It was Sunday and kripa hadn't spoken to pritvi since that argument and frankly she didn't want to speak to him. She was still angry with him and thought that maybe there relationship needed some time, maybe they needed some time apart. Gayatri went to drop kripa at the airport.
"kripa are you sure you don't want to talk to pritvi before you leave"
"Mom im getting late I should board the plane" said kripa as she changed the subject of conversation.
"ok take care beta and call me as soon as you get there" shouted gayatri
"yes mom I will and im gonna miss you" kripa hugged her mother and she had tears in her eyes
Within 2 hours kripa had reached the big apple and was waiting for mishty at the airport.
"uff.. Where is mishty? I hope she hasn't forgotten im coming today" moaned kripa. She was damn hungry and spotted a caf she headed there for something to eat.
"one coffee to go and a cheese sandwich please " said kripa as she placed down her order she picked up her new motorazer that her Mom had gifted her for getting straight A's she called mishty after seven rings she finally picked up.
"I'm commin, im commin, im coming"!! squeaked mishty
"Where the **** are you man"! kripa screamed on the phone the people aronmd her in the caf just stared at her blankly.
"$2.75 please" said the person on the other side of the counter. Kripa was angry as ever she slammed the money on the counter and turned to make her way to the center of the airport but before she could think a girl about a yr older then her barged into her causing kripas coffee to fall on kripa.
"I'm sorry " said the girl she was also Indian and very pretty and polite well polite enough to say sorry.
"Just forget it" exclaimed kripa as she went of now with only a cheese sandwich soaked with coffee in her hand. Kripa spotted mishty but before kripa could say anything mishty gave her a big bear hug.
"Im sorry today my practical class finished late so I got late but what happened to ur clothes" questioned mishty.
"Don't ask"
"Woahhh!!…" screamed kripa as mishty turned the keys to there new apartment there father had brought them a new apartment big enough for both of them to live in kripa loved the place it was just soo beautiful one the whole living room was off white with matching furniture and paintings one of the huge walls were missing and instead a huge piece of glass was put there to make it an oversized window the view was amazing she could see everything from the 11th floor which they were in.
" krips listen since its your first day today I thought that we could have dinner out and watch a movie" said a cheerfull mishty
"wow that's a great idea" kripa was excited
"and I have also invited a friend he will be meeting us at the cinema"
"ooooo it's a he" said kripa bursting out with laughter
" no krips yaar he's my class mate hes just a friend and hes engaged do u don't need to worry" said mishty with a mischievous smile.
"oh cool" said kripa
"Kripa are you ready"?! screamed mishty
"yep"! kripa came out of her room she looked mesmerizing.
"shall we go then"? asked kripa
In half an hour kripa and mishty had reached the cinema
" so mishty where is this friend of yours"?
"hmmmm!! There he is" mishty pointed to the back of a guy he was well built and was wearing a dark blue T-shirt and jeans. Kripa and mishty walked upto him.
" Hey im kripa" said kripa as she looked at his back and spoke
The guy turned around…it was ANGAD!! He had a well built body his hair was cut short and didn't look like he would eat like a donkey..lol
"yeah I know" replied angad
Kripa stared at mishty blankly somewhere down in her heart she was angry with her but kripa couldn't help feel attracted to him.
"Woahhh! You scared me angad! What happened to you"? a surprised kripa asked
"I scared you? Im the one having the heart attack"! said angad with a mischievous smile
Mishty smiled….
" hey krips"
" don't call me that angad" said kripa with an angry face
"ok calm dowm kripa i used to call u that 3yrs ago then whats the prob now" angad laughed as he said that
"times have changed mr.angad khanna" said kripa
" I wanna introduce you to someone" said angad pointing to a girl about 6-7 meters away from them as she came closer kripa realized it was non other then that girl in the caf that had dropped coffee on her. Kripas face became pale..
"huh..hi" said kripa kind off embarrassed
"hey ur the one ..in the coffee shop rite"? asked the girl
Kripa gave a small nod
" hey shalini do u know her" asked angad
"yea well kind off shes the girl I told u about" said shalini
"oh I knew it would be you no one can be as rude as you rite" angad said trying to tease kripa
" just shut up angad! And who is she"? asked kripa
" hey krips shes shalini angads fianc remember I told u that…" kripa interrupted mishty
"yea I remember but don't u think we should get in I mean the movies gonna start" said kripa trying to not feel bad about angad being engaged she felt more and more attracted to him by each second. Shalini and mishty went and lined uo behind the huge line for popcorn kripa was following them when angad called her.
"hey krips" said angad trying to make kripa annoyed
" URGhhhh krips? Huh what do u want?…" asked kripa this wasn't the normal kripa she fel irritated when she was angad because she felt he was the reason why pritvi and her always argue.
" your looking hot as ever" said angad
Kripa became as red as a tomato …
" you know what u need at this point of your life angad"? asked kripa in an annoyed voice
Angad looked around " hmmmm POPCORN!!" he laughed as he spoke
""NO!!! u seriously need to GET A LIFE!!" said kripa as she walked off
