Hi Sandya,

I'm so exited to read your last update and the new banner.

What a beautiful update. Enjoyed every moment of it.

Though it was late you have given us a long update and I'm happy for it.

It was nice to see the bonding between Arnav and Khushi. Though they have a long way to go it was a good beginning. And it was so sweet of him to say that he would rather be with her than any other place.

And I'm happy Khushi opened up her fears to Arnav.

Looking forward to the 2nd book and I will do justice on my comments to your wonderful writing.

i TRULY ENJOY READING HANDS OF TIME SANDHYA. I AGREE THIS KIDNAPERS ARE TARGETTING KIDS FROM POOR FAMILIES AS THEY WILL BE FORGOTTEN SOON BY THE POLICE AND SOCIETY. BUT DOES THAT MEAN ANJALI IS STILL ALIVE?.I REALLY HOPE.

Sandhya, Thoroughly enjoyed the chapter!! 👏

Arnav's instincts and Khushi as his beacon did not leave any room for him to steer wrong.
The entire scene, from Arnav leaving the dinner party, the cautious speed thru the fog, reviving Khushi, and just being the gentle strength Khushi needed thru her panic attack made me anxious. Very well scripted!!

Khushi's emotional turmoil and actions for her self-preservation is also heart tugging. Such a lonely existence for her!! It's even worse now that her heart goes boom-boody-boom for Arnav, but has to hold back. 😔

Who's that shadow stalker-man? He is going be paid, may he rot in hell for showing no compassion to another human being.
Get him Arnav!!!

Their late evening together making sandwiches in mostly silent comfort, regaling in chicken tikka trimmed toast sandwiches with easy conversation was an enchanting non-date at home. Sweet and scrumptious. 😛

The later conversation, though a little more serious was still endearing, and again, the easy comfort between both reflects understanding and respect for each other.
Go back to sleep. Bye. P.S - You snore.

Amazing and awesome story:))!!! I loved the way Arnav took care of Khushi and didn't care about anything or anyone else. I think Arnav's mother hired that guy who's following khushi. Please update soon:)!

Hey! I love your story. Your writing is amazing. The way the story unfolds shows your plotting skills and its publish worthy.

You have begun on a difficult path, to show us the journey of individuals and families in the aftermath of a tragedy.

Arnav, the boy who was forced to become a responsible adult overnight and the man who has no time to dwell on his roiling emotions even when necessary because his sense of duty supersedes everything in life.

Khushi,the girl who suffers through life due to surviver's guilt and the woman scared to feel and love, is in a difficult place as she begins to realize that the worst nightmare of her life never ended.

Madhu and Aarti - Two strong women but on opposing ends of a spectrum. I'm especially looking forward to see Aarti's development through your story. She is not evil but she can be vicious. Was she the one behind the sleuth following Khushi? How will she react when she learns Arnav's relationship with Khushi, the girl she holds responsible for her daughter's disappearance? I'm sure you will reveal in your own time but I cannot help the excitement this plot generates.

Akash and Lavanya - I like the way you are writing their love story off the pages. Interesting technique. He is an alcoholic. And she is a smart, intelligent and a woman with high middle class values. Is she the one for him? More importantly, is he the one for her? Can't wait to read more about them.

But I understand the pressure to follow the protagonists, move the story forward and to give secondary characters enough space to keep the story interesting and above all to solve the mystery. A tough task but you are doing a wonderful job.

The complexity of the story is intense and your troubled characters add to the complexity. I love it that they do not ooze saccharine. I am looking forward to the exciting journey.

Cannot wait to read the next chapter and the chapter after that and the next :)

A powerful banner alluding to what is to come; a new phase where emotions will disintegrate, whereby suppressed pain, anger, hurt and guilt will gush forth unrestricted...I am ready for the band aid to be ripped off and for the emotional wounds to weep until they heal completely to become whole again.
