I won't really say much, but caught up on the story today, since I was kinda taken up by the stress!
I liked the narration style- the descriptions are vivid and launder me to the lieu.
Since I've seen many speculations out here, I think, that the psychopath is Khushi. I don't know why but I seriously feel so!
P.S Good luck for revisions. Finished Physics? Still stuck on Lenses and Electromagnetic spectrum!

Me and Physics tote up like Arnav and Khushi during the hate-marriage track. And, to pay a tribute to all what my poor mind has thrived to assimilate since the past two weeks, I'll tack up the next chapter, today, a reward for myself, for ultimately culminating my Physics' tedious revisions!
Thank you to everyone who has dropped in a comment, or a few lines of wishes.

Sneak Peek Of Chapter 6

"Are you sure it's going to work?" Khushi inquired peeking in the car. A nod from Arnav did nothing to allay her trepidation and the smirk of Mathew did worse. "We'll be waiting here. Go and, finish the job," Mathew ordered and was rewarded with Khushi's nervous glare.
"Isn't it risky to send her there?" the husband in Arnav awoke and, unbuckling the seatbelt, he endeavored to accompany his wife but was aptly stopped by the inspector who maintained an unruffled demeanor all the while.
"It's her battle, Arnav. Let her handle it on her own," he said, nonchalantly.
"But, you're not the policeman out here? Shouldn't you be approaching the higher officials and claiming the reports, instead of sending my wife there, to steal them?" Arnav replied, his chin high up in the air, irate. His wife was being jostled into the gallows of death and he refused to let her cross the threshold to where her life was in jeopardy. It was as though, a spirit had hovered upon her to concur to that extreme proposal and she was all the merry, inviting her death, to come and, embrace her.

Khushi Raizada had not been so petrified till date. She genuinely felt like Tarzan, escalading the wall, in the eternal optimism of reaching the nearest window she could, so that she could intrude into the building. She was told that it was the only way through which Anjali's demise could be proven to be a murder and, she could never afford to let go of it. So, there she was, flaunting her athletic skills, thriving to climb a wall, in the only hope that she would not miss a step and, certainly not kick the bucket. Given the height of the wall, it was certain that she had to go over her anticipation.

Albeit it was a tough process, she managed to slash open the window and penetrate in.
Weird.
It was incredibly odd that such a highly acclaimed bureau had such low security provision, that anyone could barge in at any time. Mathew had urged her to break in the premises of "Le Mondial Forensic Laboratory" and sift through the documents for the reports of Anjali's suicide note. Accordingly, the hearsay was that the account was already out, but, Jones the assistant superintendent, refused to leash out any further qualms regarding the death of an eminent actor, and, hence disclaimed the break out of the reports. Mathew had no such permission to butt in a case that did not concern him, and, further sneaking into the proclamation of the reports could show him the way out of his career.
Khushi, at no cost, wanted to be the reason behind the downfall of anyone's professional life, be it her contemporaries and especially not for Mathew, someone who had helped her so much. Hence, the resolution to trespass the area and get grip of the reports sounded fabulous.

After sifting through the documents for about ten minutes, Khushi gave up. Where could those reports be? Racking her brain since the past nerve-wracking minutes had drained her out and, all what she wanted was to slip out of that eerie place with the same ease that she had gate-crashed. The desktop made an uncanny sound as she sieved through the folders, in quest of the reports. Windows had never been as marvelous as when it formulated the search tool. Khushi jigged as she safeguarded a copy of the account in her pen-drive.

"Job done," Arnav read from his phone's screen as his eyes surveyed about, aspiring to drink in the sight of Khushi, but, to no avail. "Can we go and cast a look on her now? Why is she not coming?" Just as the words emerged from his throat, he beheld the panorama of his wife darting to the car. Panic gripped him when, she frantically bellowed for them to move. The Mercedes pulled away with a screech of rubber with a smirking driver.
"What happened? Did you get caught, or something?" Arnav asked.
"No. A dog was behind me."
"Ah, Okay," he replied instantly but when the meaning seeped in, the shriek that was lying in ambush almost made the car swerve dangerously. "What? A dog?"
Khushi smiled and bobbed her head, zealously. "It was amazing. Being followed by a dog! Wow!"

After a moment of wallowing in, Arnav questioned, again, "You got them, the reports?"
Khushi nodded and replied, a sneer plastered on her face, "Just as, we had expected. The handwritings do not tote up."
"We are in, then," Mathew said, dismantling the silence he had found solace in since so long. He got out of the car and bade the couple goodbye, simpering, that finally things would fall into place, soon. The investigation, the real investigation would begin soon, really soon and, it would be fun.

The real story begins now, at a faster pace, with fewer confusions brewing up, trailing vividly to the culprit.
Thank you to everyone who waited. I wouldn't be surprised if I saw some of the readers vanishing in the thin air- I'm a fault and, I accept it.
So, if you are still here, thank you!🤗
Next chapter on Wednesday, the day marking the end of the unrelenting torture, the end of my exams.
Thank you, once again. No messages sent out for this one. This one's for the persons who have messaged me, encouraged me, and waited for me to return and, those who have been sneaking in this thread for a chapter! :)
