This had to be a very bad dream. Didn't it?

If someone had informed Kripa that she would get married within the next 24 hours that too with Angad Khanna she would have probably run away, but since there was no one to warn her of the upcoming disaster she was in trouble!

All thanks to Angad Khanna and Mishty Bose, who had refused to listen to any of her protests and had literally dragged her to the court, and now they were standing in front of the judge, who was blabbering something, which she did not bother to listen. She hated lectures.

Her life was filled with people, who loved giving lectures starting from her parents, to her best friend, to her seniors and now her future husband.

Finally, the man stopped blabbering and Angad signed the papers. Now, it was her turn.

She stared at the piece of paper and Angad's signature. It was nicely done, on the other hand her signatures always turned to be messy and horrible.

When she felt eyes on her she realized that she needed a pen, so she searched in her purse, but unfortunately could not locate one. Actually, she did find one, but she wanted to give Mishty and Angad a hard time, since they both clearly had a look of victory written on their faces.

She searched every pocket twice, when finally she saw a pen in front of her eyes. She looked up it was Angad... he had a pen held out in his hand and he was looking calmly at her.

She replied politely, "No, Thanks"

Mishty stepped up in front, "Sweety, you and I both know you are pretending here. Unlike you there are some of us that actually have some work.. Now, quite acting and sign the papers"

She angrily replied, "Me and acting? Mishty, you are crazy!! Why did I even listen to you? I have no patience left to deal with this....".

Then, she looked at Mishty for a second, before she muttered "I am so not signing the papers" and she turned around to leave.

But, Mishty and Angad were too quick and pulled her back. It was Angad who spoke up "Anjali, sign the papers" he said it patiently, but looked on the verge of exploding.

Mishty stared at him blankly, "Anjali?"

"Yes!" replied Angad looking at Kripa, then at Mishty

"She told you her name is Anjali?" asked Mishty as she glanced at Kripa angrily, who now looked guilty.

"Yes!"

"Kripa, how could you?" Mishty angrily stormed towards Kripa

"Kripa?" there was a pause before he added, "Her name is Kripa?" he asked with a puzzled expression.

"Okay! I lied. Big Deal!" replied Kripa as she stared at the floor with her face going completely red.

She could see the colors change on his face, and he responded, "I have tolerated enough! Kripa, sign the papers", when Kripa showed no effort to even come remotely close to the papers, "before I forcefully do something, which you don't want me to do. SIGN THE GOD DAMN PAPERS!" he screamed

Kripa stared at Angad. He had just screamed at her? How dare he?

"What are you going to do? Huh?" she went closer to him

Mishty blocked her way though.

"I can do everything honey. I will tell your PARENTS!" he replied with a grin and this time he went closer.

Kripa paled completely.

This was nonsense! It was pure BLACKMAIL. But, she was helpless she didn't want her parents to be aware of this.

Can anyone even blame her for glancing back at the papers?

She pulled the papers towards her almost ripping them. Then, she snatched the pen out of Angad's hand angrily and signed on the papers. She pressed the pen so hard on the paper that her signature was visible even on the paper below.

Mishty and Karan clapped when the judge declared Angad and Kripa as husband and wife.

She had lost, but that did not mean she would let them win so easily. If Mishty and Angad thought that Kripa would consider signing on a paper meant she was married, they were highly mistaken.

She would still not accept being Angad Khanna's wife, even it meant the whole world called her his wife, because she had not gone through the wedding, so she would still be Kripa Sharma living in that lousy apartment of hers.

Signing on a paper did not mean she was married. And, even if Angad's house were tempting to reside in she would not go there, because their marriage was stupid. It was not right.. it was just nothing... days later she would wonder whether she had been right..

"Angad, please take care of her" remarked a tearful Mishty

"Don't worry" replied Angad as he patted Mishty

Kripa had slipped away from his side and was now heading towards the taxi. She had almost reached it, when Angad pulled her back, with his hand on her waist as he muttered, "Honey, where do you think you are going?"

She did not bother to turn back, but she could notice out of the corner of her eyes that he was calling someone. Now, if only she could slip away again, while he was busy on the cell, but it seemed impossible his grip on her was tight.

She heard him say, "Papa" and that literally made her jump.

Immediately, Kripa tried to pull the cell out of his ears, but he stood on his toes and replied quickly, "Papa, I got married".

She attempted again, this time Angad spoke to her, "Honey, chill" he said as he left her waist and caught hold of her wrist.

"Yes, Papa I got married" he muttered. She could hear noises from the other side meaning he was really on the line.

Crap! What was Angad thinking? Her parents could not find out about this! Not now! What would they say?

She heard him say, "Kripa Sharma"

After that she didn't even bother to look at him neither she listened to his conversation rather she looked everywhere other than him. She was so dead!

Kripa would rather have died, than deserve this.

She was getting married to Angad Khanna for the second time within two days. Yesterday was their first marriage in court, while today was the marriage in the real sense, which she and her parents believed.

[Note* - The Khanna's and Sharma's were disappointed that their children got married without even informing them, so now they have put up a grand wedding within a matter of a few hours. Actually, the Sharma's don't believe in court marriages, so they want to see the wedding actually take place, as per tradition and only then they will accept the marriage. Both the families have only invited close friends and family members...]

It was Mishty's voice that brought Kripa out of her thoughts, "Kripa, don't act like you are dying"

"hey! If you were in my place even you would be like me"

"Angad is a good man, Kripa... He will treat you like a queen"

"Oh puhleez"

"Kripa, you are lucky to get married with him.. you know, Kripa.. not everyone would easily believe you and even get married to you. Plus, you both don't even know each other at all" she paused before she added, "He is getting married because of your parents, Kripa" this time she sounded much more soft.

"Hey! I didn't force him into this. In fact, I don't need his help. I can deal with this myself"

"And, how exactly?"

"I can raise the child by myself"

"So, you plan on staying single forever?" asked Mishty

"No, somewhere down the lane I will meet someone, who will love me so much that he will even accept the kid" replied Kripa in one breath

"Kripa, WAKE up this is the reality! You can't just dream about this"

"I am being realistic here"

"No, you are not!"

"Yes, I am"

"Look Angad is accepting the kid na?"

"But, we don't even know each other Mishty. This is not marriage.. I mean.... it's not even arranged nor love"

"Then, assume it's arranged"

"Easy for you to say"

"Kripa, you may not understand my words today, but someday you will surely realize how lucky you are to get married to that noble man"

In the 'mandap', Kripa was sitting beside Angad completely exhausted. She was wearing this red colour churidaar, which had a really tight blouse with a 'chunri' draped on top of her head.

She felt Angad's breath near her ear, and she turned to face him.

"Why are you wearing this?" he questioned

"Because, I LOVE it" Kripa replied sarcastically

"You are suffocating in there"

Angad just turned to Naina and quietly whispered, "I don't like Kripa's outfit... ask her to change it!"

Naina stared at her son, not believing her ears "Angad, are you mad?"

"Yes, I want her in a saree not this thingy"

"Angad, you are nuts! We can't do anything about it now. It's too late", she yelled

Angad was forced to remain silent, when the pandit started to chant the rituals. They continued to do as the 'pandit' said.

It was much later that she first felt the touch of Angad's hands on her neck. She looked at him. He was engrossed in putting the 'mangalsutra' around her neck. She knew this marriage would end soon, and wondered what he thought about her?

Besides, she was pretty sure that Angad was interested in gorgeous women, and she was not one. She was just an ordinary looking plain girl, who had nothing so special in her for Angad to even like.

Then, she felt his thumb on her head. He was putting 'sindoor' in her 'maang' and that's when their eyes met for the first time. They looked at each other. Angad gave her a gentle smile and looked away.

Later on, they stood up for the 'pheras' for which Angad helped Kripa up since her dress was heavy and he was confident she would not be able to even get up.

She whispered to him, "Remind me why we are getting married again?" as he helped her up.

He smiled and said out loud "Because we love each other remember?" as he held her by the arm.

At his words everyone smiled, while Kripa just rolled her eyes.

The last time she had entered the room was two days ago. At that time she had never even imagined that in two days she would be back in the same room, in fact even live in the same room.

She was now standing by the window all by herself looking at the magnificent night sky, when the door opened. She knew it was Angad.

He was coming towards her... She could feel her stomach roll over...

Then, he held her by her arms and turned her around to face him.

"What the hell was that?" he screamed as he looked in her eyes

"What?" she asked innocently

"You were doing everything wrong on purpose" he yelled

"I did not do anything wrong!"

"Yes, you did! I saw you!!"

"Your stupid! Why would I even do that?" said Kripa as she tried to move out of tight grasp.

"You don't want to accept this marriage. Your scared Kripa!" he said pulling her closer "You're scared that now you are married to me you will fall in love with me"

"That's ridiculous", she replied getting out of his hold

"So far you managed to protect your heart, now you are worried you won't be able to", he pulled her again

"Hey! I will never fall in love with you! What's so good about you anyway?" she responded as she looked at him.

"Honey, if you really hated me, you wouldn't be pregnant there with my child", he smiled.

"Whatever", replied Kripa as she stepped in the balcony in anger.

Once Angad was done changing, he came out to notice Kripa lying on the bed. He rushed to her side.

"Kripa, Remove that outfit!"

"Angad, I am too lazy to change I will just sleep in it"

"Fine, then I will remove it for you"

"WHAT?"

"Yes"

And, he was not wrong. He caught hold her, to which she pushed him away and ran inside the washroom to change, while Angad just chuckled.

Much Later, while changing inside the washroom Kripa questioned him "Angad, what am I going to tell my parents?"

"That you are pregnant, exactly a month later", he replied as he put the pillow on the bed.

"But, they know how to calculate months, Angad" she screamed from inside

"We will fool them by saying our three month child is a one month old baby"

"Angad, they can't be that stupid"

"Well, since you look too young for your age maybe our child could be like you and inherit that young look"

"I do NOT look young" she screamed loudly, and he was sure she had come all the way to the door to tell him that.

"You look 18"

"I LOOK 23"

He laughed at that, "Sweetheart, just who are you kidding?"

"You are a JERK!"

"Ouch! That hurt"

"Angad, quit fooling around. What am I going to tell my parents?"

"We can always say the baby is premature"
