Mira, thanks again for liking my comments and mentioning them in your story. To get such a compliment from a story teller like you, its indeed my honor and privilege. 🤗
Mira, when we listen to something which gives us happiness, we say its like "Music to ears", then what do we say which gives the same feeling when we read it? Its not just visual treat only to eyes but a kind of peace and satisfaction to the whole being, mind and soul - that is what I felt after reading this update. Her relationship with herself changed that day as well. She felt abandoned yet again, having to deal with being left behind, having to put her pieces together again.
The above sentence says a lot about Khushi's mental state and turmoils. Feeling of getting left behind alone everytime must have made some deep impacts on her heart and mind.
Whenever Arnav talks about Mohan, the pride in a parents' words or the worries behind them, MB, you bring it out so beautifully with your words.
Every child is special in his or her own way. You know MB, I meet so many parents who have children with special needs and each one of them talk about their kids' strengths with such pride and I can see their pain behind it too.
We as parents always feel that the we are responsible for our kids to grow up, but you know Mira, we are only responsible for providing the basic necessities of life to then and ofcourse love them, but irrespective of that, they grow up. No one can teach them the complexities and sensitivities of life, they learn it by themselves. Its only when they dont learn it by themselves, we realise how foolish we were to think that kids are because of what we have given them. We were unnecessarily taking credit for something which comes naturally to most of them.
Coming to their kiss - the passion, the fire, the chemistry, the connection, the intensity, the pull, everything between them exists even today. Its not going to be easy to ignore such passion between them by Khushi from here onwards.
I was also thinking, the kiss they shared today, without much thinking, Khushi took her first step towards happiness again.
But after this incident, taking the second step would become more harder for Khushi. The position she is in, either she can move forward or backwards and trust me for her now, taking that step backwards would become more tempting rather than taking the next step forward.
Eagerly waiting to see how Khushi would look at herself now, how Khushi would assess her position now and how she would deal with the situation on hand now?
A song I thought just perfect for Khushi today:
