Anika with a bit surprised face looked at him & both shared a cute eye lock. After a moment Anika said looking away breaking the eye lock "aap mere baare main sab jaante hai Yog ... fir ye kyu pooch rahe hai? ... aur ab ye sab baate karke koi fayda nahi hume aage ki taraf dekhna chahiye"

Yog with a smile voiced "haan! tumne sahi kaha par main ACP Anika Purohit ke baare main to sab jaanta hoon ... ... wo jise sabse pyara uska kaam hai ... jo sabki madat karne ki poori koshish karti hai ... aur dahi chawal use sabse zayada pasand hai par uske peechi chupi is Anika ke baare main mujhe kuch nahi pata"

Anika smiles at him & replies "Haan! main bhi Dr. Yogendra Vashisht ko jaanti hoon jise uski research sabse zayada pasand hai ... jo patients ko dekhne aadhi raat ko bhi chala jaata hai ... aur chashma utaare bagair computer pe hi so jaata hai ... par us Yog ko shayad nahi jaanti jo is waqt mere saamne hai"

Yog smiles sweetly & replies "To fir aaj tum is Yog ko jaan loo ... aur main is Anika ko jaane ki koshish karta hoon"

Anika said with a smile "pehle aap khana khaa leejiye iske liye kaafi waqt hai humare paas" both settle down & start having their dinner with normal chit chat & Yog noticed that Anika was bit normal now.

Finishing their dinner Yog in a bit excited voice "chalo ghoom ke aate hai mausam bhi accha hai"

Anika nodded with a smile & both went out for a walk in the park nearby. Anika was enjoying the cool breeze of the evening & was in a good mood.

Yog started cheekily "Anika ek baat batao! itna to main keh sakta hoon ki college main tum aage aage tum aur peeche peeche municipality ki gaadi chalti hogi"

Anika asked unsure "kyu?"

Yog said "jo tumhe dekh ke ghayal hue hoonge unhe uthane ke liye" & winks at her.

Anika responded him with a smile & said "accha! subah se banane keliye koi nahi mila aapko?"

Yog said "are kamaal hai! tum meri koi bhi baat serious nahi leti"

Anika said with a smile "ab municipality ki gaadi ka to pata nahi par police jeep zaroor chalti thi ... aap jaante hai na maine college aur IPS sab Mamaji ke paas reh kar khatam kiya hai aur is waqt wo Thane main as an IG posted hai"

Yog said remembering "are haan! Tumne bataya tha tabhi to kisi bechaare ki himmat nahi hui hogi kuch kehne ki ...aur tumhare koi khas dost bhi nahi the"

Anika smiled & said "Haan nahi the! main bahut kam logo pe vishwaas karti hoon... bas ek mera bhai hai jo mera sabse accha dost mere Mamaji ka beta Anay"

Yog with a smile "are waah! Par shadi main to dono main se koi nahi aaya"

Anika replied "haan Anay ke exams the aur Mamaji ko kisi urgent kaam se bahar jaana pada ... aap chooti Maa ko jaante hi hai isliye maine unhe kaha tha ki wo dono Anay ke exams ke baad yaha aa jaaye mujhse milne ke liye"

Yog said with a smile "accha kiya! main bhi unse milna chahta hoon shayad tumhara kaam ke liye ye junnon unki vajah se hi hai"

Anika said with a smile "Haan! Mamaji se maine bahut kuch seekha hai ... aur Anay wo to poora pagal hai mujhe pareshaan karne ka koi mauka nahi choodta ...

Maamiji ke guzar jaane ke baad Anay ko Mamaji ne akele bada kiya unhone doosri shadi bhi nahi ki jabki Anay sirf 5 saal ka tha tab...bahut pyar karte hai dono mujhse IPS main selection se pehle mujse jayada wo dono nervous the main bahut miss karti hoon unhe"

Yog sensed that she is getting emotional & added "to fir ek kaam karte hai saal ka ek mahina hum tumhare Mamaji ke yaha bitayenge fir mujhe koi ghar jamai kahe to kahe I don't care"

Anika first laughed at his comment & said with a smile "mere baare main to aapne bahut kuch jaan liya ab aap apne baare main nahi batayenge? ... aapki zindigi main khas kaun hai?"

Yog smiled & said "itna bhi kuch interesting nahi hai ... Papa thode strict hai par mujhse bahut pyar karti hai ... Kaka aur Kaki Maa dono bahut sweet hai kabhi Raghav aur mujhme farak nahi kiya ... Maa ki kami Kaki maa ne mujhe kabhi mehsoos nahi hone di unka laadla hoon main aaj bhi Raghav se zayada mujhse pyar karti hai wo ...

Yog smiles back at her & she adds with a hitched voice "aapse ek baat poochu aap bura to nahi maanege?"

Yog said "Girlfriends ko chood ke kuch bhi pooch loo ...kyuki wo secret hai"

Anika with a laugh said "aap uski chinta mat keejiye aapki kisi bhi girlfriend ko main kuch nahi karungi"

Yog to laughed along & Anika said with a hitched voice "Yog ek honest jawaab deejiye ... aap bahut acchi political family se hai ... well qualified Doctor hai ... shayad aapke family ne bhi kisi aisi hi high status family se rishte ke baare main soocha hoga...par main to bahut hi simple middle class family se hoon ...

aapki khushi ke liye shayad aapki family ne haan kar di par kya wo sach main humare rishte se khush hai? ... aur kya aap khush hai shayad kabhi kabhi main wo sab na kar paau jo aap apni patni se expect karte hai"

Yog said with a smile "Anika! Jaha tak Papa Kaka aur Kaki Maa ki baat hai tum unhe bahut pasand hoo infact humari shadi ki baat Papa ne sabse pehle mujhse kithi"

Anika was bit stunned & then Yog added looking at her face "Kyu kya hua! Chauk gayi na ... par ye sach hai Anika ... aur jaha tak mera sawaal hai tumhe pata hai main apne liye aisa jeevan saathi chahta tha jo mujhe samajh sake ... mere har sahi kaam main mera saath de ... yadi koi galti ho to haqq se mujhe tooke ...

wo itni strong ho ki mujhe aur ghar ko sambhaal sake ... Papa mujhe Bholu kehte hai unke hisaab se mujhe duniya ki samajh nahi hai isliye wo mujhse kehte the ki mujhe ek strong jeevan saathi ki zaroorat hai aur tumme wo saare gunn hai"

Anika looks at him with surprise & Yog with a smile added "Pata hai Papa kehte hai ki ek aurat main 4 cheeze ho to usse accha jeevan saathi koi nahi hoota ...

dil main pyar, zubaan main methaas aur apnapan, rishte samajhne aur nibhane ki sooch, aur haatho main kaam karne aur sahejne ki taaqut...aur tumhe to ye chaaro cheeze hain tabhi to tumhe chuna hai"

Anika says with a smile "itna mat chadahiye mujhe ki yadi neeche giru to toot jaau"

Yog said looking into her eyes "kyu main kuch galat keh raha hoon kya ... tumhare dil main un anjaan logo ke liye itni humdardi thi ki unke liye apna khoon diya ... aur tumhare office main sab jaante hai kitum sabko kaise treat karti hoo ... isliye to sab tumhari waha itni respect karte hai ...

aur tumhari chooti maa jaise se ab tak nibha rahi hoo to rishto ki kadar karna to aata hai tumhe ... aur in haatho ke kamaal ke baare main to jail baitha koi bhi quaidi bata hi dega ki in fauladi bahon main kitna dum hai" Yog said last holding her arms.

Anika said folding her hands "aap meri tareef kar rahe hai ya meri khechai kar rahe hai?"

Yog replied sweetly "ab main to sach keh raha hoon ... tumhe jo smaajhna hai samajh loo"

Anika looked at Yog bit annoyed & Yog to responded her with a best puppy look & after a cute eye lock both burst out in a peal of laughter.

After catching a breath Anika asked "aap aakhri baar serious kab hue the?"

Yog said in a bit subtle tone "Anika! Main ek doctor hoon har rooz zindigi se ladte dekhta hoon logo ko ...mera maana hai ki zindigi ek doosre desh ki language jaise hoti hai aur iski pronunciation aur interpretation har aadmi apne hissab se karta aur jab tak sahi matlab samajh main aata hai tab tak aadhi guzar chuki hoti hai"

Anika with a smile replied "to jo aadhi bachi hai use to acche se guzaar sakte hai"

Yog said "baat to sahi hai ab chale kaafi late ho gaya hai"

Yog & Anika went back home with a contended mind as for the first time they shared their mind & heart with each other. Yog had a hitch about Anika's heart but it was all working out positive.

They slept calmly that night finally starting a new informal & beautiful bond with each other.

PART 6 B

Next Moring Anika got up early in the morning she arranged for tea & breakfast & after that had a quick shower by the time she came out wearing a simple salwaar kameez Yog too got out of his nap to see the most beautiful site which he wished to see every day.

Anika lit the lamp placed in front of the small temple made in house & bows down in front of a Lord Shiva & his complete family idol placed in the temple. After that she turned towards the dressing table & combed her damp hairs.

Yog smiled in affection & went to her & said pulling her closer "good morning"

Anika smiles & wished him back saying "good morning! Aap ready ho jaayiye main breakfast lagati hoon"

Anika was about to move when Yog pulled her back holding her waist & with his Index figure started tracing her wet neckline to remove the water droplets that had gathered on her neck & shoulders making her wet.

Anika was stunned at his action as for the first time deliberately he came closer to her. Anika sighed heavily feeling his gentle touch on her neck & voiced "Yog! Mujhe deer ho rahi please chodiye"

Yog smiled at her & voiced in deep voice "are paani hata raha hoon warna kurta bheeg jaayega"

Yog released his hold & she with quick steps moved to the kitchen calming herself with a red tinted face.

Yog smiled at her innocence & shyness she might be a tough cop, a daring IPS officer and a strict ACP but from inside she is still innocent coy & a shy girl & her innocence & her shyness was her virtue & this thing only made him fall in love with this girl.

Here in the kitchen Anika was trying to calm herself she somehow managed to make breakfast & by the time Yog too got ready to leave. Anika quickly set the breakfast table & both started having breakfast as it was time for work now.

Anika was about to leave when Yog said stopping her "Anika! Ek minute ruko"

Anika stopped & looked at him quizzically. Yog went to the Elmira & opened the jewelry box & took out a gold chain having a beautiful pendent of OM he made her wear it & said "gala aise khali nahi rakhte ... accha nahi hota"

He closed the strings of the chain & said looking at her "kitna pyara lag raha hai tumpe"

Anika said bit surprised "Yog! Ye to aapki chain hai na ... par aap ye mujhe kyu de rahe hai?"

Yog said with a smile "Ye meri mummy ki chain hai papa ne mujhe di thi jab main medical ke liye select hua tha ye mere liye bahut special hai"

Anika asked "to aapne mujhe kyu di?"

Yog smiled & relied "kyuki tum bhi mere liye utni hi special hoo ... ab jaao nahi to deer ho jaayegi"

Anika smiled & bid bye to Yog & reached her office. Entire day whenever she was free her mind pondered on him she could not believe that what all she saw & felt was true, she knew that Yog liked her as a friend & when she got married to him she thought might be in haste and anger he took this decision she never had slightest of idea that Yog loved her to this extent.

Anika was just clueless as in her entire life no one showed her such love & care her father was a busy Doctor & could hardly spend time with his family after she was mature enough she separated herself from her house seeing rough & rude behavior of Mamta, her Uncle & cousin gave her all the emotional support but no one loved & pampered her ever like Yog was doing.

Her chain of thoughts broke when Peon informed her that Dutta is here to see her. She ordered the peon to bring him in & for half an hour no one will disturb them.

Dutta came inside & wished her saying "Madam kaisa hai sab? aur maine suna us din aapke ghar pe koi aa gaya tha aur aapne use pakda bhi tha ... par usne suicide kar liya"

Anika said "Haan Dutta! us din maine use pakda to tha par kuch kar paate usse pehle hi usne cyanide kha liya aur mar gaya ... mujhe aisa lagta hai jaise humpe koi nazar rakh raha hai iski vajah kya hai nahi pata ... ye uski tasveer hai"

She said giving him the picture of that person & added "Dutta tum pata karo ki ye banda kaun hai kyuki maine abhi thodi deer pehle hi saara recod hamari technical team se check karaaya tha par no is aadmi ka koi police record nahi hai aur na hi iske paas se koi hathiyaar mila hai ... matlab to saaf hai ki use sirf humari information chahiye thi"

Dutta picked the picture & started looking at it carefully & after what he saw his eyes widen in shock. Anika noticed his sudden change of expressions & asked "Dutta aisa kya dekh liya tumne jo aise chauk gaye?"

Dutta replied "Madam aap bhi dekhengi to chauk jaayengi" he hands over the picture back to him & pointed out the arm of the picture & said "Madam aapko ye nishaan to yaad hoga na?"

Anika checked the picture carefully & was stunned too in haste she didn't noticed the important clue & it was a mark of sun along with a star inside. Anika sighed & said "Ye maine pehle kyu nahi dekha ... Yaani ye usi terrorist group ka hissa hai jise humne arrest kiya tha"

Dutta sai nodding in positive "Haan Madam! Ho sakta hai ki ye usi gang ka hissa hoo par is waqt yakeen se kuch nahi keh sakte hai ...

iski ek khaas vajah hai ki aaj kal chote aur kam umra ke log teezi se is line main aa rahe hai smuggling, terrorist activities aur iske alava supari ka bhi kaam karte hai shayad ye koi bada chakkar hai par aisa kya hai jo ye loog Yog saab ke peeche pade hai?"

Anika said thinking "Shayad Yog ki research details chahiye inko logo ko wo Anti - radiation pe research kar rahe hai aur is waqt lagbhag poori bhi hone waali hai shayad inhe yahi chahiye hoo?"

Dutta said "Haan ho sakta hai madam kyuki dava aur kayi aise cheeze ye loog istemaal karte hai jinse radiation bahut zayada hota hai ... par kahi aisa to nahi ki ye loog aapke peeche pade ho aapko yaad hai na last time aap baal baal bachi thi jab hum inko pakadne ka plan bana rahe the"

Anika said thinking "Haan ho sakta hai par wo loog us waqt mere ghar pe kyu aaye the ... mujhe maarne ka irada hota to us din seedhe goli chala ke maar sakte the mujhe ... Yog aur main baat kar rahe the aur fir wo kaam karte karte so gaye ... main paani ka jug leke aayi aur jab rakha tab mujhe wo dikha uske paas kaafi samay tha hume maarne ke liye ...

Dutta is aadmi ki poori kundali pata karo aur mujhe iske baare main sab kuch jaanna hai aur koi bhi laaparwaahi nahi honi chahiye ... Yog ki zindigi ke saath main kisi ko khelne nahi doongi"

Dutta said with a smile "Madam aap tension mat loo main pata karta hoon ... par ek baat bolu aaj pehli baar aaoko aisa dekha hai ... apne to bahut kuch dekha hai aur jhela hai ... fir aap aaj itna pareshaan kyu ho rahi hai hum sab Yog saab ko kuch nahi hone deenge"

Anika said with a deep breath "Dutta! tab baat alag thi aaj baat mere pati ki jaan ki hai ... aur ye jobhi hai ise to main paatal se bhi dhoond ke nikaalongi ... jald se jald mujhe iski report chhaiye"

Dutta nodded & said "ho jaayega Madam ... main chalta hoon" after that he took leave & left the office.

Later in the evening Anika came back after completing her work & Yog too returned back from the hospital soon. After a while having dinner Anika started preparing bed to sleep & Yog sank back on the system to complete his research work & some important readings & notifications.

Anika lay on the couch and closed her eyes & as she was tired in no time she slept closing her eyes. Yog was awake & was working on his system as he had important work to complete.

After an hour when Yog had almost completed his work he saved the file & after closing the system went to his bed when he heard Anika mumbling something in deep sleep.

Yog tried to jerk her back but before he could do so Anika got out of her nap shouting Yog's name panting lightly.

Yog said in a concerned voice "Anika kya hua? Tum theek hoo na ... koi bura sapna dekha kya?"

Anika looked at Yog & he noticed that she is bit disturbed & next moment Anika hugged Yog and buried her face in his chest. Yog was bit stunned seeing Anika like this.

Yog patted her back & said softly "Anika kya hua dekho main theek hoon shayad koi bura sapna dekha tumne"

Anika looked at him with teary eyes & said "Haan bahut bura "...

Anika's MV "par ab mere rehte aapko koi choo bhi nahi paayega Yog ... aaj se aappar aayi har musibat ko pehle mujhse guzrna hoga"
