The next day, Baldev meets Mehra & said, "If my dad has cheated you, I apologize to you on his behalf. You are upset with dad but not with me. Please don't punish Veera & me for what dad has done. It with ruin both the lives."
Mehra: I know where Veera's happiness lies. I know what is good & bad for her.
Baldev: Veera & me love each other a lot. You had approved my sister's relationship with your son.
Mehra: There is a difference between taking a girl & giving a girl. I can't ruin Ranvi's happiness for Veera. But your dad even wants to separate them. It shows that he can stoop to such a low level.
Baldev: But why should Veera & me suffer? I promise you that I will keep your daughter happy. I can stay separately from my parents & take care of her & myself. Please give me a chance.
Mehra: I am not interested in talking to people like you. Your dad is a b***d & so are you. Get out.
Baldev: I will go but before that I would definitely say one thing. You are a top businessman but you are a big zero in your personal life.
Mehra: Security, throw this man out.
Baldev & the security guys fight. Mehra calls the police and gets Baldev arrested.
Meanwhile, Ranvi, Gunjan, and Veera discuss how to convince Mehra & HP to go about it.
Veera: It is of no use talking to them. There is only one way for me & Baldev. We need to elope away.
Ranvi: But where will you people go? You guys are not even qualified to get a decent job to support yourselves.
Veera: What if dad finds another match for me or HP uncle finds another match for Baldev?
Ranvi: We will speak to dad. If he does not agree then we are with you in this decision.
Gunjan gets a phone call she gets shocked hearing about Baldev's arrest.
Mehra comes home.
Ranvi: Why have you got Baldev arrested?
Mehra: I don't want to talk about it. He is very much like his father.
Ranvi: Talking ill about HP means talking ill about my FIL. Both of you are already samdans. What is the big deal?
Mehra: That was the mistake I've made. If I knew him earlier, I wouldn't have agreed for your marriage with Gunjan. From now on, there is no place for Gunjan in my house. So you need to leave Gunjan if you want to stay here.
Ranvi: I love Gunjan & I cannot leave her.
Ratan: What are you talking? Gunjan is our DIL. She is our Lakshmi & you are throwing her out.
Mehra: She was but not anymore.
Ranvi: Fine, If Gunjan won't stay here then even I won't.
Ranvi and Gunjan leave the house.
Gunjan: Where shall we go?
Ranvi: One of my friend is staying alone. His house is big enough to accommodate us. He has been asking me to stay with him. But before that we need to go to the court.
Gunjan: Are you talking about Advay?
Ranvi: Yes, you are right.
Ranvi and Gunjan go to the court. However, the advocate said, "The court hours are over. Come on Monday."
Later, they go to Advay's place. He opens the door as soon as the doorbell rings & is surprised to see Ranjan with their belongings.
Ranvi: We have finally shifted to your place since you have been asking. Can I stay here till things get fine?
Advay: You guys can stay here as long as you want. Come in.
Ranvi & Gunjan enter the house. Advay shows the room to the couple.
Advay: It seems that you guys have fought with your parents.
Ranvi: Yes, but for Veera & Baldev.
Advay: Yes, even I was there in the party.
Ranvi: Dad got Baldev arrested. The court will open only on Monday. Only then we can bail him out.
Gunjan calls Veera and said, "The court hours are over now. Only on Monday we can bail him out."
Veera: OMG.
She then goes to the police station and said, "Baldev has not done anything to be in the lockup. Please leave him."
Inspector: It is Sir's orders. You get the bail papers on Monday.
Veera: If you cannot leave him now then arrest me as well.
Inspector: You have not committed any crime. How can we arrest you.
Veera: Fine, I will commit it now.
She slaps the inspector who takes her to the jail to join Baldev.
