was khushi really pregnant

payal said the baby is her way to arnav
so is khushi pregnant and the doctor gave fake report supporting payal
who is the real culprit here

What the HELL Arnav know that so many things are happening why did not listen to Khushi Payal trapped her in all ways and is her parents helping Payal also so sad he is sending her a mental institution so sad awesome update thanks for the pm.
