You have a great way with words MB. And your vivid description of the long flights to India and back just reminded me of mine last visit. I always hate flying what's with the security and immigration apart from flight time, yet can't escape it to reach India to meet family. And it so true, all the patience and wait wear off and even the patient of passengers can't hold longer for them to get out as son as the plane is set at the gate to disembark.

I loved how you showed two generation of love and care through mundane gestures between Meera and Khushi, Manorama and Khushi or Buaji and Khushi. The gesture in these relation speaks of mother daughter affection, care and love louder than words.

And the enthusiasm infused in the tired soles literally with the long journey by Gangadhar is awesome. It reminds me of my sisters who always come to pick me up from airport irrespective of the time my flight lands.

In last update I raised a doubt of Arnav's determination than and now. And whether he would be able to win over Khushi's heart and make himself a place with NK. And you answered that in this update with his determined text which even left Khushi thinking as well.

There is no way I am waiting another ten years. See you soon.

And Khushi's disappointment on not finding Arnav at the airport only made me realize that there is still hope only time will make things fall in place.

And that package, note and the text from Arnav. The excitement by Meera on the package and note was how a child would react and the look on Manorama along with Khushi's need to read the note out loud, all so normal and how human would react to situations.

Yet that message and khuhsi though to same shoved any doubt on will it work out between them.

He knew her. He knew her even after all these years. Ten years!

Was in NY for Valentine day weekend. Just finished reading 10. Seems like the long flight gave her plenty of time to think. She was partially looking forward to seeing him at the airport and was disappointed to not see himthere. I love the line when he texted her back about not waiting another 10 years. We see her pov a lot but the little glimpses we get of his thoughts shows a man who was completely in loveand who has not forgotten. A man who is dying to make the most of this second chance while patiently giving her room. I love this Dr. Raizada though I am not fond ofcardiologist in general. I love how not matter how eager he is to see her, he will let her make the first move.

Another beautiful update.

Love the bonding between the relations. You have a way with creating the love between the Mother daughter, MIL and DIL and aunt too.

Hmmm! Arnav didn't turn up on the Air Port to receive them. But I'm happy he didn't. It made Khushi sad and disappointed. This is a good thing to realize the value of the other.

But his gift! very thoughtful! It means I need to be in touch with you always.

Hope fully they all will have a good time bonding and rekindling their old feelings.

Kavi... What I like about this Arnav is that even though he is determined to woo Khushi he is giving her the choice to decide... He has firmly put forth his view and giving her the space... Moreover he is making the statement that the future ahead is inclusive of her past too... That leaves no bitter taste in the long run... Just cordial and genial relationship...😃
