Hey everyone , I m samrajya laxmi wati and this is my os on Pragiti .
This is an imaginary story which is all of mine. I have no intention to hurt anyone's feeling or to disrespect the epic characters . It all friction and I wish to prove nothing.
Pragiti is said to be Arjun and draupadi 's daughter . Some say it is a folklore and some say there was no one like that who existed in the mahabharat history while some have said that she was there . The mystery still remains untold so this all is just my thought. I had always wondered that if Arjun had a daughter how would their relation be? So this just my imagination on how would Pragiti be and how would her relation would be with her father , mother and other pandavs .i hope u all like it :)

Parth Panchali putri Pragiti
Part 1
Little anklets sounds travelled his ears and a smile formed across his face. Arjun , the great warrior prince turned back as a soft melodious voice called out for him
"Pitu "a young girl came in front of him holding ladoos in her both tiny hands.
"Pragiti putri tum asi bhag kyu rahe ho ? Phir tum ne Kya kiya"arjun said smiling at his seven year old daughter who came and hid herself behind him.( Pragiti daughter why are u running like this ? What did u do again?)
"Kuch nahi kiya pitu kewal bratha srutsome ki ladoo le liya aur kuch nahi kiya pitu "( I did nothing dad I just stole srutsome brother 's ladoo and nothing more) Pragiti said smiling mischeaviously like Arjun .
"Kewal srutsome ka ladoo churaya ? Yeh tum ne Kya kiya putri ab toh woh tum he nahi chodega" Arjun said smiling at his daughter and his smile grew more wider as he saw her face turning pale and grave.(only stole srutsome ladoo?what did u do Pragiti ? Now he would not leave u )
"Toh me Kya karu pitu , ab mujhe unse bhey lagrahahe "Pragiti said in a small tone all her excitement seemed to be lost.
PRAGITI a voice roared which made Pragiti shiver as she knew it was of her brother srutsome .
Pragiti quickly ran and hid herself behind the curtain and signalled Arjun not to tell anyone. A few minutes later Sruthsome came running to Arjun and asked
"Pranipaat kakashri Kya apne Pragiti ko kahi dekha hai ? "(Uncle have u seen Pragiti ?)
"Nahi toh putra Maine usse bhratakal se nahi dekha hai kyu kohi karya tha Kya ? Lied Arjun trying hard to control his laugh.( no son I have not seen her since morning why did u have some work with her?)
"Karya toh nahi tha bus woh usne mere ladoo churaliya thena issi liye usse dhund raha tha meh " Sruthsome said taking breath in between.(no I did not have any work with her just searching for her as she stole my ladoo)
"Pragiti ne tum hara ladoo churaliya , badmash . Kintu Maine usse kahi nahi dekha hai putra " he said as he signalled srutsome towards the curtain. Sruthsome understood what Arjun was trying to say . He slowly went near the curtain and pulled Pragiti out. Pragiti first got confused that how her brother had found her but then immediately surrendered before her huge brother after he started tickling her.
"Bhrata Shri mujhe chod dije na kripiya karke "Pragiti screamed and both Arjun and Sruthsome burst out laughing. Pragiti than looked angrily at Arjun and then told him,
"Apne bhrata Sruthsome kyu kaha ki meh yaha thi "keeping her hands on her waist and looking sharply at him.
Arjun at this point thought that Pragiti was just like him naughty and all but then had also inherited her mothers character and was fierce like her.
"Maine usse kuch nahi kaha hai putri tum hi batou ki Kya tumne mujhe kuch kahete sunna tha Kya?"Arjun said in his defence.
Pragiti shook her head to agree with him ,of course she had heard nothing like that. But before Sruthsome could tickle her more she cleverly freed herself from him and ran way followed by Sruthsome .Arjun laughed as they disappeared down the hall.
...
Three days later.
"Not like this keep the sword straight "said Arjun as he passed one soldier . He was giving to the soldiers as being a senapati it was his work to.
"Pitu "shouting came in Pragiti . She hurried towards him passing the through the narrow way of the training room. All the soldier gave way to the little princess as she ran to her father .
"What happened dear why are so tensed and why are running like this , are u in danger again ?" Enquired Arjun as he signalled the soldier to leave.
"No pitu I m not in danger but u are "
"And how is that dear "Arjun asked as he carried Pragiti .
"U r in great danger pitu run for your life" Pragiti said in a worried voice.
"What? now which new game is this ?"asked Arjun now confused looking at her state.
"Pitu u remember once u said that u do not feel scared even if u r in the battle field in front of the enemy bare handed" said Pragiti and before Arjun could reply she continued,
" u r in the same situation right now only the difference is that u will feel scared this time"
"Really and now who is my competitor dear ,u?asked Arjun smiling at her. He knew that this was nothing but her new game again.
"I would be really scared if it is u and would surrender "joked Arjun .
Pragiti snapped ,"do not joke pitu I m serious u should be scared but not with me but someone else"
"And who is that dear ? "
"In the whole world , I know my great warrior father is only scared of one person and that is my mata " announced Pragiti somehow proudly.
"Mata?"
"Yes mata , she is very angry with u "Pragiti replied in a grave tone.
"Angry but why?" Arjun asked confused on why his wife was angry with him ."I have done nothing dear "
"That is the thing pitu u have done nothing that is why mata is angry with u "
"I have done nothing and your mata is angry , why ??"
"Because pitu u did not meet her when she asked . She had send a daasi to inform u to come and meet her two hours ago . But u did not go and now she is angry with u very much . She even said to the daasi that not let anyone to enter her chamber and told me to inform u that she would meet u and would not talk to u "
"What " now Arjun sure was scared . When did a daasi come to him ? Yes he now remembered , a daasi had come to him but he had not let her talk and send her away as he was busy with the training.
"Go fast pitu do not waste your time or else mata would never talk to u"
Arjun quickly kept Pragiti down and hurried out. All the way he was thinking what he would say to Panchali . Arjun entered their chambers and founded panchali in the balcony.
She was sitting in the chair with Abhimanyu 's head laid in her lap. He was sleeping peacefully in his jhest mata 's lap and panchali was running her fingers in his head. The sight of panchali made Arjun scared but then he was sure that he would not get too much bashing at that moment as his ten year old son was there and panchali would not tell anything in front of her ankho ka kajal though he had no guarantee about how would she act after wards.
"Panchali I m sorry "Arjun said immediately as he collecting all his guts came in front of her. He was still waiting for her reply when she looked up at him .
"Sorry? But why arya ?asked the surprised panchali.
Arjun was surprised to see this . She seemed calm but maybe it was because Abhimanyu was there . Arjun knew that this was the correct time to talk to her and ask for forgiveness .
"For coming late to meet u . I m sorry I should not have down that but then I was busy with the training thing"said Arjun in his defence and waited for her reply which he knew would be tough one to handle with.
"It is okay arya "
"But are not u angry with me ?"
"Why should I be arya I know that u give training to the soldier in the afternoon . I know that is your work arya your kartavya. Why would I be angry with u for doing your work . I know that u would come to meet me at the night when everything is finished."
"But did not u call me ?"
"No arya I did not "surprised and confused panchali replied.
"Then why did Pragiti ..."Arjun left his sentence unfinished as he heard some giggles.
Both panchali and Arjun looked back to find their daughter laughing out loud . Panchali was confused but Arjun smiled at his foolishness and said
"Now I get it what is going on, badmash Pragiti badmash !"he said as he quickly carried her before she would run away." Why did u do this
Pragiti ?"
"Pitu do you remember that day u told bratha Sruthsome where I had hide , and I got caught, I was just taking revenge for that "Pragiti declared proudly .
"Oh really "Arjun said tickling her and she laughed out loud.
Panchali now was more confused what was he saying? And what was going on between them. She finally gave up thinking and asked her arya
"What is all this arya?"
"Oh nothing panchali it is just that your daughter..."but his sentence was left unfinished again as this time Pragiti interrupted saying
"YOUR DAUGHTER , I thought that I was your ' s daughter pitu "Pragiti said in a sad disappointed tone emphasing the your daughter part.
"Of course u r my daughter dear everyday u prove me that with your mischievous attitude , u r my daughter now I doubt that if u are panchali' s daughter or not . U have inherited all my character ."he said proudly as he left the balcony with Pragiti .
Panchali heard some noises and laughter as they left. God I never get this father daughter talk , she thought as she continued solving the puzzles left by her husband and daughter.
