In Sujatha's case, I remember the Sangeet of Payash Wedding, and what she makes of Arnav when he's sitting with them. I ought to confess, although we as readers know about Arnav and love his character a lot, but from a mother's point of view, she is not wrong with her opinions. Any protective parent would think this way.

And hence after this Kashyap call, I am pretty sure, Sujatha would fiercely protest against Arnav and Khushi's relationship. Navin may play a peace maker though.

I too feel that like a lot of parents, Sujata too will react strongly against Khushi and Arnav's relationship thinking that her own daughter is responsible for Lavanya's suicide attempt. What a sad state of affairs. And I'm quite sure Khushi will be on a guilt trip upon hearing this news and may try to keep away from Arnav. Waiting to see how you take this story forward.
