Manao bhai Ranjan ka budday!! I want II to gift him kurta-pajama too on his budday!! 😳

Don't ask I started at 7:10 am yesterday n reached office at 9.45 am.. The people who started at 8 reached at 11:30.
Today also traffic is there I reached office 10 mins before.. Do WFH today.. The traffic is piling up opposite Ecospace from both the sides..

Usually in IT employees get close to clients n become client employees which is not liked by management.. I have these kind of examples in my project..

Arey nahi yaar. Management sirf tabhi Hr policies jhaarti hai jab ek subordinate management ko apni Jagah dikha te hain.. Ab tak Ritu ko itni pareshaani nahi thi, she knows II is damn good at her work, and is feelig a bit insecure, and now II has given her a clear Jawab straight into her face, obviously she can't stomach that...kis point par II ko wo challenge karegi, the only obvious thing is her relationship with excelsior...Lekin II ne bhi Jawab diya na use...ab usko aur mirchi lagegi and who knows what thsi will lead to.
