Days were going on. Khushi was frequently feeling dizzy or severe headaches but when asked she would always either change the topic or give out some lame excuses.Days went on...

It has been almost 4 and a half weeks i.e. 1month almost.

A very fine day,The morning was as usual silent and the chirping of birds were breaking it. Who knew this one day would be one of the most memorable day of their life not in good sense but in a bad sense or to be more precise the worst of our Arnav.

The family members were having their breakfast while Khushi and Anjali had just returned from the Mandir after doing puja. After knowing Shyam's true face she signed a divorce with him and has almost come out of the betrayal from his husband oops...Ex-husband...Anjali and Khushi after freshening up were coming downstairs chitchatting with each other while our clumsy Khushi loses her balance and slips from the stairs.

Khushi:Arnavji...(shouted)

Anjali:Khushiji...

Everyone heard their shouts and gathered in the hall to see Khushi at the foot of the stairs with little blood around...

Arnav(taking Khushi's head in his lap):Khushi...Khushi open eyes..Khushi...look at me...

Aakash:Bhai lets take her to the hospital.

Nani:Ha bitwa..

In the hospital,

Doctor took Khushi to the ICU knowing well her past conditions.After sometime both doctor and nurse came out where the former was instructing something to the later.

Arnav:Doctor..How's my wife?

Doctor:Mr. Raizada we need to operate her asap...

Payal:But she was having only minor scratches..

Doctor:I'll explain till then nurse will set OT ready.

In his cabin,

Arnav:What happened Doctor?

Doctor:Mrs.Raizada needs to be operated or else I fear we could lose her.

Arnav(angry):Nothing of such sort would happen..

Nani: Calm down Chotte..(at doctor) Bt she is having few scratches. then?

Doctor: Yeah..U r correct She is having just scratches bt one of them has again made a slight hurt in her head. I warned her before to not get hurt at thet place again..

Arnav:Is any thing serious?

Doctor:As expected She still din inform u all...

Arnav(gritting his teeth):Dont beat around the bush Doctor..Say it all clearly..

Doctor:She was hurt at the very same place twice. Once when she was small & the 2nd the day u brought her here..almost a month back.

NK: Bt how is it related Doctor?

Doctor:I told her that a clot is formed inside her brain which needs to be operated asap but she refused out of blue. The operation may be successful or not..When she asked me abt how much she is left with without operaton I said 2 weeks or 2 months. Hearing it she refused to tell u all and also not to get operated. & now if we dont operate her, it would be really critical for her.

Arnav(in a trance): Start the operation.

Doctor: Sure...

Saying that he went out &everyone else followed him till OT with tears in their eyes.

* Flashback ENDS*

Here it is..The gr8 ASR is standing infront of OT in disheveled state continuously staring at the door of OT. He din show bt was breaking was fearing from inside to lose hi life, his happiness, his love, his khushi. He prayed to God for the first time. He cursed himself for Khushi's state. "If only he wouldnt have..."
