Khushi took long sharp breaths as she watched the scene unfold before her. There he was, her prince charming, the Prince of Ranjaar , Arnav Surya Pratap Singh Raizada in all his glory dressed in a dark green sherwani which gave him a royal look. Beside him stood a strongly build man, having similar features as him who she supposed was his brother with an elderly lady by his side. Even though she was old and her face was now wrinkled, Khushi could say she must have been beautiful in her days with her aura which could intermediate anyone. But that was not what caught her attention, which made her stand stupefied, it was the young dashing lady who had her arms wrapped around her Arnav's shoulder which made a part of her die. The beautiful lady pulled out of the hug and placed her hand on his shoulder gently massaging the knots from his visibly stiffened form making him relax a bit.

Was she the one whom his dadi had searched for him?

She was beautiful, there was no denying and Khushi was a little jealous seeing them together. Why would she not be? That lady there was every ounce of beautiful and royalty shouted in every move of her's while Khushi was nothing but a mere...dancer? Was she the correct match for Arnav? She had fallen for him and him for her but did she really deserve him, no, the question was does he deserve her? Noo, her mind screamed. There was no way a prince like him would deserve someone like her. Realization sunk into her and fresh tears rolled down her cheeks as she kept her eyes on this direction looking at his every move. As if on a cue he looked sideways from where he stood and in the very next moment the dark chocolate brown eyes met hers. She could see surprise and happiness in them which was then followed by a questioning gaze. And that said her... they will be having some conversation now, as soon as they meet. But what will she say why was she there? Because she didn't trust him? To see if he was really going to keep his promise or not? Just what was she going to say to him in her explanation of why she was there??
