A RECAP!! - Kria was waiting outside school after their last period. Neha had some doubts that she had to solve so kria had to wait. She was casually walking around when she came across a gap between two wall. That gap could easily fit a person in it. It looked like there was something inside it. Curious Kria was about to enter it when some one grabbed her shoulders and --- _______________________________________________
She was about to enter when someone grabbed her shoulder. Frustrated Kria turned around only to see a furious Neha's face.
"What on earth do you think you're doing ?"Neha half'yelled.
"Well I was about to go somewhere until you creeped in like Sherlock Holmes!" Kria retorted.
"You're the one acting like Sherlock Holmes ! Entering weird unknown places"
"Well, agar tumne mujhe iss jagah bare mein pehale information di hoti toh yeh 'weird unknow place' na hoti"
"Ughhh, forget it. Ab chalo yaha se"
"Wait, what ? Mujhe vaha jaana hai. Waise yeh place hai kya ?"
"I don't think you'll give up until I tell you." Neha sighed. Kria nodded in negation with a mischievous smile.
"Fine !" Neha sighed again while Kria clapped her hands happily. "So basically-" Neha started"hum Toronto ke jis area mein rehete hai...Let's just say it's not the safest of all. Yaha pe gangs, guns, drugs, alcohol, smuggling, kidnapping etc. bohot hote hai. And this place- " she said pointing towards the gap"Is known to be one of most dangerous gang's point. Bohot logo ne unhe yaha aate jaate dekha hai and tum dar na jao issiliye maine tumhe iske bare mein pehele nahi bataya." Kria was awestruck !
"Gangs and all ? Par yeh toh school premises hai, yaha gang ka adda ?"She said giving a confused look.
"Arre agar school ke students hi gang mein ho toh adde ki kya baat?" Kria gasped at this. "Yes-" Neha continued "Iss gang ke members humare school ke so-called-students hai"
"Wait, par school attend kare mujhe bohot din ho gaye hai. I didn't feel any terror in the air."
"Woh kyuki ye gang people kahin gaye hai. Sab keh rahe the ki koi secret gang mission types hai. Anyway, Ab agar tumhe sab pata chal gaya hai, please promise me ki tum waha nahi jaogi."
Kria's POV.
"Anyway, Ab agar tumhe sab pata chal gaya hai, please promise me ki tum waha nahi jaogi."
Neha asked me.
"Okay baba, promise" well sure, I said promise but sometimes I tend to break them. Yes, You heard me right, I was going to break into their so called 'Adda'. That place got me curious and I need to feed my curiosity with some reality !
---------------------------------One Week Later-------------------------------
' Ohhh god!! This neha ! I think she does that telepathy thing. It's as if she read my thoughts about breaking into gang spot. She's been dropping me home for a week in order to keep me away from the spot. But today might be different, I heard a guy named Aaron asked her out. If she goes on a date with him today, I might be able to sneak in the spot'. I was thinking all this until Neha herself disturbed me "Guess what ??" She squealed.
"I know I know. tum Aaron ke sath date pe ja rahi ho." I responded with straight face.
"Aww I wanted to give you a surprise." Neha pouted. "well anyway, mein yaha ye batane ayi this ki aaj Aaron mujhe ghar drop kar raha hai so..."
"Don't worry I'll go home on my own. Mein 5 saal ki bacchi nahi hoon" I said smiling.
Neha giggled. She was about to say something when Aaron showed up with his amazing black car. I signaled her to go as she gave me quick hug hopping into his car. I just smiled and waved her goodbye while she did the same.
That was my chance! Neha was gone, school was over, anyone who knew me was out of sight and people who were in sight didn't give a f**k about me and vice versa.
I casually walked towards the spot and stood there with my cellphone in my hand so I don't look like a loner. I took a look around quickly to see if anyone was in sight and swiftly slid in the gap, the gap seemed to continue the same dirty looking road with bumpy floor. I cursed myself for wearing this outfit which includes pink high heels and a pink floral dress which ends just about my knees. I stopped walking when i saw a red door. 'Who on earth paints a door red ?' I thought. There was a trash can just beside the door and a broken sofa in front of it. The wall ended just beside trashcan.
I was observing things when I heard something from inside the door. I quickly ran and hid beside the trash can. Uggh the heels made their usual clicking sound while running resulting in someone to open the door from inside and come out. I couldn't see their face but i saw the shadow. Great, Now I'm gonna be dead! Some gang member is standing almost beside me where a f**king trashcan is saving my life so I won't get killed. I just sat their praying the person would be dumb enough not to check behind the trashcan.
'Thud!' with that sound the door closed and shadow disappeared too!! Finally, god granted my one wish. i got up my feet slowly and ...ran for my life!!! And in case of emergency i always forget what i'm wearing, so i fell on my butt with these f**king heels !! I could hear someone open the same door.
Without thinking about anything else I took the heels in my hand and ran for my life...again ! After like running a f**king million miles I stopped to breath. I realized i was just near my house. It was weird because nobody from the gang spot followed me. The second I removed my heels and started running I knew that nobody was following me I just didn't want to take any chances.
With this horrifying day and equally horrifying experience I went home, hoping that tomorrow will be cool and calm as usual.
