As the tune of the song starts, Rajveer puts forward his right hand, waiting for her to place hers on his. They start moving their legs according to the rhythm, then the lyrics starts 'Ankhein bhi hoti hai dil ki zubaan, ankhein bhi hoti hai dil ki zubaan' they stare each other as they start their ball dance. 'Bin boley kar deti hain halat ye pal mein bayan' by the time this line ends, he rolls her around, in front of him by holding her index finger. As the line 'ankhein bhi hoti hai dil ki zubaan' repeats again, they are again in their ball dance position. They continue with their dance 'khamoshi bhi to pyaar mein rakhti bohot hi asar hai' as this line comes, Rajveer shifts his vision from her eyes to her trembling lips. 'Kab ishq ho jaye yahan dil ko kahan ye khabar hai' few seconds before this line ends, Naina tries to go away, but Rajveer holds her hand from behind, at that time the line 'do dil ke ye silsilay chup sakeen hain kahan' goes on. As the line 'ankhein bhi hoti hai dil ki zubaan' repeats again, they resume their ball dance position. While Rajveer is staring her into her eyes and Naina is trying to avoid eye contact with him. Again the tune starts Rajveer says in a low voice, "Maine tumse kaha tha na ki mujhe tumhare saath dance karna hai!" "Par aap jaise wahan se chaley gaye, mujhey laga ki aap mujhse bohot gussa hain" Taking the deep breath he replies, "gussa to main hun" saying this he rolls her and holds her by her waist, so that now she is in front of him and both of them are staring towards the window, where the curtains are waving because of the wind blowing outside. "Phir ye dance kyun?" as she asks this question, she is again looking into his eyes. "Kyunki main dance karna chahta hun!" he answers her, looking deep into her eyes. "To jaiye Dr. Mishra hain na, unke saath kar lijiye" teases Naina. "Cadet Singh, apko kya lagta hai maine apke theek hone ka isliye intezaar kia taki main Dr. Mishra ke saath dance kar sakun?" asks Rajveer. As he asks this, they stare each other and Rajveer-Naina tune starts in the background.
"I think humein wapas chalna chahiye!" saying this she turns to leave. "Agar aap yahan se chali gayin to main apse bahar baat nahi kar paunga, apke saath reh nahi paunga" utters Rajveer from behind. As soon as he says this, Naina halts. Then Rajveer continues, "I hope you are okay with that?" teases Rajveer. Sighing she asks "To ab hum kya karein?" still staring at the door, her back facing him. "Trust me I have many songs here!" teases Rajveer, pointing towards the music system. "Or I have another great idea!" challenges Naina. Rajveer creases his brows, trying to anticipate what is coming forth. "Kyun na aap mujhey Bhaiya aur apke barey mein kuch batayein?" As she asks this his expression changes from a light mood to a serious and angry one. "Naina ye kya tumne Naveen ke barey mein janne ka ratt lagaya hua hai?" asks Rajveer, getting angry and turns away from her. "Kyu Sir? Kya ab mujhey itna haq bhi nahi ki main khudke bhai k barey mein kuch jaan sakun? Ye jaan sakun ki unhe mujhse, mere parivaar se durr kyu kia? Unhe kyu deshdrohi manna jata hai? Aap kya chahte hain Sir ki main KMA mein aane ka maksat bhul jaun? Laut jaun fir uss zindagi mein jahan mere bhaiya ki kahani adhuri likhi hui hai? Aur jiska jaisa mann kar raha hai wo khud mere bhaiya ki kahani likh de raha hai! Bina ye sochey bina ye samjhey ki wo jiski baat kar rahe hain, jiski bezati kar rahe hain, wo bhi ek insaan the? Kisi bete, kisi ke bhai the? Bina unki asli kahani jaane? Aur jannenge bhi kaise, jab unke ghar wale khud unke life ki sachai se anjaan hai. Mujhey unke barey mein janna hai! Mujhey unhe begunah sabit karna hai! Mujhey unke upar lagey hue 'traitor' ke tag ko utha fekna hai. Ab aap iss mein mera saath denge ya nahi ye aap par hai!"
Getting irritated and having no answer to her question, Rajveer opens the door and stands there, holding the door open, waiting for her to move first. Deeply hurt by his silence, Naina leaves the room without even staring him for the last time. Rajveer goes and turns off the music player in anger.

At the party
There were arrangements of soft drinks as well as hard drinks. Huda goes to the bar corner and picks up two glasses of drinks, smiling, as he turns to reach others, he faces Brigadier Chandok standing there, staring him, his eyes blazing with anger. "Ahhmmm... Sirji ye mere liye nahi hai, ye to apne Qaidi aur Yudi ke liye hai!" justifies Huda, getting afraid. Walking towards him, with the same angry look, Brigadier Chandok takes both the glasses from him, then smiling he says, "tum apne liye dusri glass le lena. Cheers!" and goes away. Unable to admit that Brigadier Chandok actually said that, Huda stands there for sometime, without any expression! Then smiling he turns to take two more glasses and goes away.
Rajveer enjoys the party by just staring at others enjoying it, his hands inside the pockets of his trousers. Naina goes and stands with him. Rajveer doesn't care to give her a look. He just sighs, feeling happy secretly that she is back with him. Unable to hold herself any longer, Naina starts complaining, making it sure that no one can hear them. "Apne chaha ki main apke sath dance karun, maine kia! Apko gussa aya aur apne decide kia ki apko mujhse baat nahi karni, maine uss decision ka bhi respect kia. Par jab meri bari aayi, main jab aapse kuch puch rahi hun, maang rahi hun aapse ek such to mujhey kuch nahi mila? Meri baaton ki koi value nahi?" asking this she looks at him, waiting for him to answer. "Mere paas tumhare baaton ka koi jawab nahi hai"says Rajveer, looking anywhere but at her. "Jawab nahi hai?" she asks, then pleads, "Sir please! Mujhey pata hai ki aap mujhse kuch chupa rahe hain" "Maine kaha na Cadet Singh, mujhey kuch nahi pata. Mujhey tumse koi baat nahi karni" saying this he goes away.
After sometime Pooja comes to her and asks, "Naina tu yahan akele kya kar rahi hai? Chal na mere saath""Pooja mera mann nahi hai""Kaye ko mann nahi kar raha tera?" asks Alekh joining them. "Acha lag raha hai tujhey iss tarah akele khade reh kar? Chal apun ke saath" saying this Alekh holds her hand and they all get together at a corner.
"Arey chalo mere saath" says Huda after sometime. "Par kahan Huda?" asks Pooja. "Punjaban tu bus chup reh aur chal mere saath" saying this they all go to a room. Huda brings out two bottles of drinks. "Oye teri! Ye tu kahan se laya?" asks Pooja, surprised. "Arey maine socha bhaley hi hum yahan unn subke saath celebrate karne aaye hain, par yaar humein bhi to ek dusre ke saath waqt bitana chaahiye! Kyun sahi kaha na Usool Bhai?" asks Huda, resting his elbow on Ali's shoulder."Dekhiye Huda Bhai humein to kuch samajh nahi aa raha ki aap kya keh rahe hain, aur kya karne ki soch rahe hain. Humein to bus itna pata hai ki humein iss waqt yahan nahi, party mein hona chahiye""Abbey Usool Bhai tu na humesha apne usoolon se hi ghira rahio. Yaar kabhi -kabar zindagi mein apne doston ke liye usool tod kar bhi dekh lia kar" saying this Huda brings out a bottle of drink. Seeing the bottle Alekh asks, "Abey saaley, ye tujhey kahan se mila?" "Tere hi cupboard mein tha". Alekh gives him an angry look, then smiles. "Oye main bhi thodasa..." Pooja indicates with her thumb, that she wants to try the drink. The guys smile, Huda gestures Alekh that they'll take care that she doesn't drink much. "Hum ye nahi piyenge" says Ali."To kya doodh ki bottle laun?'' jokes Huda, getting irritated. "Well jo bhi ho mujhey drink nahi karni. Aur ye galat hai" says Naina. "Yeah Naina but thodasa peene mein kya harz hai?" "Yudi please mujhey nahi peena" "Chor yaar Yudiye. Ye Phoolan humari baat nahi sunne wali" .
Listening to his answer, Naina turns and starts to walk forth. "Acha ek baat bata Phoolan, koi hai jisne tujhey gussa dilaya ho? Mera matlab, mere alawa! Uske barey mein soch. Koi aisa jissey tu ne socha nahi tha ki wo kuch aisa karega, jo usney kia! Uske barey mein soch. Koi aisa jissey..." as he was about to speak further, Pooja interrupts and says smiling and blushing "tu pyar karti ho!" As soon as Naina hears this line, she turns and looks at Pooja. Smiling she moves forth and grabs a glass from the bar.
After sometime, getting fully drunk Naina goes to Rajveer, who is standing alone at a corner. Seeing her there, Rajveer stares at her, waiting for her to speak first. Since the music is too loud, Naina goes closer to him, reaching his left ear and says, "Mujhey aapse baat karni hai" then she returns back to standing in front of him. She stumbles as she is drunk, but Rajveer holds her at the right moment, by her waist, looking intently into her eyes. Sighing he shakes his head from left to right and repeats it for sometime, then taking her hand he leads her way off the crowd.
