Anjali has been totally brainwashed. I believe Arnav won't trust Shyam as me is seeing Khushi living in fear. She also gave an idea that she is hiding the truth for family' happiness. Hope Khushi tells Arnav everything and also Payal loops in Akash for the same. When the partners are being understanding you have to take a leap of faith and trust them. They have the whole lakshminagar as witness too.
