This is one of the most beautiful updates, Mirabell. I read it, I re-read it and I re-read it!!

This chapter was all Arnav Khushi...like when they met all those years ago, they were free, ready to open up to each other, no walls, no hesitation in being close to each other physically to draw and give emotional strength support.

Fear of losing a loved one is the biggest fear and there is no medicine or cure or salve that can make the pain of losing a loved one go away!! It only cements that fear!! Khushi pushed Arnav away because of this fear, but NK with his love, persistence was able help Khushi see life beyond her demons..but his death has brought them back full force..and once again she is pushing Arnav away. But then love conquers all and Arnav will win the war he declared between them...but for both them...for Meera, for Mohan.

Memories are what keep us going in life but sometimes they are the ones that stop us from moving as we hold on them very tightly, like Khushi.

"I missed you"... I think these three words are not for the one day they were apart...it's for all those years Arnav was away from her!! He probably missed her every day since they time he drove away from her all those years ago.

The Kiss: It was raw, erotic and sensuous!! It defined the pull they have for each other.

Loved the way you described changes in Khushi's relationship with her friends, her mom, her daughter, herself...those changes which changes a person deeply were put into words so precisely...Touching...you have a nice way with dealing emotions into words...it makes me feel Khushi's emotions as I read your words...

What was it with nights and difficult questions? It seemed that the darkness let the questions seek and find siblings and grow in numbers.----Wow! Excellent! I loved this thought...

She was not ready to allow anyone else in her life. ---Aha! Fear! Fear of loosing...especially when she has lost in the past naturally puts up this fear...can't blame her..

She didn't need another heart break.---Poor girl! Hugs!

Steal a few moments? -go steal girl! You both have that wonderful chemistry even now...you both could ease up with each other, bare your soul to each other...Arnav's feelings about his son was beautifully told..his pain, proudness, worry, anger...nice sketch of those two friends, the way they sat, the minor gestures, each breath, closeness, beautiful MB, really you painted it like a poem...

And what was that bomb? Whewww...the kiss was a bomb...truly all heat...

I have to apologize for responding so late but I had a really bad week. So I sat and read all the chapters of SC from the begining. It did what those useless excedrin tablets couldn't do. My migraine is gone, my mood is better and I feel much better. Thank you.

Wow. What am amazing update meera. You nailed it so beautifully..finally arnav made it. He came for khushi, for meera. How can one doesnt when a cute girl requests? And khushi sitting outside the house yes it looked as if she is waiting for him only..and they talked..abt their past life when they seperated..their life after separation..their marriage, failed marriage, nk's death...though khushi didnt answer to his question abt missing him but her expression said it all. And how he said he missed her. Uff the kiss, so pure, felt so right.. Even khushi also there as much as he in that kiss. Uff.. Yes she needs time, and he is ready to give time to her to realise.. awesomely written meera. Hats off to you..waiting to what happens next?
