Does Khushi think that being with Arnav means giving up NK's memories or maybe betraying the years that she has spent with NK? Or maybe she is still feeling guilty about leaving Arnav at the first place 11 years ago. And maybe she doesn't want to repeat the mistake of hurting Arnav once again.

At least they shared their thoughts and feelings to each other. Arnav told her how he was feeling about Mohan's condition. Khushi didn't hesitate talking about her deceased husband. And moreover, they couldn't resist the physical attraction between them anymore. It was the first step and many more will come in the future, if Arnav would be patient as he promised. Slowly, Khushi's wall that she built after NK's death has been breaking down.

Love reading this story MB.

I never found the pace slow.

I feel you needed to explain Khushi's mindset, her relationship with her friends, with NK, with Manorama etc to show how well set she was in her life and didn't want any change. Maybe she needs Arnav, but doesn't want to need him.

The going will be tough for him if he wants her permanently back in his life.

Loved the way he provided her his shoulder to lean on.

He wants to do so forever, if she will take him. Hopefully she will realise it soon.
