In the Hospital
Aarav was tensed for his sister and for his girlfriend Supriya ,Sid was worried too his about his sis and girl friend , the doc said to the nurse that we need to shift Arushi to the operation theater and Supriya to the gynecologist , Aarav and Sid were confused that why did the doctor mention to shift Supriya to the gynec Anjali-Rahul(her new husband ) along with Payash ,Navaya rushed to the hospital
Anjali-Payal-Lav : How's is Arushi and Supriya !! Wait a sec is that Arshi !!
Arshi : Yes aunties , I am Arshi till now the Doc didn't turn up yet, I hope everything is fine
Aarav : Maasi,Bua,Chachi where is my cousins !!
Akash-Rahul-Nk : Well Aarav , Roshini(Anjali-Rahul daughter) is gone with Kunal(her BF) for her friend's wedding ,Samrat and Siya (son and daughter of Payash) are gone for college tour along with their partners .(Gauri and Karan) , Dhruv (Navanya's son) is with Bubbly (Premeer's daughter)(imagination couple as in the show Bubbly is shown orphan so thought of showing like how in my first season Premeer as angels) is with their partners (Kajal and Mridul) in Raizada Mansion with Mamiji,Mamaji and Naniji as they were alone in the house.
Aarav : Ooh (he smiled a bit satisfied that his cousins are having their own life happily ) After some time the doctor came and told them that : We have removed Arushi's bullet ,if she doesn't come into consiousness within one day then she will go into coma (that made everyone stunned specially Sid ,Aarav ,Arshi)
Arshi(blaming herself) : Its because of me Arushi Di has to face this pain i am the reason behind her in this state ,I will be not able to forgive myself !!(Aarav saying to Arshi by wiping her tears)
Aarav : Choti please don't cry its not your fault it happen only because of this Arjun and that Shyam (looking angrily at Arjun) suddenly the doctor comes Doc how is my Supriya , Is she alright ?
Doc : Mr.Raizada, You wife is fine but I am sorry to say your baby is no more but, if you would have brought her late to the hospital, the miscarriage effect would have spread more and we would had to remove her uterus which she would not be able to become a mother again but nothing to worry she is fine now, but she is physically weak right now due to her miscarriage and there are chances that she can still become a mother !! (That words of the doctor made Aarav more shocked he lost his balance and Sid gave him support)
Aarav : My Wife ? Pregnant? Miscarriage ? When and How ? She then didn't tell me anything and Supriya isn't my wife yet we are just in a relationship and pregnant ??
Doc : Yes Mr.Raizada !! Supriya was 3 weeks pregnant and just 2 days back she came to collect the report she was very happy that day but today , God stole her happiness I taught she might have told you !! (Arjun got angry and went towards Aarav )
Arjun : Before you were telling me I was the cause for your sadness but you didn't even know that when you got intimate with her and when she was pregnant !! You spoiled her life in the society ,that without getting married she got pregnant .You should be ashamed of yourself
Aarav (in a angry tone) : Enough is Enough Arjun !! Don't forget that you only pushed your sister !! And what did you say it looks like someone started caring for his sister , a while ago you were the one who told she is not your sister ,you only put the gun towards her and now suddenly love and care arosed in your heart for your sis who only cares about his reputation in the society !!
Sid (angrily looking at his brother ): And what society are you taking about Arjun !! You dont belong to this rich society you belong to a middle class level from where you brought up by your so call dad Shyam(Arjun couldn't bare a word against Shyam and hold Arjun's collar )
Arjun : Give respect to my dad !! (Arshi slapped Arjun and to him) You deserve this from me by supporting a person like Shyam
Aarav went inside Supriya room and went next to her and sat besides her (slowly Supriya came into consciousness he then arranged her bed
and seen Aarav doing so she hugged him tears rolled down from her eyes )
Supriya : Aarav I am so sorry I didn't tell you the truth , that I was pregnant (she looked at him emotionally breaking the hug )we lost our baby Aa..rav I am sorry Aarav clutching her belly
Aarav : Whose baby you were carrying? When did I get intimate with you ? As I remember I didn't ever got intimate with you
Supriya : Aa..rav its your baby we became one during the prom night .On the next day I didn't tell you the truth when you asked me what happen on the prom night I thought that the truth will hurt you and it give bad reputation to you that's y I only said to you that you only proposed me (she poured her heart out )
Aarav : You must be happy that you are blaming yourself for your loss but I feel you deserve it Supriya telling Aarav : You think Arjun is responsible for my miscarriage , Aarav its not Arjun fault it happened by mistake he didn't do intentionally while turning to Arshi it happened by mistake
Aarav : Ooh really !! You only feel your brother Arjun is great but he even is responsible for Arushi's condition if she doesn't come into conscious within a day she will go into coma ,if my sister doesn't come into conscious I will never forgive you and your brother Arjun .I hate you Supriya,you didn't tell me the truth and hid this secret and god made you loose our baby only because of you supporting the person who is responsible of this, I guess you need rest as you are physically weak (he leaves from there making her cry bitterly by touching her belly and saying : I am so sorry baby )
In Heaven
Prem Heer : Arey , Arnav Khushi you guys are not eating why ?
Arnav : Well Prem Heer you the know the situation in our house Arushi needs to come into conscious within 1 day otherwise she will go into coma and Supriya lost her baby then how we can eat peacefully (Arnav gives her sad expression and says to Khushi )
Arnav : I am sorry Khushi for giving you false hopes but actually I told you , so that you don't get worried and feel sad worsen your health .
Khushi : Arnavji , I need to do something for my Arushi I can't see her struggling for her life I don't want her to loose her life
Heer : But Khushi , what we can do its all in the hands of God even though we are fairies we can't take decisions who will live or die!!
Suddenly a angel comes and says
Angel : Arnav Khushi , this is a letter sent by God , Do read it !! after reading the letter ArHi says to Premeer that God wrote in his message that Arushi will come into conscious and become stable after 2 days !!
Arnav Khushi was confused and said why one more day extension God made Arushi to come into consciousness !!
Premeer : Arnav Khushi , you guys still didn't understand what God was trying to say !! He extended it to 2 days to test our kids love for each other .
