he's not ignoring Ranjan even now. And he has his reasons to feel the way he does about his father. Things have already changed between the duo after II's entry. The kids may mellow down the Dude a bit more. But there won't be any drastic change of behaviour I believe.

Yes after II walked in things have changed

But every time something happens he is back on gaurd

But the kids and him missing them lets that acceptance towards dad become a constant thing and not a house of cards
