned back too dumbfounded to react.

Getting ready for office he came down for breakfast which was difficult task as Arohi didn't keep his things together to make task easier for him. He was curious to know as what has kept her so busy this morning that she didn't come to room for even once. He greeted everyone on dining table but his eyes were searching for one particular person who was not present there.

Seeing him running his eyes here and there, Rashi and Tej shared victorious glances. It was all their first step in plan of action to not send Arohi with his tea and looks like it worked as he looks so eager to see her. Putting an end to his misery Rashi called for Arohi..."Bhabhiii..!! Meri coffee"

Tej smiled at his granddaughter and his smile only grew wider as he noticed Arjun's eyes twinkle when they finally got glimpse of Arohi. It was all the confirmation he needed to know that they were on right track.

Arjun felt his eyes relaxing as they landed on Arohi. She was looking her usual self, calm and composed. It was mystery to him that how she manages to be like this all the time. Sometimes he feels she can give tough competition to MS Dhoni([:p]) It was quite upsetting that she didn't even spare a glance at him. She gave Rashi her coffee and Tara, his other younger sister, fruits. She walked and sat beside him on her usual chair and that's when glanced at him even though it was just a short one. He so wanted to make a conversation with her but all he remained was tongue tied while she nonchalantly had her breakfast.

At night Arjun watched as Arohi changed into her night dress which was red colored satin night gown and he had to admit red looked ethereal on her. She applied some moisturizer on her face and hands, brushed her hair and removed her earrings. Picking up some novel from her bedside drawer she settled on bed covering herself with blanket. She wore her reading glasses and this thing about her, Arjun had discovered only recently. He never knew that she wore specs while reading or doing something on laptop.

He cleared his throat to get her attention and when he was sure he has her attention "U didn't make my tea in morning! I didn't like the way Mohan made it."

Arohi hmmed "it's ok! Main Mohan ko apki pasand ki chai banana seekha dungi"

Huh! No sorry or no explanation. Just one distracted statement and she was again engrossed in that book ignoring him like he even existed in room. Feeling angry he slept on his side and switched off lights leaving room illuminated only by her table lamp...He was upset over her behaviour and more upset over his reaction.

Next few days were like this for Arjun. He was so used to see her face first in morning that now he was feeling very disturbed with this sudden change. On top of that, no matter how much Mohan tried, tea was horrible which resulted in horrible headache and he couldn't concentrate in office. When he finally thought his life was all sorted, it took a u-turn and got twisted!

Entering in his room he saw Arohi packing bags.."tum kahin ja rhi ho?"

"No, I am shifting in guest room" she replied keeping her stuff in bag.

He frowned at her answer "Why?"

For a moment Arohi glanced at him and then again her soft smile was back "everybody in family knows about reality of our relation toh ab hum ek room me rehne ki koi zarurat nhi h"

Technically he should be happy...he was going to get his room all to himself again. No sharing and no disturbance...but somehow it made him sad. He quickly overcame the sadness he felt and smiled back at her "cool!""u need any help"

And in reply she just shook her head in denial.

Arjun crushed the paper and threw it in dustbin which already had n number of crushed papers in it. He was finding it so hard to concentrate from last few days. He is always zoned out and no matter how hard he tried he was not able to get anything done. Things were getting really messy. He hadn't done any productive work since last week, He was having this terrible headache every day, He hadn't got any sleep and all this because of only one person - Arohi! It had been a week she shifted in guest room and it had been a week since he last saw her. It's like they are playing some hide and seek, being in the same house and yet not able to have a glimpse of her. This all is making him insane. He doesn't understand why her absence is affecting him so much but it is and it's frightening. Pressing his forehead he leaned back on chair. He was feeling so stressed out. He looked at the time and decided to call an early day, anyway he was not able to do anything. Picking up all his belongings he left for his house.

Arjun threw the cup of coffee served by Mohan on floor "Is this how u make coffee?" he asked furiously...Mohan stood shivering in front of him. Seeing him not replying Arjun was about to yell some more but he stopped hearing familiar jingling sound of bangles. And now he realizes how much he missed hearing this sound. He glanced at door to find his wife standing there staring at broken pieces of cup. She bend down to pick up the broken pieces and Mohan was right there to stop her and pick up the pieces instead. After Mohan was done she signed him to leave.

"Tum yhn kya kr rhi ho?" he asked facing away from her.

Arohi slowly walked inside "meri ek file yhi reh gyi h...use hi lene aayi thi" she walked towards book shelf and started searching her file..."vaise mujhe malum nhi tha aap jaldi aa gye h"

"malum hota toh nhi aati?" he couldn't help himself but ask.

She stopped n back glanced at him..."hmm...shayad" she said with a polite smile..."aap office se thakke hue aaye h...is trh apko pareshan krna theek nhi hota"

Arjun didn't reply anything n silently observed her. He noticed she wasn't wearing her mangalsutra or anything that marked her as his. It really infuriated him for some unknown reason. He wanted to question her but he already knows what her answer was going to be so he kept mum. She pulled out a red file but it slipped from her hand and all the pages scattered on floor.

He bent down to help her n looked at papers..."U do sketching?" he was enthralled looking at exquisite drawings. She was exceptional. Her each drawing was so beautiful and lively.

She hummed in reply..."it is very peaceful" she took the papers from his hand n filed them.

"thank u" she smiled and stood up to leave but he stopped her..

"Arohi..." he cleared his throat "mere liye ek coffee bna dogi...""Mohan ki coffee se sardard aur badh jata h" he whiningly added.

"Ji" she nodded..."par Mohan ki coffee ki aadat daal lijiye" she spoke and left from there leaving him dumbfounded.

Kya update h waah mja Aa gya...finally arjun is realizing importance of arohi he is missing her like hell... Very soon he'll realize her hidden potential and will appreciate her talent...!!
