Chapter 6

Arnav was really excited and a bit of nervous today. Excited because he would surprise Khushi by going in her college and at the end when he had to deliver a speech he would announce it to the world that they were Husband and wife. And he was nervous because he would confess his love for her today. The past few days were the hardest for him because he had to make arrangements to confess his love at beautiful restaurant and at the same time to keep a secret from Khushi that he was going to the another chief guest at her college's annual festival.

He got ready in black suit and a crisp white shirt he headed towards her university he had already sent Khushi ahead who was insistent on Arnav dropping her to college but he made some excuses of office work and sent her with the driver. Arnav reached the destination and went to meet the sponsors and the board of trustees of Khushi's University.

It was time for the show and Khushi was getting more and more nervous she had no idea what was going on the stage as she and her team were practicing the play in the trial room and would leave for the stage once there name was announced. Khushi didn't understood for what should be nervous for Participating in such a big play for first time, Playing the will she be able to pull it off, or about hiding it from Arnav such a big thing. Coming to no conclusion she decided that it was some nervousness of every reason. She came out of her trance when the Anchor came to call them as it was their performance next.

Since Arnav had been introduced as the chief guest his eyes have been searching Khushi's to see the surprise and happiness in them but he was not able to spot her. He looked through the audience and noticed Khushi's friends Aditya and Alia who were looking somewhat tensed but soon he was told to take his seat and he let go of the thought.

Arnav was bored somewhat looking at the performances when ears pricked up at the announcement of Khushi and some NK performing a play. And what was the play Romeo Juliet such an intense passionate and romantic play. Arnav was not angry he was hurt didn't Khushi find it important to tell him that she was working in a play. Did he have no say in her life and did he have no right to know what is going on in her life. Did she not feel attached to him to feel that if didn't see her performance it would be incomplete for her. He felt pang of pains erupting from his heart but he just kept quiet and concentrated on her performance.

Khushi was hugging NK tightly as he was leaving her during the play when she saw him and immediately tears formed in her eyes she knew she was wrong and she was feeling it from start she was feeling incomplete and as she came on stage to perform she felt no value for it as the most important person in her life was not going to watch that play. She saw the hurt in his eyes and felt her heart getting crushed slowly seeing him. He was surely hurt which was clearly seen on his face but in a minute or two he was going to angry enough to burn this world alive. Taking a deep breath she closed her eyes as she felt NK's lips approaching hers. She always said that she was a modern girl but when today that moment came when she had to be true to her own words she could see herself terrible failing.

She didn't wanted NK or for that matter anyone to kiss her or touch her or hold her because she felt belonged now she felt she was Arnav's and someone was trespassing his territory but now it was too late to back off and she not even half heartedly but empty heartedly met her lips with NK'S

When Arnav saw her kissing him his heart which was giving him pain now felt numb. His heart felt the betrayal, His heart Felt the same pain he had seen his father undergo 15 years back, his heart felt so much possessiveness that he could burn every single man on this world alive so that Khushi would be his just his. He felt hurt that was she terrified of his possessiveness that she didn't tell him such an important thing was his protectiveness a burden for her and thus a Arnav who was confident about his love and Khushi's love that she loves him back was crumpled. It took each and every thread of his control for not killing NK then Khushi and then himself. He was lost today the person whom trusted to stand blindfolded on the edge of the terrace had pushed him down.

The play was over and Khushi eyes had no more tears left to come out. To an outsider it would feel that they were making a big deal out of a kiss but for them it was their trust their love their friendship which was lost in that kiss. She was the sole reason for this she could have approached Arnav and told him the truth she didn't knew what he would say probably he would have said yes or he would have said no but she should have asked, but it was too late to regret now. She was about to get up and go to meet him when she saw him in front of her all red eyes hands fisted his eyebrow's twitching and jaw clenched with anger.

He saw her tears but today he was not her Arnav today he was ASR. He came forward grabbed her hand and took her with him. Neither did she have the nerve and condition to ask him where he was taking her nor did he have the patience to answer her. He took her towards the car and placed her in the seat and went to the driver's side himself. He was driving like a man possessed after fifteen minutes of drive he brought her to the same restaurant where he was going to confess, He also had booked the whole restaurant so that they would get some privacy after their confession but now the meanings of confessions and privacy were changed for them and they would use these words for different reason. After a deadly silence he asked

Why

I am sorry Arnav Khushi sobbed I should have told you but I Don't Know what I was thinking the dream to become an actress over powered me so much that,...she was not able to complete she was crying so much.

What will I do of your sorry Khushi think about it he shouted holding her arms We are married and we didn't even hug each other until now and I see my wife passionately kissing someone else in front of me...

Please Arnav forgive me Please but it was a play and the fame I would have got blindfolded me for sometime please forgive me she said dropping herself in her knees.

What would I do of your sorry Khushi the damage is already done and your first kiss which was supposed to be mine is already stolen. How could you Khushi didn't you think about me once. Am I such a bad husband that you didn't think me important enough to consult me in this matter...

Before he could say anything further she smashed her lips on his they were sitting on knees with his hand now on her waist and her hands around her neck. She kissed him passionately and with so many emption. She was sucking and nibbling his lips but he was just holding her and didn't even bother to participate in the kiss. After kissing to what felt like eternity to both of them she slowly parted her lips from his and looked up in his eyes.

Khushi I don't know if I will be able to forgive you I don't know if you think I am over reacting but one day will come when you will face the same pain and that time you will realize what is is a feeling to be betrayed by your most loved person and what is to see him n someone else's arms.

Saying this he left the hotel and a crying Khushi behind. The reason that she kissed someone was there for his anger but the biggest reason was she didn't feel like taking his opinion into consideration. With this thoughts he went home and sat near the poolside after his anger calmed down he started realizing that probably he reacted too much and leaving Khushi alone was the biggest mistake. He knew that just like hime her situation was vulnerable as well and leaving her there was just not acceptable no matter what he still loved her to the core.

He was about to leave the house when his phone rang and picking up he was about to shout at the caller for calling at this hour when he heard the words from other side which made his phone fall down from his grip.

Ok so i have tried to write as emotions in this as possible hope u all liked it..Eggs and tomatoes are okay but plz dont thro chappals😉

I would dedicate this update to sindhuramakrish who is just awesome and inspires me through her comments and ipkkndeternity who came with the hilarious comment that Arnav would kill khushi 😆 lol you rock...

hey, that was a surprise, i did not expect the last note, but i feel overwhelmed. the update had every emotion, from love, to hatred. what kushi did is wrong, even if no one accepts that, i feel she betrayed arnav with it, and i am with arnav for this, but at the same time, kushi is not someone who will do things without thinking twice. but here she is wrong , and arnav reacted the way any husband would do. even if we say that we are in the 21st century, there are certain things which is not to be done. u have portrayed arnav's pain and kushi's pain in a simple yet nice way. waiting eagerly for the next update

As a typical husband he reacted... Khushi was especially wrong because she did not tell him about her being the lead.
