Part: 3

It's been 10 days Kripa been to India. She bought groceries for herself. Cooked her own dishes. Bought a computer.. Visited all the places in Mumbai and kept her self busy. Talked to all her friends abroad every night and kept in touch with them.

Continuous buzz of calling bell broke Kripa's sleep. She opened the doors and surprised to see Misthy at the door.

"Misthy! Tum itni subah subah? What a surprise," exclaimed Kripa.

"Subah? Abb barah bajhgayi sweety!" Teased Misthy.

"Wow sorry Misthy kya hai ki I was still in jet lag" explained Kripa.

"It's okay tumhare saath koyi nahin hai na isi liye tum Bindaas sorahe ho" Misthy supported.

"Hmm… tum tho pura ghar saja diya" Misthy commented looking around the house.

"Haan kya karoon aadat hogayi sabb ka" Kripa went into bath room to freshen up.

"Chalo jaldi tayar ho jao main ek jagah lejaaoongi tujhe," Misthy hurried Kripa.

"Such? Kahan? Kripa couldn't stop her curiosity peaked from bathroom.

Misthy pushed her into the bath room and said "pehle tayar tho ho jao."

Kripa quickly finished her breakfast and both came down to drive in Misthy's car. Kripa excitedly talked about her visit for last 10 days in Mumbai. Misthy silently drove listening to Kripa.

"Misthy! Main itni samay se buck rahan hoon tum ek bhi nahin boli," complained Kripa.

"Tum mujhe chance diye tub main baath karoon gi na", reverted Misthy.

Kripa stuck her tongue and continued "acha abb bathao kahan jaa rahen hai hum?"

Misthy smiled "sabar karo kuchi door hai."

"Prithvi! Are you sure Kripa doesn't remember Angad?" Harshini showed her curiosity.

"I don't know Harshu! Abb tak tho kuch patha nahin. Aur hum mile bhi ek baar phir Misthy bhi kuch Kripa ke bare me baath nahin karti. Siddu also showed his doubts" Prithvi answered thinking about Kripa in his mind.

"Woh dono itne ache dosth they aur kitna kareeb rehthe they. Woh uss dinon ko kaise bhool jaathi. Shayad hume kuch patha nahin Kripa ke barein me. Woh Angad se ya Misthy se pehle se hi touch me rehthe hongi", Harshini showed her suspicion.

"Harshu! Abb tumhare muh band karo kitna sochthi ho. Agar Kripa aur Angad pehle se hi touch me rehthe toh Angad itna udhaas aur calm rehthe? Aur woh us din get-together pe nahin aathe? Waise bhi wo dono kitne din dosth the? ek saal? " Manek cleared Harshu's doubts unknowingly rising more doubts.

Aaliyah! Tum bathao na Yeh Angad kyon nahin aye party pe? Asked Anita.

"Party? Party kahan kiya hai buss ek gathering tha. phir bhi Angad doesn't know that Kripa was back", clarified Aaliyah.

"Anyways, are you coming to Angad's concert this Sunday?" Aaliyah asked.

"Haan jaroor aaongi meri nanand Tannu is crazy about him. Usko aur bachon ko leke aaoongi. Raj Shayad will be out of town that time" answered Anita.

"Okay! Then I'll contact Misthy if she's free and contact everyone if they are interested "Aaliyah started calling everyone.

"Sabb ki mann mein ekhi doubt hai yeh Misthy Angad ko Kripa ke barein mein bataya ki nahin," Anita continued.

Aaliyah nodded her head and continued calling her friends.

Misthy parked her car in front of one auditorium and took Kripa inside. There were many people doing stage rehearsals. Kripa interestingly watched them busy with rehearsals of singing, dancing, dramas.

Misthy went to a group where all kids around Bheem's ages that were doing 'dhoom' rehearsals. As soon Bheem sees Misthy, he ran to her and hugged explaining about their practicing. Misthy explained Kripa that they were busy with upcoming celebration on this Sunday. Kripa was very excited "really? I will also join you then. Bheem was happy and introduced Kripa as his America aunty. Kripa smiled at them.

Misthy took Kripa into other rooms. Kripa observed that Misthy is searching for something ya somebody and getting disappointed when she couldn't get them.

Misthy talked to a person and turned to Kripa "chalo Kripa! Abb yahan koyi kaam nahin hai, ghar chalenge"

"Kya hua Misthy what are you looking for or whom you are looking for?" Kisiko doondh rahi ho", questioned Kripa.

"Koyi nahin, kuch bhi nahin chalo chalthe", Misthy walked towards parking.

Kripa was puzzled but followed Misthy silently.

As soon as Misthy came home she asked Kripa to relax in living room and she went into kitchen and called someone disappointedly. She got relaxed after talking to the person in the phone. It must be the person she was looking for in the auditorium.

Kripa was surprised to see Misthy in such tension but din't disturb her.

Misthy came with refreshments and started comforting Kripa. She told they all would be going for Bheem's celebrations on Sunday and be ready for that. Kripa agreed for that.

Chalo chalthe concert pe kya hotha hai dekhney……. tomorrow………………

Part: 4

Kripa was tossing on bed. She was not getting sleep. Getting flashes of Misthy's tension and thinking about the person whom she wanted to show Kripa in the auditorium.

"Is she really wants me to meet him/her ? Or she wants to see someone for her sake?" Kripa was puzzled and could not come out with any conclusion.
Her thoughts went over all old classmates.

Siddarth looked so funny and jolly even now. When he was in the school all friends used to make him work for them like carrying books, order snacks in the canteen.

Harshu became a doctor? Very surprising! kitna average ladki thi class mein.

Aur Anita a housewife? Unbelievable. Lagthi thi ki Bindaas goomthi.

Nishant, he is 2 years older than us, school chodne ke baad rakhi ka happy days khatam ho gaya. Gouri se milna hai, Nishu ke pasand achi hi hogi.

Aaliyah looks so matured and dignified. Haan Misthy bhi kitna badi lagthi hai. We both are same age but still she protects me so much with motherly affection. Kartik and she are made for each other.

Prithvi looking after his mom's business. He used to sing songs so good but not like???? HIM?? Who? Who is he? We used to call him 'PRINCE' but he's not from our school. But we used to meet him very regularly. Haan he's Misthy's family friend. Woh theen chaar saal hum sabb se bade they. Prithvi used to compete with him. We had once very big annual celebrations and he had also participated in spite of Principle's rejection. But what's his name? Kripa got up and seriously trying to recollect his name. Whom Prithvi used to compete always? We used to give programmes in school and Prithvi's company celebrations. Yes he used to sing very nice. He has very melodious voice. Who is he? I used to go around with him. I know I know I know him. Who? Kya naam hai uska? " Kripa started getting flashes, herself with somebody else who held her so tightly close to his face.

She struggled to identify the person.. In the past 10yrs of busy life and gap in contacts with her friends she almost forgot everything that she got thru her schooling days.

Lastly she decided to ask Misthy about the "Prince" in the morning. Suddenly she felt some pain in stomach and got up from bed. She took some pain killer and went to bed.

She then got a call from her mom. Her mom said she wass missing her and enquired about her visit in India. Kripa talked about everyone and after the call fell asleep fast coz of pain killer.

Morning:

Kripa woke up around 10 and had breakfast and went out for shopping. Kripa forgot about last night's struggle about the name of the boy and became busy in shopping. She was in the toys shop looking for some good toys for all kids of her friends.

Suddenly Bani came from behind and hugged Kripa. Kripa was surprised and received her warmly and asked about Misthy. Misthy came with some old lady. Misthy introduced her as her friend's dadi and Kripa to her. Kripa paid respects to her. She asked Misthy about evening program and took permission from her to take kids to movie. Bani was happy and ready to go with Kripa from shop itself. Misthy laughed "kya jaadoo kardiya meri bachon pe"?

Kripa smiled and left with Bani promising that she would take Bheem in the evening. .

"Dadi! Yeh vahi Kripa hai jisne Angad doondh raha hai" explained Misthy looking the way Kripa left.

Dadi nodded her head "bahoot pyarisi bachi hai", commented and started asking more about Kripa.

Misthy explained everything from the beginning. "Dadi! Main soch rahi hoon ki Angad ke concert pe un dono ko milwadoon" Misthy told her plan.

Dadi praised Misthy for standing support to Angad. Misthy acknowledged it with a big smile.

Since the next day was Sunday Kripa took kids for sleep over after the movie and dropped them the next morning. Misthy forced Kripa to stay for lunch so all would go together to the concert.

Kripa wanted to stay home alone for rest of day since she restlessly spent last night in recollecting past memories. But changed the idea for Misthy and started calling everyone.

Kripa was hesitating to ask Misthy about the "Prince" and dint get any chance so far too.

All friends came to Misthy's house for lunch. Everyone brought some dish and shared among them. They finished lunch together cracking jokes among them.

When Kripa was busy with kids and Tannu in watching MTV, Siddu, Aaliyah, Harshini, Anita, Karan went inside to Misthy. They asked if she informed Angad about Kripa. Misthy told that she could not contact Angad coz of his busy schedule and rehearsals. she added that she was planning to bring them in front of each other after the concert. Everyone cautioned her in anticipation of tension between Angad and Kripa.

Concert:

First kids performed dhoom dance and all audience appreciated the choreography for their performance. Kripa went to receive Bheem and other kids and congratulated everyone.

Next item was Angad's concert. Misthy and others were waiting for Kripa to come back to her seat but Kripa dint turn up till Angad's performance was over. Angad did only 2 items since it was fund raising celebrations.

Misthy was disappointed but was still waiting for Kripa. As soon as Kripa came to her seat Misthy dragged her to the back stage. Kripa was surprised for her act and asked why she was so particular to show some one to her. Misthy dint answer her and Kripa followed her.

Behind the stage a guy of 6foot with black suit showing his back talking to the manager.

"Show bahut acha chal raha hai Sir! We got very good response for funds we really obliged to you." Thanking the manager.

"It's my pleasure Mr. Sinha! I'm also happy for the response from public" reciprocated the Guy.

The manager saw Misthy and greeted before taking leave.

Misthy reached the Guy calling "ANGAD."

The Guy, Angad turned back to Misthy, He wore a light blue dress shirt with black suit, navy blue tie with small light blue spots on it. Well combed hair. Big eyes. Sharp big nose. Fair complexion. He's the rock star and helping the show to raise funds.

"Hey Misthy", greeted Angad with strong heavy voice. Then he saw a lady came in front of him from Misthy's behind.

Misthy looked at Kripa to see her reaction.

Angad was stunned, surprised, shocked to see Kripa there and forgot to blink his eyes, forgot to say something. Just looking at her surprisingly. He could not believe himself to see Kripa there so suddenly. He was getting flashes of his past where he and Kripa held so close and Kripa bidding 'bye' to him.

Kripa took initiative to break the silence "hello! I'm Kripa" stretched her hand for Angad's. Angad was still in shock and forgot to respond. Misthy was still shocked for Kripa's behavior though she expected it before and dint realize how to react. Angad was still standing and Misthy searched for words to speak. Angad stood still with disbelief in his eyes. Kripa was confused for their action and started conversation,

"Sorry! Angad I missed your show coz I was talking with someone outside and they are my neighbors in NY"explained Kripa why she had missed his show. She looked for Misthy's help to escape from Angad's looks.

Kartik came behind to help Misthy and understood the situation.

"Chalo Kripa! U already missed his show don't miss any more shows" he took her to audience.

Angad was still glancing at Kripa's way and a small tear drop fell from his eyes. Misthy was guilty and confused. Program coordinator-cum-Manager came and took Angad inside.

Midnight;

Misthy was struggling for sleep and Kartik was observing her uneasiness.
"Relax Misthy! I expected this from Kripa. You only wondered at Kripa not even mentioning Angad's name. She might have forgotten him for real. Kripa was a carefree girl as much as I observed so far. She was very straight forward and I don't think she's hiding something from anyone. She must have forgot everything for real" Kartik tried to comfort Misthy.

"No Kartik! I don't think. How can a girl forget her first love? Though she lived 10years away from the place where she shared all her childhood and a man whom she moved so closely with ?" Misthy was surprised for Kripa's behavior in the concert for not recognizing Angad.

"I'm feeling guilty for Angad. It was my mistake for not preparing him for this and not telling about Kripa's visit" two tear drops fell from Misthy's eyes.

"It's not your fault you tried to contact him but he was busy with his rehearsals" Kartik supported and cuddled her as consoled her.

"Anyways let's talk about this tomorrow" Kartik switched off the light.
