The Diwali scene...so many months have passed by but the magic of the eternally-stamped-upon-out-hearts moment of the almost kiss is still very potent.

I liked how you converted the end of the scene, brought out the nuances of both the characters, and provided a happy ending.

P.S. Why 'Touch'?

Such a beautiful OS. Diwali almost kiss was one of the most sensuous moments in the story and you have brought it out in your story equally nice.

Loved how he controlled his anger and then wooed her and even loved the way he barged into Buaji's house asking for her proposal.

Have you written any other works earlier or are you writing any FF?
