Chapter-5
Days seem to fly in a blur for Arnav and Khushi , they had set their routine where Arnav Khushi would have breakfast with each other without a miss, then Arnav would drop Khushi to her college, and night no matter how much late Arnav came Khushi would wait for him so that they can have their dinner together . Arnav was now habitual to Khushi's constant chatter, her crazy antics her cute pouts, His day wasn't complete if she didn't scold him. He was dependent on her completely by now he was unable to find his things in his own room and needed Khushi's constant attention like a small baby.
Nani had gone to live in an ashram with Arnav's dadi as she felt she had completed her responsibilities and now it was time for her to engage herself in god's care. So Arnav and Khushi had got the much needed privacy in their relationship. They would get Di and Jiju's phone call every weekend. So life was a living heaven for both Arnav and Khushi.
The changes in their relationship were to such extent that Arnavji had become Arnav and Khushi had become Khush.
One day Khushi was in her college and got selected as a lead in Romeo Juliet drama to be performed by their university student. So Khushi was made Juliet due to her brilliant acting skills and of course her ethereal beauty. The chief guest was going to be a famous producer from bollywood and one surprise chief guest.
Khushi was happy that her college friend NK was selected as Romeo so she would be comfortable with him in hugging and kissing him as the script said. Khushi was always a girl with modern thoughts and kissing was never a problem for her as she was extremely professional and felt that hugs and kisses are part and parcel of the film making process. But the huge problem was Arnav and his possessiveness.She had the experience of his possessiveness from the past which was if she spoke to Adi for more than 5 minutes banging of doors and windows, glares, coughing, shouting HP's name, TV on loud noise would start in Raizada Mansion.
So she decided it was better if she didn't tell him about this play and let it be a secret.She was surprised when Arnav didn't ask her about her happenings in college and was just speking about random things but she then shrugged pf the thought as she knew that his company was working hard for some deal.She had to daily wait for 2 hours for the play practice which meant she will reach home just half an hour before Arnav. NK and Khushi had decided tha they would not kiss during the practice and would pull it off during the real play as the kiss was supposed to be passionate and the feelings should copme out raw.
The day of the play had arrived and and now Khushi who was standing near the door waiting for her friends was really nervous about hiding such a huge thing from Arnav the same person whom she shared the smallest detail of her life. She composed herself when she saw Adi and Alu approach her and smied at them.But it was not easy for Khushi to smile and hide anything from her best friend who understood the minute change of expressions in her eyes.Adi saw her state and questioned her
What happened Khush? You seem nervous is everything alright...
She just pulled Adi in a bear hug absorbing the friendly warmth from him and answered
Adi I am hiding from Arnav that there is going to be a kiss in this play infact I haven't told him anything about the play and now I AM FEELING GUILTY...
Listen Khush sometimes its good to unaware if the knowledge of that thing is going to harm that person...Khushi it's health to lie or hise things sometimes if its going to be any good to that person...
Khushi feelt relieved somehow after hearing his words, She hugged him and Alia and went backstage to be with her play members.their performance was last so they decided to do a practice last time.Khushi decided to keep her worries aside for sometime at least till the play is successfully completed.
I know this is a short update but it is becouse the next update is going to be a maha update so be ready for a huge twist in the tale...😉
