Amazing update and teaser

Hey Jen, I know, you said that your next update will be delayed... But reading all the speculation regarding Khushi's visit to the hospital or not, has really made me more than a little curious in knowing how you will take the story forward... As you can see, the jury is out there for whether Khushi should visit Lavanya or not... I personally am not in favor, but would like to see what you have in store for us. Trust your judgment implicitly.

This chapter is turning out to be super long! Aman and Anita's tale will gain some speed ...I know it's been chugging like a really slow train until now :) And then, there will be a vital scene between Arnav and Khushi that has to be written with a great deal of thought...to get it right!
So, it should be ready by Monday :)

To answer Shree's question, this story is almost at the 'INTERVAL' point..LOL.

Actually there is penance all around for all the characters here, all of them will feel guilt to some degree though some may not see it outright. The ones that will sacrifice will be Khushi and Arnav. Lavanya is also paying a huge price. She may not admit it out loud yet, but she has lost self-worth, a friend, a son, a marriage and a husband. Those that know her will either avoid her or pity her.

My personal opinion is to stay far away from "prozac" people. They are deviously smart and will get you tangled in their "mental" life.

Khushi is not single minded and to her all the people that she cares about are important, not just Arnav. Her parents are perhaps the hardest on her followed by maybe Lavanya herself calling her.

Khushi has too much self respect for herself and she will not belittle the love she has for Arnav. She realizes that Arnav himself is in a spot at the moment and since she is the "alleged" cause she will create a great distance between them. She has faith, strength and will power.

At the end of the day it doesn't matter what everybody wants or thinks...it is what Arnav wants.

I just want Khushi's words to Lavanya to be empathetic not apologetic. I also don't want Khushi to tell her that she is leaving.

Khushi's leaving in a way is a noble and brave gesture...shows she is not dependent on anyone.


Besides I think Khushi's thoughts/reasons for leaving are also for Arnav's benefit so he can make a clear and conscious decision about what he wants and what he must do. She doesn't want excess baggage to follow them should they have a future together.

Her thoughts once upon a time in Srinagar...

"I wish she's a selfish b*****, totally undeserving of Arnav, so I don't have to feel guilty about accepting Arnav's love after their divorce".

Even I feel that Antidepressants along with ADHD Meds are way over prescribed over here!

Super long update, Aman and Anita's tale progressing, Arnav and Khushi scene, OMG so much to look forward to. My heart is going all dhak dhak now.

Also what surprised me more was its still interval. And I thought that we are almost three fourths done. But I am happy that SF journey has still a long way to go. 😊

It's going to be looonggg Kavi..Jen has promised us to give one SS each for Kushi's dreams she asked as gift for her birthday ;-)
