This was such a Heartbreak. 😭 They understand & love each other so much, yet they are not able to talk out what is eating them out. Why is life so unfair. Why could they not give themselves a minute out of their busy lives and block out everything else and just sit and talk. They were doing it in their professional world, why not for their personal life too. Irony of the situation is it not.

Khushi being a lawyer should be aware communication is the best option, then how is she not doing it for her own life. Something must have hit too hard that she is not able to do that for Arnav & herself. Hope time & space will enable them to work it out.

Arnav does not want it out and he is clear they can work it out. But how is the question in this given situation. He is not happy going to court, which they should not given how close they are.

Loved how you have described about both their professions and how they worked to build their careers.

The Architectural description was too good.

Will Aman & Lavanya be able to help them out in some way having known their friends. They are going to be their pillar in this time of turmoil that is obvious, but how are they going to support them having a balance amongst themselves.

The last line by Arnav truly breaks one's heart.

Waiting to read how you are going to chart out their journey out of this heartbreak situation in their life, where they obviously want to be with each other but are not sure how to walk through it. Looking forward to their happy days with a balance on their professional & personal life.

Couldn't stay away, read it and here I am. Oh Jigs! This is very painful to read. You made that pain so real here. My heart is aching for both of them as I write this. How did you manage to do that? Get the pulse racing in your reader? I just loved it.

What you have here is a story that most couples seem to go through at some point in their marriage. Those hectic schedules, goals, work that goes towards achieving those goals and the important people they way lay on side as they do this. Yes. It's quite real...

I love the occasional glimpse of affection that cannot hide... so it peeks through when she makes samosas and when he compliments her. That felt real.

When he makes the coffee that she likes even though she said no.. yes, that felt so familiar.. :)

When couples do things that they do for each other without second thought - that felt so real.

Now when she retreats and when he pushes - yep - that's a couple's fight. That felt very very real too.

Does Aman know of a good lawyer? He surely does!! I believe he made a couple of babies with her!! Oooh... now that sounds exciting - will you pitt one friend against another?

Let the fireworks begin my dear author friend. That pen in your hand is a weapon... Wield it... We are waiting!

They had their wonderful night and they had their argumentative morning,be it on cooking or coffee.the time ended with the divorce.
Space,Infedility and Arguments seems the day to day topic which are among them.
With the age of above 30,where a couple discuss for their extent of family,they are heading to divorce.Can't she conceive?
When mere memories are left,it becomes hard to accept reality that hurts.

Gosh, you make them sound so real. Just wish they would talk a bit more, here Arnav seems more reasonable, but who are we to judge till we know everything. And why did he not clarify his relationship with Alisha, his client. Things wouldn't have reached this impasse. Can't wait for the next update. Hope you are going to surprise us:)

Thanks to you Jigs, I can finally see those curtain slowly opening, revealing the dark clouds behind them just waiting to burst open. Of course with clouds so dark, thunder and lightning are a natural occurrence and are always around the corner. Believe me when I say, I am still looking very hard for that silver lining

It is so ironic that they both want peace of mind but cannot stop themselves from giving each other a piece of their mind. They have a war going on inside with a million words but they want to offer silent treatment to each other😡

Situations like these carry a million emotions and I don't know how you find a way every time not to just put them on paper but actually capture the essence of what it feels. Just brilliant.

Why did she (I) push him away?

Why did he (I) walk out on her?

Two simple questions and it's funny that the difference in a happy marriage and the one we have is probably as simple as replacing "She" and "He" with and "I". Loving someone is such an easy thing and oh I wish, showing it was as simple😔

Suspicion, sex, work and co-worker - when you have company of all these devils, even hell starts looking a little better. But, for all the actions they are taking and making me despair, I still see hope knowing their thoughts. I am hoping for more samosa moments for them. But, looks like there are not going to be many like that. But for me, one in a million is still a chance😉.

I did expect some jolts and rattles on the roller coaster ride, but I am bit upset with you for really shaking it up at the end there. Hoping was easy knowing that atleast one of them was putting up a fight. Now starts the hard part😭.

Already dreadfully excited for the next chapter😉
